Great pub, fantastic staff, felt really welcome, food was outstanding, Leanne made us feel welcome, will definitely be back

Now called Ben Lui restaurant. DONT GO! Diabolical. Had to ask them to take an order. After one hour 3 of 4 starters arrived, no cutlery. After chasing the fourth starter. Two main courses arrived whilst eating starters then a third then no fourth main course or cutlery. Had to go and ask for fourth main course and more cutlery. Macaroni was made with mozzarella and was most peculiar.Had to go and ask for bill. Grossly overpriced. Food below average although to be fair the pizza was alright. All tables experienced this. Over two hours for food extra. Staff ignored us and most of other customers

Me encantó, tenían una de mis pizzas favoritas, sin embargo no va a ser la mejor pizza que tengas en tu vida. Es un restaurante de cadena pero la pizza es MUCHO mejor que las cadenas de pizza como Dominos (primer ejemplo que se me ocurrió) Un montón de opciones para veganos y personas con alergias. La comida fue entregada rápidamente y el personal era agradable. Me volvería a ir 😊

El personal aquí es maravilloso - gran servicio, muy atento y trabajando a un nivel muy alto. La comida es muy sabrosa y muy bien presentada. El ambiente en el restaurante era cálido y cómodo. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Gracias al equipo por la mejor experiencia gastronómica que hemos tenido en siglos.

Yo estaba fuera con mis amigos y el sever Melanie era tan bueno con nosotros ella ayuda con los precios y era muy amable, aunque nuestra experiencia gastronómica

Visited cafe 33 today for my lunch i couldnt fault the service and quality of food. the staff were very freindly and made me very welcome i would highly recommend the food and coffee here to any one i will definitely be back

Place was unclean, grimy and sticky, and just generally shabby. Had loaded Nachos and at £10 expected them to be good. Cheap Nachos, hardly any cheese or pork and half the portion welded onto plate and inedible. Been in microwave too long. Left feeling totally ripped off. Won't be back.

Nice place for a meetup for coffee with friends! Great amount of seating in the place- space downstairs too. Great selection of hot/cold drinks, cakes and sandwiches. Nice and cosy atmosphere, some chatter about the place and some students on their laptops studying, so definitely a versatile space for what you need it for.

Lovely warm welcome, very helpful friendly staff. Food is super affordable and absolutely delicious. Quick service on my lunch break. Well definitely return

Un hotel muy agradable, me sorprendió lo mal que está el restaurante. El menú poco imaginativo, el servicio es terrible. Pedimos una copa de vino cada uno, entrada compartida y plato principal. Nuestro vino tardó diez minutos en llegar, hay que tener en cuenta que el restaurante solo estaba lleno en un 20%, cuando finalmente llegó nuestro entrante compartido, remolacha humus, otros diez minutos, solo había un pequeño pan pitta, cortado en 4 tiras pequeñas, con él. Tuve que pedir más, tenemos dos tiras pequeñas más. Después del arranque tuvimos que esperar media hora más para nuestro plato principal. Era comestible, pero no puedo decir mucho más que eso. Por alguna razón después del plato principal pedimos el menú del desierto, después de media hora no había llegado y decidimos que ya era suficiente. Nos las arreglamos para recibir la factura. Me molestó que hubieran añadido 12. 5 % de servicio - qué servicio - mi esposa insistió en que no hice un escándalo, me lo habría quitado. Imagino que la única manera de obtener una propina es hacerlo, aunque me pregunto cuántos clientes se oponen. SI NO PUEDE PRESTAR SERVICIO NO DEBE COBRAR POR ELLO Consejo - hay un italiano extremadamente agradable justo al otro lado de la carretera.

We stopped here for breakfast on our way to Falkirk. Three of us had bacon rolls and one a fried egg roll, along with coffees. The food was delicious and the coffee really good. The display of freshly prepared rolls, cakes etc. was very inviting. Had we not been travelling around, we would have definitely bought some of their sourdough bread which looked particularly good. Highly recommended.

This was my second visit and it was amazing. I ordered a delicious, low calorie meal and a bottle of mango drink. I consumed around 400 kcal and had full stomach for ~£10. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant clean. Please, please, open a branch in Crieff 😀

We kwamen bij toeval terecht bij de Tearoom op het treinplatform in Crianlarich. De ruimte is eenvoudig maar authentiek ingericht. Aardige eigenaresse, prima eten en drinken.

While staying in the Hotel, we had a pint in the Ptarmigan and it was fine - as was the service. From an atmosphere perspective it felt more like a pub than the the bar in the Buchanan, but less so than the Drymen Inn or the Clachan, and I guess it’s in that midstream area between pub and hotel bar. We would be happy to use it again - depending on what sort of atmosphere we were looking for.
