Good service as always. Our go to when we want fish and chips.

Fish was a good size and nice and crispy .

Asked for brown sauce & there wasn’t any on it.

chips and fish were swimming in grease and the onion rings were the same

was not happy with order as it was not very hot. I have had this before and the driver gave my order to another person at different address had to phone shop they replaced it with me arguing with them

food took an hour and a half to arrive after stating 10 minutes after ordering it was out for delivery, arrived cold too.

Primera vez en Blue Lagoon. Muy sabroso pescado y patatas fritas, no grasiento, buena masa y patatas fritas eran patatas fritas encantadoras. Solo un pequeño problema fue de todos los pescados y papas fritas que he tenido a lo largo de los años, nunca he tenido huesos. Lamentablemente una horquilla llena había 6 huesos pequeños. Yo no me desanimé, solo quería informar al equipo. Sin duda volveré sin embargo. Bonito lugar para sentarse, limpio y ordenado.

Absolutely shocking, Christmas Eve. Been at work all day ordered food 2 hours ago woman turns up at half 11 at night with cheek about how my food being cold isn’t her fault after she tried delivering it to the wrong address ‘just becuase she was meant to finish at half 10’ (her own words)

very greasy and chips had an odd taste

Looked nice. Sat down, looked at the ridiculous prices and stood back up and left. They want £9.50 for a smoked sausage and chips. It's about £5.50 in every other chippy in the country. I also laughed when I saw they're asking for £2.50 for a can of juice. Let me say that again... £2.50 for a CAN of juice. TWO POUND AND FIFTY PENCE!!! FOR A CAN OF JUICE!!! Even the Chinese take aways only charge £1 a can. So, after realizing that this chippy is clearly aimed at tourists who have more money than sense and who don't understand the concept of getting ripped off, we left hungry and went to a place round the corner called Monterey Jack which was superior in every way. Go there instead.

Excellent place for supper, service is top notch and good background music.

Tengo pescado, patatas fritas, guisantes tiernos, pan y mantequilla y una taza de té, mientras que mi marido tiene haggis y patatas fritas. Toda la comida era buena y eran porciones de tamaño decente también.

Visited Stirling as part of a holiday and found this lovely chippy. Mum had fish and chips while I had vegan option. Both our meals were really yummy. Service at table was really good. Would definitely recommend to any vegan or non vegan visitors.

I had gone in to the Blue Lagoon with my mother-in-law 3 month ago. As soon as we got into the chippy we where told go and find a seat ready to be served. Only to be ignored due to customers who entered after myself and mother-in-law. 1 of the f/m even walked by us 3/4 times ignoring myself and mother-in-law. This chippy isn't what it makes out to be.

Got an message to say it was going to be late then seen it was out for delivery. Never arrived for another 20 minutes & it was stone cold. I've been going to this chippy for years but won't be back.

Fish and chips are good, the hamburgers are too simple and a bit hard. Great chips though

Took over an hour to get to me and was wrong order.

I went in on Sunday the 23rd of November for a single sausage and a plastic small bottle of cola no chips just 2 pale sausage that were greasier than my cousins hair lol it even left that horrible lair of grease in my mouth so for that and the juice no chips was £8 rip off I won’t be back and I’m telling all my friends when I see them!! 🤮🤢 also when I went in there was no one waiting it was only me and 2 girls and a boy behind the counter and they weren’t in any rush to serve me !!!

the drivers keep going down to the bottom of Cuthil brae where I am at the top of the Drea but is great they just phone to say where they are and I go out and meet then. The food is always hot and on rime even in the snow we ha e gotten today

There is no madness. Hagis is average, the fish is also great. Unfortunately, the bitterness was lost on Deep Fried Mars, which was simply very weak. Prices are high, as everywhere in the UK.

everything was hot and fresh with quick delivery, there was items missing initially and the delivery driver and restaurant staff worked to make it right immediately and were very polite and helpful about it

Called here Monday night to buy a haggis supper I really don’t know what this was but it certainly was not haggis and if it was they must be buying the cheapest they can buy it was cut in two lengths I ended up feeding the dog with it It was disgusting

Came in to get a fish supper for dinner and the whole fish had bone right down the middle, completely spoiled it as couldnt eat a single bite without having bone in my mouth! Fish supper very quickly became a large bag of chips!

Having placed our order and told it would be with us within 35-50 minutes, we had then waited 1 hour and 45 minutes before calling the restaurant to be told it hadn't even left yet.

Regularly use Blue Lagoon and would recommend. Food always tasty and delivered in good time.

