Pirnhall Inn Brewers Fayre in Stirling

It's really bad that you now only get 3 hours parking.... what if your a designated driver on a night out, are you only allowed a 3 hour night out. Shameful

Absolutely vile as soon as you walk in stale smell of pee. Ordered fish and chips 🤢 was not stated that it comes with skin on and the batter was so over cooked also Sides we all over cooked or under cooked garlic bread Would not recommend

Whilst it's the usual Pub Grub it was made by the level of service we received. We were well looked after and even reminded about offers and promotions I saved by using Meerkat Meals

Fantastic service from all the staff. All very friendly and they went above and beyond for myself and my husband when we visited for the first time on the 1st of March. We had dinner on the Saturday and breakfast on the Sunday and the food was great we couldn't fault it. Thank you again to the staff for great service and fantastic food oh and great cocktails 👍😁

Really nice atmosphere , friendly staff nice food

Went for a late afternoon meal on a Saturday while staying in the Premier inn next door. Ordered pie,chips and peas. Was disappointed when they put it down in front of me! Thought I'd ordered of the children's menu! Portion was pretty small but still good! Wasn't cheap either!!

Love this place. Our nearest venue and prices are brilliant. Food swiftly served and the staff are all great folk.

After a small pint of guinness ( a lot less than a 440 can I did not expect to return ) but I did things were much better excellent lovely ( full ) pint of cider with fish chips mushy peas lemon and tartar sauce perfect meal at a great price. Did not review the guinness but had to review the meal as it was exceptionally good quality and value !

Dropped in for a coffee …friendly staff immediately engaged with us ….have had meals and buffet nights here before and can highly recommend……Oct 2024 “value” cheese burger and chips and another 5 stars food quality and service Feb 2025 great value £5 meals nicely cooked and great service from Stuart

Very nice experience in Pirnhall Inn Brewers Fayre. Scott and his Team were absolutely amazing, food was spot on, served very fast, with perfect plating. I wanted to ask for sauces, but experienced and knowledgeable staff brought it before we have asked for it! All was done to perfection! Thank you again very much for nice and unforgettable experience you have provided us with.

Everything at the place is just perfect for relaxing breakfast n family time. Special thanks to Mr. Kuba who have been so helpful and serving all the food with warmth. He specially prepared delicious omelets for us. Thanks. 😊

Food was good. Quick service too. Fouad (chef... nickname Forehead 😂) and Kuba the manager here are an absolutely amazing team. Alex M was also amazing taking our order for 7 and getting everything spot on. Thank you guys for an amazing evening xx

Have visited twice in the last few months for breakfast and enjoyed the food and service. However on visiting today, the food was below standard and when we requested poached eggs the male behind the counter just glared at my husband and didn’t even acknowledge him, he just turned on his heal and walked away. When we mentioned this to a female server she stated that he was busy and had lots of other jobs to do. He probably does but civility goes a long way. Very disappointed.

Great roast dinner carvery on Sunday, food excellent as always ,what else to say

Popped in for some late lunch today and was over the moon with the service provided. I believe our servers name was Blair and he could not have made us feel more welcome and upsaled greatly

Friendly and helpful staff, a mention for Kuba who chatted to us, good service, pub food is good especially week night deals. Tea, coffee, water and soft drink is help yourself. Atmosphere is also good.

Food was OK,hashbrowns were deep fried so hard and greasy and asked for uncooked tomato...but no still hot.

Read to the end*** Had the mixed grill, steak was full of grizzle, fried eggs were hard, everything from the grill had chunks of black bits, chips were ok. Service was slow and minimal so no chance to complain quietly. Lots of empty tables on a valentines night tells me the locals know its not great 2nd visit, Work brought me back to the area and with little option I decided to try again, had the mixed grill again, the steak was fantastic, the eggs perfect, no black bits from the grill, food arrived extremely fast, the slim young lady that served me was polite and helpfull. I can only assume they have new staff as the improvement from the previous visit was incredible. Congratulations

The food was lovely, and as usual, priced well. The staff are all very friendly, and are a total credit to Brewers Fayre. I’d come back here just for the staff.

