Typical premier inn, usual quality and decor, Easy to find location just a little way out of Falkirk but easy to find the Kelpies from here, decent car park and some other facilities nearby

It will be better when it’s had a refurb looking tired but beds are comfortable and it’s warm. Shame the restaurant closes at 9pm and doesn’t open till 5pm. Some beers missing so I’m guessing it’s a work in progress still.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and honest. They provided a cot for our baby which was great. Unfortunately, the wifi at this location was not working (only in the lobby). They said the router broke and the contract is almost up so it won’t be fixed for a while. Also, there is no mini-fridge in the room (just something we are used to having the use of).

Right after landing in Scotland, it was a pleasure to stay at Premier Inn East Falkirk. Nice dinner served by a friendly staff member who advised us on good places to visit. And, of course, a great breakfast. A good start with (well-anticipated) mingling with the Scots.

Handy wee place as we were attending a wedding, price was average, but the place is dated and tired. Main clientele seemed to be contractors (white van men) so I imagine it is convenient. The restaurant next door was only open for breakfast for guests. Just as well the garden centre is next door.

As always, Premier Inn rooms and staff are brilliant. There is only one issue, which for me is a biggy. I chose this particular Premier Inn due to it saying it had a restaurant. Only to discover on arrival that they don't offer this anymore and haven't since July. I had been sent an email 2 days before we came, but I don't check emails. I only booked in September, so it should have been on the website that the facilities are not available. The staff did have a list of places to eat and phone numbers and times to get to them, which they gave us. I didn't fancy the 2 that were in walking distance and so had to drive. Though I enjoyed the food, this put a downer on our stay. Marking this stay as 'Could do better '

Just advising as of 17/7/24, the pub/restaurant next door, the Cadgers Brae is closed until further notice. They do breakfast as normal but nothing else.

Overall very good but it was boiling and the fan despite being on a big sturdy stand was puny. I slept OK but it was too hot. Staff were very friendly and the room was great otherwise.

Stayed here when visiting my family in Falkirk, highly recommend it. The staff were so friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and accomodating for our 5 night stay. Heaps of parking outside, very easy to get to and the Brewers Fayre restuarant was only a short walk away and service was great there too. Definitely will be back again!

Stop over for one night on way to Loch Ness only a couple of miles from the Kelpies, also really nice touch at Easter weekend for them to leave a chocolate egg for the kids

Enjoyed our talk apart from rainy weather. Very helpful young chap on desk who attended to our queries immediately, also the extremely nice lady who was on the desk with him. Just pity there is not enough wet rooms as I did struggle getting out of the shower due to my disability. Even although we were beside entrance and lift it was so so quiet and relaxing except for the squeaky floorboards from above nevertheless it was a very pleasant stay so thank you for that and keep up the good work.

Quiet and comfortable. Could do with better loo roll and the TV's would benefit from having built in streaming apps.

Love staying here, the staff are so friendly and go above and beyond. We had balloons delivered to the hotel for our sons birthday on Friday, I asked if they could put them in the room, they took them out the box and had them in between the two room’s, they also left him a bag of sweets and birthday card, such a lovely thing to do. Thanks again guys, you are the best.

Whilst I cannot fault the room or staff at this Hotel, it was very disappointing to find after arriving from a long day ar work that the restaurant had closed early . 8pm. Not what I needed. Apparently its a Whitbread thing to save money. Don't worry about your customers then!! As long as you save a couple of quid. Sad to say, I won't be booking Premier inn again.

Perfect hotel that’s on the outskirts of Falkirk which gives you travel opportunities to walk into Falkirk and explore the area including the Kelpies but also close to the M9 to be able to Edinburgh quickly. There is also a garden centre next door to the hotel with a cafe that we were hoping to look around but didn’t get time!

Went there for my Grandsons christining reception, lovely place, food was just nibbles, but was really good, drinks were moderately priced. All in all we had a great day.👍👍

5 of us went for Christmas dinner. The masala sauce had no taste to it, it was just a cheap curry sauce. We were there almost 4 hours waiting on all of our courses. Place was very disorganised. The food was to a very low standard. At £50 a head it was a complete waste of money. Won’t be back. Christmas 2023.
