First visit to the Garden. Absolutely excellent. Considerate and friendly staff. Food arrived quickly and was delicious and catered to my allergy requirements. Very impressed. Decent value for money too. Will definitely revisit.

Had never been here before but its lovely

On Sunday, May 11, my husband and I decided to relax and have a delicious coffee at Caffe Nero in Stirling. However, it turned into an unpleasant experience. When we scanned our voucher, the waitress rudely told us that it wasn't working, and she showed no sign of attitude or empathy for the customer! We had placed our order to sit inside the cafe, but she arranged for takeaway. She was very disrespectful and spoke to my husband, telling him that he should have told her earlier! Letting her know that we were having coffee there. The rude waitress who served us was on the afternoon shift, around 5:30 p.m. She's thin and blonde, and that was the limit for us to leave. Something I noticed she does is place a chair halfway up the stairs leading to the next floor, where there are more tables, preventing people from choosing to sit there. Why does she do this? And what right does she have? Disrespectful. The tables remain dirty on the main floor for long periods of time. The bathrooms are poorly cleaned.

What a place! Amazing food, most lovely staff, huge variety of authentic Asian dishes that will delight international students and those craving the real deal, along with the usual favourite western style Chinese dishes, all done perfectly. Absolutely love the place and have commuted from Edinburgh multiple times to go here. Outstanding and a real treat! If I could give 6 stars I would!

Al parecer, este restaurante ha estado cerrado durante un par de meses. Todavía tomando reservas en el sitio web y a través de un tercero. Llegó un viernes por la mañana para encontrar cerrado y el negocio de al lado dijo que no había operado durante meses

It’s very fantastic place with a comfortable price. The foods are so delicious, specially waffles and burgers. If you want to sit in a good environment, I would recommend to go there. Take away services also fantastic.

Food was very nice. Views were great across the park. Comfortable seating and area kept very clean. Reception was a bit frosty however no pressure to leave on e we had eaten.

Solo una maravillosa instalación al servicio de la comunidad. Gran vibra y personal trabajador y asombroso horneado casero / rollos y sopa en un lugar que admite perros no tiene precio. Muy agradecido por Craig y el equipo haciendo tanto trabajo duro para nuestro beneficio.

Service was slow and laboured. No atmosphere at all. Staff overcharged us even though we had booked. One person in the group ordered fish and chips with mushy peas but got garden peas, I ordered scampi and chips and that was it, no dressing or salad, chips looked like frozen ones , scampi was overcooked. Won’t be going back and won’t recommend

Precioso desayuno recién cocinado. Personal amable y acogedor, mesas limpias y restaurante. Dentro es genial - pero por favor limpiar todas las colillas de cigarrillos fuera de la puerta principal!

Great lunch. Nice home cooking. Staff very friendly and good service. Better menu than many similar places. Pasta dish was excellent.

19/05/25 Friendly staff and good food.

I had a breakdown, so ended up at the services, went to Costa while waiting for breakdown assistance. Was greeted really warmly, and when I explained my predicament the young lady serving (Heather) was really upbeat and positive, which was just what I needed. She was not only pleasing and cheerful, she had a really good knowledge of the products on offer, as I was a little unsure what to offer she gave me a few options and described them and ended up offering something I’d never normally order- and it was lovely! She also recommended the pistachio biscuit/bake which again was very nice! High quality service like this should definately be commended and I hope whoever is in charge recognises and commends her suitably! She’d certainly be a good example for other staff, or maybe in a training role? I’d normally avoid services but I’ll be sure to stop by if I’m passing again! Thanks

My Wife and I popped in for lunch on Saturday afternoon, tables avaliable, enjoyed browsing through the new menu and chose the recommended katsu chicken, and my Wife raved about the lasagne. Great value for money and freshly made food..
