The Meadow Inn in Perth & Kinross

Mother who is sadly in a care home, just loves when we can bring her here for fish and chips. The staff always bring her a wee fan heater,and small cup for her tea.Thankyou for making her lunch outing that wee bit perfect for her.Lovely staff.

We walked in last minute and they managed to squeeze us in. The staff were lovely, especially to our wee one who was a bit over tired! The food was amazing and really reasonable! Would definitely recommend this place!

Last minute booking after a lovely nearby walk with the dog. We had a quick look on here and thought we’d give it a try - glad we did! Warm and cosy, lovely staff, attended quickly to us and offered the dog some water. Food was really yummy and exactly what we needed! Steak pie and veg and a fish & chips. Couldn’t complain about the food or service at all. We thought it would be more country pub vibes but felt more like a restaurant. Good value and defo worth it!

Have enjoyed the meadow inns lovely food and service before, in fact i probably have reviewed it a few years back on my profile. This time we we staying at the Creiff Hydro with relatives from Kent and made sure we booked a table for 4 at our favourite crieff eatery. We ordered Chicken Balmoral, Macaroni Cheese, Fish and Chips and a Spicy Bean Burger washed down with 2 moretti, 2 coconut rum spritz and a bottle of Sauvign. Everyone loved their food and Im pleased to say we have returned again in July this year when we were staying in Creiff for the night before heading to The Rewind Festival in Perth.

We visited on September 18th at 6 p.m. We were seated in the rear room, which turned out to be very dark and cold. Our server was very nice and he looked after us very well. Drinks and food were delivered quickly, and he checked on us regularly. Pints were very good (£4.40 for Theakstons, £5 for Guinness, cans of juice £2.50). Fish & Chips (£14.95), Balmoral Chicken (£16.95), and the Bacon, Brie & Cranberry Burger (£15.95) were very tasty, but the Balmoral had the smallest portion of mashed potatoes we had ever seen and the burger was stacked so high it had to be eaten with a knife and fork and quickly fell apart. An enjoyable evening and we would come again.

My husband and I (and our dog) have just had the most wonderful evening and delicious meal. Everything from start to finish was delightful. The serving staff were all cheerful and very efficient and the food was top notch. I had the steak pie with chips and my husband had the Sunday roast both were superb! We would 100% recommend. We were both made to feel very welcome and they even got a bowl of water for our dog which was so kind. Don’t pass by without giving this place a try - you will not be disappointed!

The food here is absolutely fantastic, without a doubt the best pies we have ever had. Only rating 4 stars as when we arrived they had booked us in for the wrong Saturday, even though it was clearly stated ‘this Saturday’ over the phone, which meant we had to wait 40 minutes for a table. So make sure you double confirm this when making a reservation. However apart from this, staff were lovely and food is amazing. Highly recommend.

Out for a Sunday drive and were looking to stop for lunch. We were heading to the craft center but spotted this as we drove past. No-one needed persuading and we were warmly welcomed into a nice pub restaurant. Local Ossian ale (keg) was available and was very nice. I was talked out of having a starter, and a good thing too, my American burger came as a full meal, delicious. The haddock was also enjoyed very much, a few bits left over because of the large plateful. Service was very good too, friendly and attentive. Would recommend this place for excellent quality food, drink and service. Interesting to try an overnight stay so that I can enjoy a few more pints.

We found this pub by chance while visiting Crieff with our children. The food and service was excellent. Food very tasty and great servings. Nice atmosphere, very friendly staff and we enjoyed it so much we returned for evening meal again the following night. Highly recommended!

The Steak and ale pie was THE best I have ever had! The beef was large and chunky but just falling away. Absolutely great. Friendly staff, nice traditional pub restaurant and dog friendly. Prices are typical for pub grub (£13 - £18 average per meal for various burgers/chicken/ fish & pie type meals but the quality is excellent. First time their but we will be back.

Passing through Crieff on a Sunday, saw this, thought we’d give it a go. Excellent choice! The food was delicious: 1 fish and chips (really thick chips, VERY tasty) Salmon fillet: Very generous size of fillet. Served with sweet potato mash with maple syrup and chilli. Out of this world!!

Visited twice this weekend while at caravan site, Saturday lunch time & Sunday for a roast. Both days the meals were amazing as usual, this is the only place we will eat when in Crieff. Always great food & service.

Best burger and chips I have ever tasted. We went as a group of five on holiday in the area when we stumbled across this delightful pub. If I'm honest from the outside I wasn't expecting much but once through the door it was outstanding from start to finish. We received a warm welcome and this great service continued throughout. All the food was amazing, from the pie, to the chicken & Haggis to the burger and chips. We were all in awe of the light crispness of the chips which are beyond excellent. Now don't even get me started on the deserts, they're is only one word 'heaven'. So by now you will realise how good the food is but this is the icing on the cake, value for money. All the dishes were reasonably priced so you won't break the bank. What are you waiting for, get down there now 😊

Excellent service and outstanding food. The Steak and Ale pie is to die for! Even the chips (fries) were excellent. Perfect spot for lunch between castles.

Just had a lovely meal with my wife in the Meadow Inn. Staff very friendly and the food was well presented and excellent value.

Had a lovely wee stop at Crieff and found this gem of a pub. Staff were lovely and inviting and the food was fantastic. I had the cod mornay and the wee one had a macaroni. The Lady who served us I’m sure was Vicky was very nice and chatty. Can’t praise the food enough.

went to the Meadown Inn restaurant with my boyfriend, we both ordered burgers, the guy that served us was very kind and polite, although I had a tiny mite on my plate that was actually moving next to my food, would not visit this place again, very dissapointed