Had food here yesterday service wasn’t the greatest and unfortunately the fish and chips weren’t upto there usual standard . Chips were all crispy on my plate and mostly chunky on my 3 year olds plate . Normally a very good chippy and the lady who ran this wasn’t there unfortunately she is very friendly and knows what she is doing !

for british food it was pretty ok but for regular food it was bad

The fish was way too greasy and had no spices and the fries were soggy. I couldn't finish the meal for that reason. The people are nice however.

Ordered a Special Fish supper on uber eats Fish came which was soo thin so hard soo incredibly difficult to eat perhaps because it was over cooked. Chips were the same overcooked and very few, v disappointed

Every time I order from this place it takes well over an hour to be delivered. For some reason my order was set as "delivered" 20 minutes before it arrived. Presumably when it left the restaurant. Food texture like its been sat in a car for 40 mins.

Order arrived at 23.25 despite showing that it was already delivered at 22.55. Driver was lovely but when asked why she could not give any answer as to why. Food was ok.

The food was good can’t complain about that but only thing was that the curry sauce was way to thick to dip into had to try lift it with the food as of the texture of it ,rest of the food was amazing and it was delivered about 5 mins after the latest time it had gave us but the lady was lovely that brought it delivered with a smile.

My order didn't even arrive and yet was marked as delivered. I got a text saying it would be delayed, that's fine. But now it's said it's been delivered - I don't have it! No calls no nothing. I'm sure the food quality would have been amazing.

Ordered on just eat and when delivered, we mentioned an item being missing and they said they would get it sent out. An hour went by and no food so called again and was met with nothing but aggression and dismissing everything we said. Calmly we told them we just wanted our food to which they started telling us we were wrong and they sent everything. Had to hang up the phone as I could tell the tone was going sour.

phoned up as we were missing an item and was told something would be sent out. waiting an hour and still not delivery so phoned up and was met with an aggressive toned person saying they 100% packed the food. tried to explain if we got it we wouldnt have phone and was met again with an agreesive person declining the phone call.

i am appalled. in my 35 years of chippies never have i been to one as disgraceful as this. the service was horrendous and they took 15 minutes to serve us overpriced mozzarella sticks that aren’t fried properly, i asked for a “wee bit of salt” and they are drenched in salt. the atmosphere was very unpleasant and unfortunately we left because of the unpleasant noise and smells. others say that this is the “worst chippy you’ll get” the service had much room for improvement as the woman that served me was a bit slow. 3 tables were broken and the employees had no hair/beard nets on. i am very disappointed. however the overpriced can of irn bru was okay

I have never been so disappointed! Me and my family were just wanting a chippy, you know, some seating and warm food is all we needed. We got in and the staff member was touching the food with their hands, next we ordered and sat down, the table broke!!! and my kid went crashing down. i was furious but then we changed tables and it was better. we got the food and my son started spitting out the food, the chips were disgusting, when i took a bite into my mozzarella sticks, they were absolutely horrible, the cheese was cold, 5 small sticks for a fiver and honestly we would not go back! do not recommend

they delivered this order to the wrong address and when I phoned to let them know the girls attitude on the phone was absolutely appalling. My daughter had to drive 8 miles to the shop to deal with this. I will never order from here again. very very poor customer service and management.

First of all ,honesty. I'm now retired after most recently almost 20 years permanent weekend night shift duties included cooking and serving overnight snacks and preparing early breakfast in a city centre hotel,my wife still works in that same hotel with currently 18 years service duties including reception preparing and serving lunches and weekends breakfast service. I ain't no chef but I like my fish and chips I've had fish and chips from Michelin starred chefs that were rank and fish and chips from pokey little seaside chippys in between a charity shop and a pawn shop that were absolutely top notch. We were in Stirling just for a day out had planned to go elsewhere for lunch but we were passing and the smell of fresh chips lured us in. Place was spotless ,staff friendly and professional table service order taken very quickly ,food arrived very quickly sat and watched our food being prepared. Both had the fish tea including bread and butter and a can juice (pop for the English). Not much I can say about the food other than it was perfect ,fresh tasty ,large portion for the price ,only downer was the look of disgust on my English wife's face when obviously being a good Scotsman I made a fried fish peece with my bread and butter.😁🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Each to their own but based on our experience I don't get where the negative reviews are coming from. Highly recommended and next time we're in Stirling this will be our destination of choice.

Overpriced, sad looking portion. The young new waitress was very polite, while the woman who runs the restaurant was rather harsh.

I got a takeaway here and I am sad to say worst delivery ever, the woman that delivered left my food 30 feet away from my door I simply asked her to bring it to the door she made a fuss so I said that it’s not good enough so she proceeded to get out the car open my gate flinging the food at my door walk away and break the gate now give me the finger while driving away but the food was relatively good but service was abysmal I apologise to blue lagoon for the inconvenience as it was there driver .
