Domino's Pizza in Midlothian

Nice atmosphere and ambience, good and quick service, quality of food was also brilliant.

Worst Dominos out there. Mess up your order, cold pizza and don't actually like to add toppings even when I've paid for extra to be included. Go to another branch. Managers don't care and customer service is zero too.

We received our pizzas to find out that there was multiple stands on hair throughout the pizza we found this unhygienic

Left my phone in the carpark outside. Called the shop asking if they could have a look outside and the man on the phone was kind enough to do so and went and found my phone. Brilliant service!

Ordered food and when it arrived 40 minutes later, it was cold phoned to complain manger said he would refund money but never did

While waiting for my pepperoni pizza and potato wedges I see some staff eatsomeones chips! Unhygienic

Ordered the pizza and 20 minutes later it says delivered on the app, yet we're an hour into waiting for it - won't be ordering from here again, pizza is always below par anyway.

Cold 7 inch pizza with under cooked bacon. Raw potato wedges that didn't even come with cheese (ordered). Worst meal I've had for quite a while!

Went into order 2 take out pizza and was charged for wrong order, spoke with lady when I came back and said I ordered peporonni passion when I did not! As the man who served me was away on order she did not correct order and said there's nothing she could do about it. She was sooo rude and customer service was poor due to a fault on their part!!! Will not be ordering from there again or for take out!!!

Went on a Tuesday evening. Dough freshly made but still only took 10 minutes for order to be ready. You can see right into kitchen area. Looked clean and pizzas were really nice

It's obviously why this score is so low - this restaurant always delivers cold pizza and the staff are so rude. Please avoid if you want a good meal or decent service. This place is rude and horrible to the customers and can't believe more hasn't be done. Avoid at all costs!!! Loads of better pizza places locally

It's Domino's so fairly predictable (in a good way). Food always been ready on time. Only had one issue where 1 pizza was missing on delivery.

Really good offers when you order in store or order to collect. We order the new base which is like a base with cheese then a base on top, it's very taco/nacho like. We had texas bbq and it was very yummy. Second pizza was pepperoni and again was delicious but this one we opted for standard base.

Absolutely THE worst dominos ever! The woman serving here is the rudest, most unpleasant, Ill mannered individual that I have ever met. When I asked her not to speak to me like an idiot I was met with some vile slavering mad woman! Yes my order was wrong, yes you should have helped me, yes you should have been polite and no you shouldn’t have sworn at me in a foreign language as I left!

Order was out for delivery for over 45 minutes and turned up cold. Branch don’t answer phone to try and get replacement or refund. Appalling customer service.

Order was shown on app as delivered long before arriving, pizza wasnt hot and the person on the phone was quite rude and morbid when I called to see where my order was.

Poor and rubbish service. It took the driver more than 1hr to deliver my order.

Was broken down near Howgate and hadn't eaten for hours. The wonderful Kay made sure I got my pizza brought to me even though I had bo postcode. And.. The food was good!! Wonderful.

The worst pizza in my entire life. I ordered this crust pizza. The base was like toasted cream crackers. It was really unedible. They also do not take cash so they are part of the global plan to remove cash and that will result in the loss of our freedom. Avoid them like the plague.

Went in once staff just went about their business as if I wasn't there after a few mins one guy acknowledged me despite the other member of staff walking past me as I wasn't there too. Walk in customers don't bother waste of time I left after after still no service

£35 of food wrong, not the brightest bunch in there place is a massive joke!

Management is useless and disrespectful, deliveries are late and often missing sides and can get better pizzas elsewhere for better value. Go somewhere else you'll be better of for it

Ordered a veg supreme got home to find I had a chicken and mushroom Pizza! Live 10 miles away from the shop so wasn't going to return it for another.

Won't be going back. Over an hour to deliver my pizza, when I called up was told it was on it's way...took another 20 mins. Not once did they apologise and then when I emailed to complain about the lack of apology I got no reply to that. Rubbish customer service for a very average pizza.

I liked it however to much tomato sauce on the pizza only down side
