The best cafes to have a good cappuccino. Good atmosphere and takeaway service.

Proper espresso and really good tiramisu. Enough room upstairs and downstairs to sit.

I found it but expensive. The varieties were great.

My friend swears by the coffee here. Staff attentive and, because it is a good coffee shop, there is often a queue.

Not much help for mums with babies. Werent serving to table while happy to talk to friends.

Two baristas. One chatting to customers whilst he made drinks sloooooowly. The other tidying right beside me. I was next in the queue but got fed up being an invisible customer after waiting longer than 5 minutes. Took my business elsewhere 💪😄

Bit manky ,toilets are a disgrace,lots of fruit fly's.

Absolutely filthy!! Dirt and bird feathers all over the floor, floor and tables generally looked dirty and not cleaned. The feathers were blowing up into the fridges and all over the food and drink we had purchased My wife took our daughter to the toilets and they were disgusting, urine all over the toilet seats and floor and the smell was horrendous!! No proper way to wash your hands other than a watered down tub of hand sanitiser!!! This place clearly hasn’t been cleaned in some time, as the dirt and filth has built up over a long period, it needs closing for a full deep clean

Great coffee. Prices normal. The staff were very friendly and seemed very professional. Cake and cappuccino were very good

The food and drinks are what you’d expect of a Caffè Nero, but if you need to use (at least) the women’s bathroom, you’re better off going over to Thistles where you can actually use a clean toilet and properly wash your hands. I can’t help but wonder if the staff after properly washing their hands after using the toilets!

Good coffee and food right in Stirling centre. The staff are friendly and efficient. Would go back and also recommend a visit when you are in Scotland.

Nero ( Stirling town ) is losing its standard, great location and great wide window views into town but such a dirty cafe, floors & sofas soft furniture badly stained & in general unclean flooring , enjoying their coffee & and food, but cleanliness is an issue, toilets are not to standard very dirty.

I had the Chicken pesto something but it was really good. The crust was so crispy and it just melted in my mouth, absolutely loved it! I also had the chocolate caramel on dessert and it was nice. I had the hot chocolate with whipped cream in beverages and it was good. The staff is very helpful and nice. I just love the service! The atmosphere is nice, it was pretty crowded so I guess this place must be really good.

Cafe Nero is lucky it’s a good franchise, I do enjoy the coffee however the staff in the Stirling branch lacked care and communication, seen one of the girls on her Snapchat rather than acknowledging me, and once the other girl has asked my order she turned around and continued chatting I’m all for talking to your work mates but first things first at least make your customers feel welcome and not ignored

Lovely staff. Listen to what u want. And very helpful to all who comes into the coffee shop. Lovely time in here again 2day 9/10/22. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Was in 2day 10/12/22 and again my food and drink was lovely couldn't fault that. However it really showed how under staffed they were 2day. Quite a few tables were covered with trays and dirty plates etc. But I'm sure that's purely down to not enough staff for a weekend in a busy popular coffee shop

Bacon butties for breakfast very nice, very tasty, well filled. Drinks perfectly made as always, with my son claiming it's the nicest hot chocolate he'd ever had. Service friendly and quick, and I even signed up to the app without any hitch, so rewards sorted going forward.

Went in for lunch today while waiting in the queue. I didn't hear the staff member the first time but to get my attention he rudely waved his hand in my face instead of saying excuse me. Used to be a repeat customer, won't be back.

Two days in a row they have not had wi-fi, and their pastry case looks awful, and today they have no working toilet. Don't come here.

Great coffee (Single- Origin Peru is lovely, less bitter) and staff friendly, service with a smile. Can be quite busy around 4pm onwards, with longer queues. Nice place to sit for a people watch or a nice coffee and laptop time.

Café Nero is usually really good, although visited Café Nero in Stirling. They seemed to be understaffed. The staff member who was cleaning surfaces and coffee making equipment jumped on to help their colleague make coffees and didn’t change gloves or wash hands, then proceeded to make coffee with the same dirty gloves on. I won’t be back there again as I found that to be very unhygienic and lacking in professionalism.

Quiet place for studying, wonderful staff.

Cafe Nero one of the only places that allows you to sit with your dog and a coffee, provided your dog is well behaved of course! You can't even go to your local boozer with your dog and get it a packet of crisps nowadays! But hey Caffè Nero is here and people get to know you and some dogs become little celebrities! Like Kaylah she ends up with girls wanting there picture taken with her, which obviously daddy likes too! Lol.

Still open! It varies due to Tier levels with Covid19 but always open for take away. Very clean, very safe, really helpful staff. And of course great variety of coffee made to your specification!!

First Cafe Nero visit since The Virus came, sadly the tea is still lousy, yet it didn't used to be. I loved this cafe, but not only does it no longer provide a decent cuppa, its gluten & diary free offerings are paltry or non-existent!

Asked for an iced coffee. When I pay for an ice coffee I want offered the works with cream and sauce on top to make it look nice. I sat in with an over filled glass jus boring iced coffee. I use social media what I eat and drink and happy to pay extra it to look nice. I normally go other coffee shops that do this so I sadly will not be back.

Coffee was great but serving tea as just a cup of hot water with a tea bag is a bit poor. Not the best layout either.

This was my Go To to stock up on muffins, for a quick breakfast, on days I was off to catch an early train. The Cranberry Seed muffin was my choice, each time. The place is always busy, and there is seating outside, on those nice days. It seems to be a popular hang out, and everything in the display case looked yummy.

Great location to grab a coffee and walk up to castle. With a bracing wind the hot cup of coffee had multiple benefits. Smooth velvety coffee and useful handwarmer.
