Great staff, food was a tiny bit colder than I expected but still tasted great. It's a quiet shop so atmosphere was a bit non existent to be honest. But I think it was the area it's in along with the time of day which was about 5pm ish?

After a long day at work, my friends and I decided to treat ourselves to a feast fit for royalty - so off we went to Burger King. I ordered a double Whopper that was so delicious it should have come with a crown. Seriously, this burger was the kind of meal that makes you want to high-five the chef and do a happy dance right in the middle of the restaurant. Juicy patties, melty cheese, and just the right amount of sauce - absolute perfection! But wait, it gets better. After devouring the burger, I decided to do the online survey - because who doesn’t want to share their burger wisdom with the world? Our reward? A free Whopper. Yes, you read that right: a second round of Whopper goodness, this time with an extra gherkins top-up because one of us has a gherkin obsession that’s borderline concerning. The staff? Absolute legends. Not only did they handle our ridiculous requests with grace and humor, but they made the whole experience feel like we were at a five-star restaurant instead of a fast-food joint. They were supportive, hilarious, and clearly know the true meaning of customer service. In conclusion: Burger King, you’ve outdone yourself. Double Whopper, double the fun, and double the thanks! Special thanks to Suray, Caitlin, Jai, John and Muskan at Burger King Straiton - you made our day!

Good Burger King. Fresh, fast and hot. Friendly, efficient staff and the seagulls aren't too badly behaved.

Probably the quietest Burger King I've ever visited, absolutely zero atmosphere, disinterested staff, and the most tasteless cheese burger I've ever had .

I am very unsatisfied with this most recent order, as it has not even shown up at my door, I have submitted a ticket with Customer support about this grievance and would be pleased if this could be avoided in future, thank you

Worst burger King, food was freezing cold

No atmosphere. Staff not very friendly. Food was ok but just warm. Drinks machine had hardly any drinks. Same every time we visit

Good food. Nice and hot. The staff were nice. The toilets were spotless as was the shop floor. Can't fault it.

Connor, Vinnie and their team served us today 5/8/24. The service was just fantastic and customised my burger with 5 patties just now I wanted it. REALLY good service 🔥

the food was terrible the burger was burnt all round the edges the quantity of loaded fries was shoking there was only about 20 chips and they were cold and I paid £3 for a small bottle of sprite wich was shoking to begin with but to not even receive it in my order after paying that price I was really unhappy with the service and now I can't eat untill I receive a refund this has made me even more angry

Opposite of fast food, removed them self from the Burger King app so no one can use the discounts but then when you order at the drive through they get half your order wrong, not forgetting the people on the drive through can barley speak English, it’s not ran as a business it looks more like a group of friends gathering! That many staff smoking outside the main doors I can smell there smoke in my car. management haven’t got a clue no care for detail customer service non existent.

You didn't bother to bring the burger and the "large" fries seem have somehow shrunk alarmingly in transit. This is garbage. Do better.

The food was completely cold, the meat was burnt, I only got a roll with meat without any additives. It wasn't edible. Very distasteful.

Customer service very poor. Waited to place order at till because had blue light card which she didnt know how to process so another staff member came only to be told too busy so go back and use electronic screens and press pay at till. Waited in line again and placed order then waited again to pay! Staff were non welcoming and snippy. Will not be back at this branch.

Ordered a meal over the app for pick up at the drive thru. Meal not ready so was asked to wait in car park. We then decided to just go and sit in the restaurant. All good -food came and on handing it out I realised they’d forgotten one of the burgers in our order. Just as well we’d chosen to sit in rather than drive off. Got that sorted fairly quickly. Then my son opened his burger and realised they’d put mayo and pickles on it -despite customising his burger on our app order. Again staff helpful at sorting this out quickly. But it would have been a disaster if we had taken on faith that the food in the bag was correct as ordered. Staff friendly and helpful but clearly something is going badly wrong with getting orders correct with 2 errors on same visit. Oh, and no sprite available so alternative drink choice given. It’s not the first time we’ve had issues here. I like a BK whopper -but I wish they’d sort out the issues at this branch.

