The best restaurants in Central Scotland

Mother who is sadly in a care home, just loves when we can bring her here for fish and chips. The staff always bring her a wee fan heater,and small cup for her tea.Thankyou for making her lunch outing that wee bit perfect for her.Lovely staff.

Very good toastie. But limited choice as all that was on the menu were toasties. We asked for glasses for our drinks and got told they had run out of glasses even though there was 6 other people in the cafe. Would recommend though for a light lunch.

First time getting takeaway from Hung Wan and it was great. Walked in and our order was ready in 10 mins. Will definitely be back.

Tasty vegan bar style food, the staff are friendly. This place has a really welcoming laid back feel. They have local beers and also a good range of vegan cupcakes that you can buy.

Love it here foods Great staff are great 👍 😁😁😁😁😁. Love it when I get a job through here . Only thing that would make it even better is being able to pay whatever to double the chicken /protein . But if not 😁😁😁

Great place to get morning rolls or lunch. Love the paninis. Gift shop too. Tray bakes are amazing. No indoor seating but plenty outdoor seating. Well worth a visit

Nice restaurant. We thought the menu looked ok, so decided to give it a try. We were delighted with the meals - they exceeded our expectations: beautifully cooked and presented.

Called in to the Wee Bear for Brunch as we hadn't been for some time. As ever the food was excellent and the surroundings were excellent. Friendly efficient staff and food was piping hot and tasty.

Lovely friendly place with freshly cooked food. Bonus for dog owners- plenty of indoor space. A real find. Handy for the ferry at Hunters Quay too.

I was just passing through and stopped here for breakfast, what a find! Two breakfast rolls (one with two fillings) and a large americano, only £7.50 and absolutely delicious! Lovely ladies working there. Food is to-go. They also do cold rolls, paninis, chips, macaroni etc

Great place to get food to go hot and cold filled rolls. Soup, wraps, burgers and cakes. Hot and cold drinks. Made fresh to order. Plus newspapers, essentials. Friendly staff always happy to chat.

I was in cafe twice yesterday. Lovely filled rolls nice and fresh and pot of tea Went back later in day and had a lovely tasty bran scone and tea. Nice friendly young staff and clean and tidy cafe Would recommend highly as tried other cafes in area and this one is better