There's nothing like paying over £60 for a meal to come home with food poisoning! Place is absolutely Rotten! From the food , to the drinks, to the hygiene, to the staff , even the chairs and cutlery & napkins on the table were dirty!! My stomach was a little upset after eating here yesterday, and I didn't think much else until I was vomiting throughout the night and still this morning & this afternoon! Battered fish , with the skin still on! So basically the head was taken off and the thing was battered , and the smell with how fishy it was , raised my concerns to order something else from the menu , then the speed the food is thrown out the kitchen is unbelievable, you can tell things get half heated in the microwave with it being freezing on the outside and roasting hot in the middle, Even with the tiny amount I had eaten , and how unwell it's made me , I dread to think if I HAD eaten the whole meal how it would have affected me! Hope your food and hygiene rating is up to date because no one could pass that place . It's a disgusting shambles 🤮 and you should be shut down! Disgraceful! avoid at all costs unless you potentially want to be vomiting for hours afterwards! 🥲🤮

went here for breakfast... sausages we under cooked, items missing, beans were cold, felt like they just rushed it to get it made!

The bar staff were friendly and the drinks good. The food was standard basic Fayre food, which fills a hole.

Carvery shocking very small cuts of meat in the three selections potatoes and all vegs cold 😱

Great food at great prices. Sadly, I couldn't finish as I'd been unwell for most of the day. Apologies to my companions and to staff. I was offered an alternative, but would have been unable to eat that either. Thanks though, to staff, for their concern.

Food was average. Could have been better as the onion rings came out a bit too crispy and the eggs on the gammon didn't seem quite right. Service was a tad slow to clear plates off the table so you'd find you'd sit there with empty plates on your table whilst they bring your next course. Just an average place to go for normal pub food.

Optimal!! Nice, smiling and kind welcome, bright, clean and very spacious but intimate at the same time place, wide opening hours of the kitchen, you can eat well and in abundance from Fish & Chips to delicious ice creams. The breakfast was also fantastic, both Italian (all sweet☺️) and Scottish (very substantial with sausage, beans, eggs, bacon etc.😋). Low prices, highly recommended

Nice afternoon lunch with our pastor. Food came out fast and was tasty, not quite 5 stars but all in all good place to eat.

The location is great and there's plenty of parking, and its got lots of tables. We were there for the Sunday roast which was really nice and you can get as much veg and extras as you want.

had a birthday meal for 60th and staff couldn't have been better, the food was perfectly cooked and very nice, great experience and will be back, we'll done to Scott and Blair for being so helpful

Very quiet when we dropped by with a group of American tourists who wanted a late lunch. The area had a bit of a damp smell so I was worried about how our clients would enjoy the place. No worries..they came out raving about the food and beers. Staff great but venue lacked a little atmosphere and could perhaps do with being aired. ?

Terrible food, lukewarm soup, microwaved spare ribs and dry chicken fillet. So much sauce on top that you can't see what you're eating. Waste of money. Grumpy lady taking the order. Still has a lot to learn about hospitality!

Great place to go ,food and staff excellent. Only down fall although very clean is that its getting a bit worn at the edges abd needs a freshen up. Will definitely go back though.

Made a reservation and asked if they served certain food. Was told yes. Arrived and there was none of the food we enquired about on the menu.

Had not been here for a number of years as my last visit was terrible. The place was unclean, sercice was terrible and the food was disgusting. I decided to give this place a chance again today and I am glad that I did. The host Scott was great and the food was superb. I will definitely be back for more fish and chips. Massive improvement since my last visit.

The staff were very polite and friendly, I've eaten here many times and found the food to be well cooked and and tasty no complaints whatsoever.

Our Rambling group stopped in here, 9 of us on our way to Glencoe. We had booked a table as this can get busy and is very popular . We were shown to our table, which was followed by Prompt service by the Handsome manager and his lovely polite staff with a Smile. The food was very appetising, the presentation was on point which can make or break a dining experience. Lovely food, we were served very quickly and had to indulge in some deserts which again were fantastic. Thank you for the lovely warm welcome. We look forward to visiting again perhaps on our way back on Monday....

Scott the manager is always friendly and welcoming. We have been many times and this is our favourite Brewers Fayre around us. The food is always well presented and well cooked, good value for money and is a great location.