Nice food and good customer service

Went to go for a meal with the kids as a holiday treat.when we arrived we waited about 5 mins to order but were ignored by all staff members as they were more concerned with delivery's and the drive through. No one said that they would take our order or even said hello. The restaurant was not even busy. The worst service ever, we went to KFC next door.

Was in today and a woman named “Jen” was very rude. Attitude that came off her was certainly not customer service. Spoke to the manager and even when speaking to manager she had the cheek to turn round and mutter “oh putting a complaint in about me- ha” very unprofessional and also the fact other people heard this and then walked out not ordering. Food was not bad but certainly won’t be back here again with that attitude.

Ordered peppercorn loaded chips dry as dust no peppercorn mayo , the bacon burger was dry and cold , kids and rest family enjoyed theirs, but not for me , 😥

Place is pretty dead and can be unclean. Unless you order ahead you can wait for ages to be served with the slightest rush.

Food was just about warm staff didn't interact with customers at all on the plus sude it wasn't busy but I'm guessing that's no surprise if that's there everyday service won't b back at that 1

All the left overs delivered our delivery was placed the shop shut at 9pm and we got our order at 10.20pm you should see the mess of the order !!

“Very poor management” I went to this restaurant with my husband and 3 months old baby for a dinner few days back, had to wait approximately 45 minutes- 1 hour to receive an order. And when I went to their manager to ask about an order politely, she was extremely rude and straight away told me to refund my money instead of resolving an issue with the order.

Hi went here for lunch and I realised only two staff were working and one was only doing drive thru orders I waited 30 minutes for just a burger and then when I politely complained the manager she annoyed and replied you have to wait. As a manager she was so rude that I realised that if she manage this store like this the staff really not happy and that is the only reason service was slow

Order stated a delivery time then took an additional 1 hour to even leave the restaurant despite delivery driver being there , then two full meals were missing when it finally did arrive. No answer when restaurant was called .

due to the lateness of the delivery (the driver was unable to find my address and I had to collect the food myself) the food was cold.

We waited 10 minutes before being served. We chose to sit in. The food was only adequate as the cheese on 3 burgers wasn’t even melted and made the burgers cool down quickly. The seating area was filthy with dropped food and general rubbish. Won’t go back!

The worst delivery I’ve ever received. Hot food mixed with cold drinks. Items missing. Chip portions basically non existent. Wrong size of ice cream tubs delivered. As if they packed the delivery with they’re eyes shut and hands tied behind there back

What I ordered and what I got were completely wrong. I ordered Fanta - I got Coke. I ordered Cookie Dough ice cream I got Caramel Chew chew. I ordered a Memphis Kings BBQ I got a pretty ordinary burger. Please explain to me why?

Order just delivered, food is hot & fresh & delivery was quick however I’m missing the chicken royale from the family party. Gutted as we don’t fave a burger for one of our kids.

Didn't have any Tomato Sauce at the time and the food was average. BK in Princes St food was much better than here.

Missing meal sons birthday only had fries

It said once you spend £25 you get free vegan nuggets or chilli cheese bites - I got none. I also put in the notes section that I would’ve liked the vegan nuggets but they mustn’t have read it.

Some of the food tasted like it had been sitting a long time or possibly reheated. The restaurant itself wasn't that clean and the customer service could have been better, even a smile would have helped.

Just not how it used to be. Portion size to price is shocking. Bring back the old burger King!!!

Collected an order after being parked up waiting for over 20 minutes. Got home and went to eat but the food quality is shocking and looks like it’s just been thrown together, the large fries was not even a quarter full and were stone cold and drink clearly needed syrup changing as was very weak tasting. Only 1 person in site in the whole building too. Awful experience
