Absolutely fantastic staff especially on breakfast. Lizzy been very helpful. Especially for people with language barrier like me. 🙈 Cheers Liz for your patience and help. Absolutely nice and kindly member staff. I'm after kidney transplant, and found here piece of mind. Best regards 🙂

Friendly helpful staff. Room clean and very well presented. A little noisy due to many roads and petrol station nearby.

We holidayed around Scotland for our July summer holiday and stayed in 9 different accommodations, this came in at number 7 on our list but only because it was not overly memorable out of so many accommodations…nothing bad. I do recall a very friendly reception team, two ladies I think that did the Premier Inn family proud, they were friendly, chatty and informative. Parking was easy and free. The room was the same old, a tight squeeze since our little men became slouchy teenage boys. Breakfast was a nice start to the day. This hotel was picked for location purposes, to visit The Kelpies during the day and evening and The Falkirk Wheel - both are worth a visit and this hotel is well positioned for them.

Receptionist at the premier inn Falkirk North was excellent room was clean but the normal bed used in premier inns was not there the headboard was a good 300 mm wider than the bed meaning the bed was only a standar double. We changed to this premier because we had a email from Falkirk Central where we were originally booked saying the Restaurant was closed indefinitely. The Bar / Restaurant at this premier had no draught beer due to having a problem with the fast system I found it strange as the drinks list had no prices on any of the draft beers which makes me think this will soon be another Bar/Restaurant closing. Feel sorry for all the staff who will soon be loosing there jobs. I think they still intend to serve breakfast so proberbley get the breakfast staff to clean the rooms. Not happy.

The rooms were uncomfortably warm at 26 degrees to sleep in . Even after having the window open all night and two fans running we couldn't sleep . The staff was not very welcoming with the only interaction during checking being what's the name on reservation and now even being greeted, will never stay here . The breakfast was alright with very slow service to refill items .

Perfect location for our needs. Came up to watch Son playing rugby with Watsonions at Stirling. We enjoyed a scenic drive on route and the Premier Inn is near main route so a quick easy arrival. Reception staff efficient, lovely. We booked a meal package and were delighted with the quantity and quality of the food. Not far away is a splendid evening walk, with a great sunset Slept so well we slept right through our alarm. Breakfast as good as the Evening meal

Very clean. Very well maintained hotel. Very well designed and interiors. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Couldn’t have gotten better for the price. Great costs Most things aren’t within walking distance so a car would be handy Only complaint I had was that the only local shop is one of the most expensive shop chains

I can not rate the staff high enough! The staff are all so welcoming and kind, they have gone out of there way to help me. At times I've been a pain and still they are kind and understanding. My first time traveling to Scotland and not only did I fall in love with the area but the people are so kind and loving. I truly have enjoyed my stay here and will come again soon! This is one of the best premier inns I've been to and that is all because the staff truly made our stay worth remembering. I'm so greatful to all of you! Thank you!

The parking for the hotel is a nightmare the car park is big for a premier inn hotel but with being in a service area I found alot of the vehicles were trade workers vans and even saw them park in disabled bays then take there tools and get picked up and go to work in a other van who picked them up leaving there van taken a disabled parking bay for the whole day. Also saw other people just park in disabled without a badge. The first 2 or 3 disabled bays weren't useable some days as there was alot of rain leaving this area badly flooded. The whole hotel could do with a freshen up and updating the rooms are very old and tired. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Just a shame the rooms weren't so welcoming.

You'll find the usual excellent Premier Inn standards here in a quiet location next to a major Motorway junction. Great food and drinks options. An ideal place to stay before you drive further into Scotland or if you want to explore a bit more of the Stirling and Clackmannanshire areas.

Came here for breakfast several times while visiting family in falkirk. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. it gets pretty busy but there is a small waiting area if needed. There was one morning when we decided to go elsewhere because the wait would've been too long due to how many people were waiting for tables. That was unfortunate but of course a good venue will face that problem sometimes, so can't really complain. They have a good selection of cakes, i didn't try any cakes myself but my mum and her friend did and they said they were very good. The coffee also is very good. My only criticisms are that they don't ask how you want your egg to be served- I like it overeasy but they serve overhard as standard. However I did not ask them to cook it overeasy, they probably would've if I did but i forgot each morning until my breakfast arrived. on one of the mornings the waitress didn't ask if I wanted my toast to be white or brown, but of course making one mistake shouldn't be what the place is judged on. other than these small issues the experience of central perk was very good. I love the fact that it is named after friends too!

Right after landing in Scotland, it was a pleasure to stay at Premier Inn East Falkirk. Nice dinner served by a friendly staff member who advised us on good places to visit. And, of course, a great breakfast. A good start with (well-anticipated) mingling with the Scots.
