I came in to get some dinner and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the employees are, particularly the girl that served me, I think her name was Caitlin. Would definitely recommend

Overall first impressions were quite fantastic i got served right away and the food was absolutely delicious. Can i also mention a well done to Caitlin i think her name was ive had all sorts of experiences at burger king which have been quite mixed especially with how the food is served but this was definitely the best experience ive had she was friendly and welcoming not many burger king staff I've came across will actually acknowledge you and even say anything but yeah without a doubt best burger king experience ive had

Every time I use just eat they ring the bell and wake my children, despite my note saying not to. Won’t use again as don’t have the same issue wit Uber eats or local takeaways.

Visited today for lunch after a trip to Costco. The restaurant was filthy. Most of the tables hadn’t been cleared or wiped if they had been cleared. Staff were very rude and impolite. Coffee machine out of order. Only Coca Cola worked on one of the drinks machines - not all of the drinks were available on the other machine and when asked if possible to have them filled behind counter told no only orange Fanta. The TOILETS. My sister commented that they were vile. When I took my toddler to the toilet I went to the disabled (space for him using his potty) and I was wretching at the smell of stale urine I had to leave. The woman’s toilets were not any better. If I hadn’t eaten prior to using the toilets it would have put me off and we would have left.

We visited after work and despite the restaurant being near empty, our food took a very long time to arrive (they also gave my order to the next table who had to take it back after opening it, but we received the same item as it was put back on the hot bin). Just a terrible experience. There was a chap after us who asked how long his food was going to be after waiting (the only customer waiting) and the worker was incredibly rude to him. Horrendous restaurant.

2 whoppers and a cheeseburger, cheesy fries - ALL COLD. Disappointed as the store was not even busy.

Food was cold. Allowed another customer to step in from behind me while I was making a card payment. Staff used to people using self service option. Almost surprised when I went to the counter. Very little communication!

The cheesey I,e so called loaded cheesey frys and the chicken royal was cold and to top things right off muffin was not fresh.

I order from Burger King quite regularly and rarely have any complaints but today when I ordered the fries where stone cold and not to mention the portion of them was tiny very disappointing and when I tried to complain I was emailed saying it was not possible for it to have happened fair to say will be my last order on this app

Place was very untidy and unclean. Floors are black and covered in rubbish. Tables in restaurant are covered in food crumbs place just generally unsanitary, Bins have not been emptied within restaurant and are overflowing.

Missing sides from each meal, 3 items missing and no way to inform them, poor kid only got royale, no fries or onion rings, also missing cheese bites ...........

Everything was stone cold like its never been done to order just some old scraps, my onion rings and chilli cheese bites was squashed and looked like they been before they got to delivery guy because someone put burgers on top of them. Never again

Ordered a burger meal and chicken nuggets at 14:40 - it is now 17:02 and this order is yet to arrive. On top of this the delivery time keeps getting pushed back by fifteen minutes. Can’t review quality as food isn’t here.

Great staff, food was a tiny bit colder than I expected but still tasted great. It's a quiet shop so atmosphere was a bit non existent to be honest. But I think it was the area it's in along with the time of day which was about 5pm ish?

ordered the bacon double cheese xl meal and upgraded the fries to cheezy bacon loaded fries, what a waste of time, there was literally a teaspoon of cheese sauce and about 2 teaspoons of bacon bits, burger was ok

After a long day at work, my friends and I decided to treat ourselves to a feast fit for royalty - so off we went to Burger King. I ordered a double Whopper that was so delicious it should have come with a crown. Seriously, this burger was the kind of meal that makes you want to high-five the chef and do a happy dance right in the middle of the restaurant. Juicy patties, melty cheese, and just the right amount of sauce - absolute perfection! But wait, it gets better. After devouring the burger, I decided to do the online survey - because who doesn’t want to share their burger wisdom with the world? Our reward? A free Whopper. Yes, you read that right: a second round of Whopper goodness, this time with an extra gherkins top-up because one of us has a gherkin obsession that’s borderline concerning. The staff? Absolute legends. Not only did they handle our ridiculous requests with grace and humor, but they made the whole experience feel like we were at a five-star restaurant instead of a fast-food joint. They were supportive, hilarious, and clearly know the true meaning of customer service. In conclusion: Burger King, you’ve outdone yourself. Double Whopper, double the fun, and double the thanks! Special thanks to Suray, Caitlin, Jai, John and Muskan at Burger King Straiton - you made our day!

the food was terrible the burger was burnt all round the edges the quantity of loaded fries was shoking there was only about 20 chips and they were cold and I paid £3 for a small bottle of sprite wich was shoking to begin with but to not even receive it in my order after paying that price I was really unhappy with the service and now I can't eat untill I receive a refund this has made me even more angry

Opposite of fast food, removed them self from the Burger King app so no one can use the discounts but then when you order at the drive through they get half your order wrong, not forgetting the people on the drive through can barley speak English, it’s not ran as a business it looks more like a group of friends gathering! That many staff smoking outside the main doors I can smell there smoke in my car. management haven’t got a clue no care for detail customer service non existent.