Very nice breakfast with ample choice of tasty, hot food. The gentleman who greeted us was very friendly and the restaurant is well spaced out so you don’t feel you’re dining in someone else’s lap.

Lovely place. Accidentally came in with an expired voucher and the duty manager was very considerate. The waiting staff was also very attentive. Food arrived quickly and was delicious. We had the vegan burger and veggie lasagne which were both great. Food and drinks for under £30 is excellent value.

11 pounds per person for breakfast so on the lower end of the 10-20 gbp. 2 staff member that we noticed, the one we interacted the most with was such a lovely person, very accommodating, gave us a bowl of water and some treats for our dog to enjoy while we ate. Since it was a self serve breakfast there were multiple options, such as muffins, toast, yogurt, cereal, eggs, meats. Reasonable price for breakfast and very friendly staff. Music was playing in the background and there was also a TV in the bar area with some children's shows on.

Currently visiting the Stirling area on a wee Easter break. Booked a table for 1pm for a Sunday carvery which I had to change to 12pm for other arrangements. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was beyond helpful and very happy to help me amend my booking. I forgot to get the lads name that first met us but he was very polite and welcoming. Went to the bar to place our orders and Blair was also very polite and friendly. Kuba must have seen how hyper our two boys were as he kindly offered some colouring in things for them. Hands down the best carvery we have had in a long time. Both boys devoured theirs without any complaints and we both throughly enjoyed ours too. We were all absolutely stuffed but still managed to squeeze in a pudding. Our 3 year old kept making up his own pudding ideas and Blair listened to him and managed to come up with something to keep our son happy. In the end, ice cream and sprinkles fix everything! A little bit sad that it's not our local Brewers Fayre but will happily visit again if we are in the area! Thank you all for a wonderful lunch!

Food and staff are absolutely awesome

Great place for lunch and a drink or two very reasonable prices and the Sunday Roast is great. Fantastic service which creates a great atmosphere.

Lovely staff very helpful and friendly. Service was fast and efficient nothing was a problem. Atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Food was delicious no complaints at all highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Great location, plenty of free secure parking. Great mixed grill.

Pirnhall has a very large car park, however if hotel next door is busy that could sway that. Order at bar with your table number deal which speed things up however slowed back down awaiting chefs to carve the meat. Vegetables good, turkey and beef were also good (didn't try the gammon on this occasion). Let downs were conditions of the toilets and the water machine allowed sediment through the filter into the glass

It's ok, it's a brewers fayre, you get a good eat for a cheap price. Don't expect world class food, but you'll enjoy it.

In for a bit lunch and coffee ☕ pleased to see they are dog friendly. The coffee was good considering it was from a machine will be back.

The service was excellent at lunchtime today 4th March. I had lost my free birthday meal code and 2 members of staff went overboard to ensure I could still have a meal to celebrate my birthday. Thank you for being so kind and trusting 💓 🙏

Food here has sadly rapidly gone downhill, last few times its been awful, and my salad was suppose to be served with avacado and croutons and when it came it had neither.. so i asked and my Avacado that came was hot n disgusting. They would have been better saying they had none.. as to serve terrible food.. my husband hated his meal and said he won't be back..

Staff were very attentive, and the starter was tasty, but for the main meal, I was given a raw burger that I couldn't eat. Luckily, i had cut this in half. This came quite quickly after the starter, so it felt like this was rushed. I did get a refund for this, but I wouldn't eat here again because of the experience with the raw food.

Excellent service, continuous checking to make sure everything was ok. There were 7 adults and 1 baby and we all had the carvery (except the baby). Carvery choices were great. Veg/side selection were amazing. Mashed potatoes and the mashed turnip were awesome. Huge yorkies, lovely gravy, only problem is what to chose from. Sprouts were a bit ‘school’ tasting but other than that I would highly recommend going here for a carvery. Absolutely stuffed after it.

Food is grim cold and the wrong order

Staff where non existent, food was cold and lacked flavour. The plate was the hottest part of the meal. Won't be back.

Really wanted fish and chips but when we went to order we were told they didn't do them on Saturdays. While we were finishing our meal, fish and chips were brought out to another customer!!! We had driven up from Bradford Yorkshire to see friends and were staying at the travelodge. Was going to come back for breakfast the next day but took our custom elsewhere.
