Firstly, this was a large order for a family of fussy eaters and children with food sensory issues. We ALL thought the food was very well cooked, very tasty and plenty of it. The quality of the meat and veg was great and everything was full of flavour. The packaging was great and all the food kept warm while travelling out of town to bring it home. They never forgot an item(which we have issues with most places we go) the service was friendly and helpful with the specific requests we had. We ordered online which was very easy to do and found the menu was extensive and definitely value for money. The food was ready when it said it would be and we also had 10% off with this being our first order which helped. All in all we will definitely be back and highly recommend this takeaway.

Okay for a quick bite the price reflects the quality. Typical version of a greasy spoon. The smell of grease sticks to you if youâre ordering to take away best to wait outside.

Obviously only going on my own experience but a solid seventeen yes 17 out of ten. They are always happy to add things on request, which for me is usually green chilies. Best beef chow mein ever and the Mongolian beef is also fab.

Food portions small and by the time you pay and find a table freezing, air con. There has to be a better system? Never again. It doesn't matter that's its cheap if it's not edible. . . . Eggs rubbery and cold. Coffee lukewarm to cold as so small a cup.

Slow to clear tables. An automatic close n the outside door would improve this cafe considerably. Otherwise a decent buzz.

Where to start..... no stars would be ideal or minus.... no fizzy drinks, as well as other...went tea......no milk, cheers...no services, couldn't work the till...service with a groan and a knightmare carpark....

This is our first and last time we will eat at KFC Straiton. It is dirty, filthy, a dump and should be investigated by heath and safety and that's putting it mildly!! Rubbish overflowing in the bins inside the restaurant and staff dropping the wooden spoons onto the dirty floor when filling up the container then picking them up and putting them back into the container with the newly stocked ones eugh!!đ€ą The food was hot and freshly cooked and because we paid for it we ate it. After finishing our food, I needed to go to the toilet. I walked into a floor that was swimming in something other than tap water, the toilet seat was swinging on one hinge which made it unstable to safely sit down and after finishing my business I went to wash my hands and was faced with sinks that were filthy and unhygienic. I don't recommend eating at this KFC. Too many staff members hanging around and no one bothering to clean the place

I entered the shop and waited a long time to place my order. I asked for a wrap and a portion of potato crispers. I was told there weren't any wraps available. I then asked for wholemeal bread and the assistant produced a different bread, informing me in a very gruff manner that it was the only type of bread they had left (this was not that late in the day). Once my sandwich had been toasted I was asked what I wanted on it. I asked for lettuce, onion and olives. I was informed that there were no onions available. I got to the checkout and my sandwich was handed to me. I asked for my portion of potato crispers and was informed that there weren't any. I asked why I hadn't been told this when I placed my order, and just about had my head taken off by the young female on the till. She shouted at me "Because it wasn't me who served you!!" I was absolutely stunned by this. However, I attempted to pay for the food I had received only to find that the little madam had deducted my Subway points to pay for it, which I hadn't asked her to do and hadn't wanted to do. I wasn't offered a receipt and I was glowered at. It was honestly a disgrace. I made a formal complaint to the head office and received a response asking for more information. I responded and haven't heard a thing since, which shows how disinterested Subway are when it comes to customer service. I won't be back.
