This place reminded me of the shops I used to see in Germany, specialist desert shops. The ice cream was the best I've had in years and reminded me of Italian gelato. Worth a visit, better than the norm.

I had a coffee and cookie dough here, with ice cream on the cookies. You have a large selection of ice creams to choose from, and the portions are generous. You can either sit outside or take away. It's a popular stopping point for children after school.

Its only been open a few months but this place has already become a firm family favourite for a sweet treat. With its ever changing choice of delicious ice cream. The flavours seem to change with the season or special celebration. My particular favourite is the caramel waffer. Who says it needs to be sunny to enjoy an ice cream.....

We would use this chippy all the time when we lived locally and because our local chippy was closed, thought we'd give it another go. Sorry to say that we'll not be back. We called our order in for collection. On returning home there was only one piece of fish in each portion. We were told that there would be two pieces of fish in each but because there was a delivery due, one piece would be a small fish. Upon calling it was decided that the missing fish would be delivered. An hour later it was but only one piece. The meal was very greasy and I'm pretty sure we were over charged. Maybe a bad night at the fryers?
