Service and staff were great. Food average for what I had , ( King Prawn in Tempura Batter was a bit greasy although decent size prawns and plenty of them ) , Beef shin a bit too salty for my taste

Looks like asian food, tastes like british. We were really quite surprised by the food here, given the numerous glowing reviews, but when it came down to it the food was very underwhelming. It did not taste /bad/ per se, but nothing really popped, didn't taste authentic, seemed watered-down to cater to local tastes... tables laid put with knives and forks only pretty much says it all. Complimentary green tea and prawn crackers to start were a nice welcome to the meal. Not exactly mind-blowing fare, but free is free. Kiam-Heung with scallops + egg fried rice, 6/10, at first quite excited for this one, as it came sizzling on the cast iron dish, but it was seriously mediocre. Seafood works best when you can taste its natural flavours, but this was totally replaced by the seasoning of which the only discernable flavours were dark soy and fish sauce. Hot and sour soup, 8/10, the only highlight of the meal for me. Good balance of major flavours, nice heterogeneity with the different cuts of meat. Good level of spice that made this quite punchy. Pad thai, 4/10, terribly bland, I honestly think the chef forgot to add the tamarind, they certainly didn't add nearly enough salt, sugar oil or spice. Were the vegetables parboiled and then warmed through during service? Absolutely no char on anything. Yeah it was edible, but edible alone does not make it to the clean plate club. Chef needs an asthma inhaler if this is what passes for wok hei.

The staff in Starbucks FVRH were always so kind and so helpful whilst I was in when my mum was in hospital. I was in every day for 3 weeks and they even started knowing my name by heart. They were always very busy but the service was always excellent.

Went with my family for dinner tonight. We got a warm welcome on arrival and the staff were very attentive. The choice was ample and would please all tastes. The portions were more than adequate and freshly made. I would strongly recommend that you give the Cornhill a try but book in advance as very busy restaurant.

This place reminded me of the shops I used to see in Germany, specialist desert shops. The ice cream was the best I've had in years and reminded me of Italian gelato. Worth a visit, better than the norm.

Very poor, dirty. I had put some photos up and even enhanced a photograph to make this place look fantastic. sadly it is not. They are welcome to be angry about this, but I would not recommend this location to anyone, under any circumstances, pleas do not go here, it is not cheap and is frankly thilfy. I did the enhanced photos and review, to get out in one piece.

Tonight, I ordered a South Indian Garlic Chilli for myself and a Korma for my son. While my dish was fine, the Korma was disappointingly watery. I called to provide feedback, hoping for a positive response, but unfortunately, the person I spoke to seemed uninterested and ended the call abruptly. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I’ll be exploring other options for future orders
