Arrogant owner, that questions the integrity of one star reviews.
Normally I leave reviews on TA, however the unprofessional response I got here earned a second one star review on Google.
Terrible food, terrible owners. Refers to ‘1’ - a ‘local’ farm that imports most of its meat from Europe. ‘2’ stornoway black pudding which has a very distinctive taste vs what you would get in Tesco.
Sincerely a genuine visiting reviewer, who doesn’t even live within a 1000 miles of Falkirk. So no alternative motive as this clown suggests.
We arrived in Crieff after a day in Edinburgh . We asked our host which restaurant close she would recommend.
We arrived to be a friendly welcome.
Menus arrive smartly as well as our first round of drinks .
There are too many good choices on the menu.
Our meals arrived looking amazing .
The flavours and seasonings were to die for .
Thank you for a fantastic night !
Visiting from England. Phoned a takeout order through for collection. They said to turn up in 20mins. Very friendly at the counter. Food ready and all there. On eating it...honestly THE best vegetarian curry I have ever had. The portions were large/huge and all was great quality. Can't rate enough. Cheers, Tom.
A warm and friendly welcome when we arrived.
The newly refurbished rooms are done to a very high standard. The complimentary dram and truffles are a lovely touch.
The food is excellent we had the pigeon starter, I had the fish of the day, some of the best seafood ever. My wife had the venison again it was exceptional. I just about managed to fit in the Guinness cake and ice cream to finish.
We had an excellent lunch at the Loft. Nice food and good service served by the owners. Starters and main s all good and well presented and very tasty.

Took my wife here for her birthday and it did not disappoint. Service was excellent and food was amazing. We also stayed and the room was well decorated, spacious and has everything you need. Highly recommended 👌
We visited for the first time yesterday (Thursday 10th April) and received such a warm welcome from the lovely staff. Although we did not arrive in time to sample the lunch menu (looked delicious!) we thoroughly enjoyed our scones and a very tasty slice of the banana & carrot cake. The baking was a high standard and presented beautifully - all a bit more ‘special’ than you often find but at very reasonable prices.
We loved the decor, ambience and tasteful adaptation of the pavilion into a bright, airy and calm place to eat and enjoy the surroundings.
We will definitely return next time we are in the area and know to book in advance.
A big thank you to the friendly Team!
Really lovely quaint tea room. Very friendly and great service…. Cakes were beautiful and all homemade. If your gluten free this is a must stop place as caters well for them. Will return on my next visit to the area… as I can’t recommend enough.

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing!! Everyone was so kind to us, and the cozy atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. After we ordered the food came very quickly and was fantastic for us and our kids.
Popped in for a couple of sandwiches, lovely thick bread, absolutely overloaded with filling of choice & salad. Freshly made while you wait, brilliant for the price you pay. So good couldn't eat it all,& had the rest later on that evening. Plenty of other options to choose from, wraps, baked potatoes, panines. Worth waiting in the queue for.
