Subway in Midlothian

Complete order was wrong (delivery). Missing items too. Shocking for the amount of money that is spent.

Forgot my cookie that I paid for.

The only subway that is consistent. Always get my order right and made well. I asked for plenty sauce and was even sent a little tub extra. Must have a good team of staff there as i have stopped going to most other subways due to poor experiences.

don't get me wrong driver who brought order absolutely amazing. restaurant I ordered from high standard. but had to wait for just eat to find driver 🙄. 1h wait. food delicious 😋

My food was 2 hours late and by the time he arrived the food was literally freezing the box that the chicken came in was soaking and the man was literally stood outside on the phone?

The food came 2 hours late, it was absolutely freezing the box my chicken came in was literally soggy? They gave me the wrong Cookie and that cookie had a hair in it?

Always the best subway to get from the rest get your order wrong, I have ordered every week here and always comes warm & correct thanks :)

nachos were cold and the wrong cookie came. sandwich was nice and filled to the brim though. delivery lady was lovely and smiley.

Hash browns covered in garlic mayonnaise I didn’t ask for sauce I ordered a steak and cheese sub I ended up with a chicken and bacon covered in the same garlic mayonnaise as hash browns My churros were meant to have caramel sauce there was none all I could taste was cinnamon. All food was stone cold Waste of money

Missing crisps, food was a bit meh and cold

I bought the footlong meal deal but only received my drink and footlong

lovely delivery driver. predictable good standard of food ( fresh, warm, order done without mistake got everything). not all subways are good as this one and one in Musselburgh. Absolutely love it ❤️

We didn’t even get the right order it was for someone completely different. They called us and told us to take it up with just eat as there’s nothing they will do about it

Always order a salad as the box is always rammed full unlike other branches 😬 delivered on time also

Every hour was another hour waiting 3 hrs later it was like it was made the day before . Disgusting. Cucumber was rotten .

Order from here a lot normally everything is great . However I ordered my usual chicken salad and sadly there was no chicken at all

Over an hour late, then they set it to 'Delivered' when it still hasn't arrived. They probably delivered it to the wrong house again.

Messed up the whole order sent us the wrong juice and wrong fillings on the subs and wrong sides!!

it's really ridiculous how subway can never get an order correct everytime I order from them they never get the foot right or give u something different its a joke

Paid for a meatball Mariana and got given a completely different sub and when you try to phone they don’t even asnweR.

Seriously need to start calling customers as ordered 2 Pepsi max cherry as I only drink sugar free drinks yet u gave me full fat Pepsi

Driver delivered food fast warm. Love when subway prepare sandwiches do customers liking. This subway and Musselburgh always make them tasty

We had items missing from our order. And it took an hour for the food to arrive - considering the shop is a 5 min drive away I struggle to understand why an hour is needed.

seriously if I could send another request of refund of this place I would do it again today!. The items got delivered in open packaging which was never seen before and not even the other places would dare to pack the food in such terrible and unsafety ways. They were inside simple plastic bags which were open too!, Where is the safety around this way of doing things?. I can't believe I wasted my money over a place which I gave trust in doing their job professionally like anyone would, at the end is making sandwiches and some other simple things, the pretty much I can do their job better than them!. I asked for a refund for the total disrespectfully and total unprofessional and total UNSAFETY way in how my food was delivered!!. I paid like any other customer to have the items I buy put it in a good manner and safety way so something like this should not happen especially when I paid money for it!!!!!!. IF CUSTOMERS ARE NOT HAPPY ABOUT A SERVICE AT ALL FOR HOW UNPROFESSIONAL LOOOKED LIKE, THEN NO WONDER A CHAIN OF YOUR BUSINESS WOULD GO BAD AND I MEAN TOTALLY BAD!. I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR I WILL PRETTY MUCH CONTINUE TO SEND MESSAGES, EMAILS AND MUCH MORE!. I asked for the request of refund and if it will get denied it I will send pictures but I am pretty sure the place don't need the pictures BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONES WHO MADE THE ORDER!!.

Food was poor.. hardly any meat strange smell coming from sandwiches and hardly any sauce also didn't have the juice I ordered

Food was very cold. All squashed into one bag. Over £50.00 of food in one bag, including the 4 bottles of juice! No excuses.

Definitely the best subway delivery in our area. The orders are always correct, made a packaged to a really top notch standard and I am always glad we have orders from these guys because the delivery is always super fast. I rarely leave reviews but this is honestly the best subway we have used. Very highly recommended.

I am disappointed of the fact the bag wasn't close properly, so wasn't literally eligible to be safe to eat, was a waste of my money and extra disappointment for the fact that this never happened before and I will for sure then not order anymore from this side.

Wrap came full of sauce , untoasted & 4 inches in size . Cheese garlic bread slice was exactly that -bread .2/10 recommend

Food was late but they did contact me to say that my order would slightly late so it wasn’t really a problem.

the food was ok, but on the order I stated to put lettuce too and I received no lettuce at all. I never had problems before but unfortunately this time yes for that mistake.

Absolutely dreadful order. Apparently had no meatballs left, instead of letting us know/canceling the order PRIOR to delivery, They replaced the meatball marinara with a bunch of random meat, along with another sub without the meatballs - If I wanted random meat I'd have ordered it, I dotn like the other meat so won't eat it. Nachos had no salsa, dry doritos with nearly no cheese and a few jalapeños. Juice missing. Out of 5 "toasted" Subs. Only 1 actually came toasted.

Ran out of cookies but replaced with other items to make up for it which was appreciated.

Replaced wedges with chicken when I am vegetarian, very disappointed.

Food done to order🥰 really full of flavour salad sandwiches. Delivery driver kind and found our address ( it's not easy). Overall honestly recommend this place

Order was wrong, clearly says on the receipt what toppings were to go on each sandwich yet put the wrong toppings on each so totally ruined it. Was cold despite it being close by and the bread was burnt and sandwiches uncut. Won’t order again.

Probably the best Subway I’ve had so far, really great sub, order was right, overall 10/10 would order again.

Best Subway I've had. Everything was put together nicely, was all fresh and they remembered my dips! Fantastic.

Come here around 3 times a week for my foot long seeded bread and vegan cheese. Much better than any subway I’ve used before. Great service by all staff.

Eating one of your steak and cheese subs in the car just now, your staff member was lovely to deal with. This man clearly works for his company and nor his wage. Cracking attitude and I shall make a point of stopping back again soon. Thanks buddy.
