Even though the shop was really busy, we got our meal delivered during the specified time, and it was still hot. Always good service from Brunos.

Order from here regularly and it’s always been great however the food tonight was sub standard. The quantity of the chips and cheese was shocking, wouldn’t even say the box was half full, the pizza crunch was so hard, couldn’t even bite through it, battered sausage was very soggy and the meat was still pink... Overall very disappointed in our meal, especially paying over £30!!!! Shocking

my del was expected at 19.05 at 19.20 I phoned brunos and was assured it was on way.at19.35 still not here phoned again got manager very arrogant didn't care if my food was cold when it arrives.got sent new delivery time 19.45 meal arrived Luke warm at 20.05.requested money back on this app but was refused.can not recommend won't use again.

Delivery took 2hrs from ordering

Order at 8 came at 10, 2 hours later wrong order the driver delivered to the wrong house not even asking for the code you get send. All in all a absolute shambles and personally think there should be some sort of compensation poor management

Food was of pool standard and was cold when delivered...not recommending this chippy

King rib supper had 1.5cm of uncooked batter. Not even an exaggeration. Emailed and no response. Unable to dip a pre made product into flour and water then fry to a standard that’s edible. Scary

Moved a couple weeks ago , this is hands down one of the best chippys we have ever had for your self a regular costumer

absolute shocking service, app stated food had been delivered when it hadn't been, phoned asking where it was only to be told it was just leaving, phoned again 20 minutes later asking where it was only for staff to be rude an ignore us then hang up, will certainly never be back, food was over a hour late, no where else in Falkirk is this bad

advised ready to collect to then get told to wait outside another 15mins before getting my order

nea juice with kids meal and curry sauce for my dinner so it never got eaten.......

No can of juice Said they would bring it in 10 minutes still nothing

Shop was very busy and it was a bit slower than usual but worth the wait. Well done to the guy for keeping it professional with an extremely unreasonable customer on the phone!

We had a bad experience here earlier in the year, caused by Just Eat but escalated from both sides in the wrong manner. However moving past that and having returned tonight our order was fantastic and the restaurant was a joy to deal with. I am happy that I ordered from here again and would happily get from here in the future once more.

The top of my fried pizza didn’t seem to be fried and the base was barely brown with no crisp. 1 bite to dry to swallow dogs didn’t even want it. Single fish was wrapped up in paper so the sauce stuck with all the batter , chippes should have this right by now. 1st time trying and will be the last, this meal could have been a lot better just laziness to wrap and cook properly

Ordered from brunos loads before and never had an issue, I selected x2 brown sauce, salt and vinegar on my order and it came with barely anything on it not to mention the food was cold on arrival

i'v been there with my girlfriend that doesnt Like F&C too much but she ate half of my order this time 😂 Very good fish and decent chips. Fish was very crispy outside and you could taste that its really fresh, chips Like every other but you could't smell old oil so there is nothink else you need. i recommend it and will comeback

Over from Australia and had heard good things about Bruno’s. Had to try for myself. Well I wasn’t disappointed. Food was amazing, didn’t have to wait too long and boy did we have a large order. Staff were pleasant and friendly. I’m not even back to Australia yet and I am hanging for my next haggis supper with curry sauce. Thank you Bruno’s you didn’t let me down 🏆

Just had my first experience at brunos... Service 1st class Waiting time 1st classand there was a queue as well.. prices can't be faulted. And now the nitty gritty the food absolutely 100% delicious chips to die for batter stayed crispy and red hot even after a 5 mile drive home. Well done guys and girls all very pleasant to customers.. Will be visiting more often

Was really looking forward to trying this place. However, was extremely let down. We didn't like our food. Portions shocking for what you're paying for. Single fish was tiny and primarily batter- hardly any taste at all. Worst chippy I've had, sadly.

When did jumbo sausage become the size of a normal sausage?

Food didn’t have sauce on it as asked in the notes, I phoned to ask for sauce to be delivered but they said I’d need to pay for the delivery fee. Didn’t enjoy the meal without the sauce so it was ruined by this.

I don't know how many of the past deliveries I have had in the past 2 to 3 weeks that haven't delivered my drink with my meal.... but it has been most of them, from different places. I think this is one area that has to be improved on.

So disappointed with the quality of food. It was so greasy that it was inedible. Charged 50p per Tiny pickle. Absolutely rip off and had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for it to be delivered! Honestly just avoid

We ordered our food at 18.20 and our food was estimated to be delivered between 19.20 and 19.40. Our food was marked as delivered at 19.45 before we had received it, I phoned the shop and they told me it was in the shop but they were waiting for someone to collect it. When we eventually recieved our food at 20.20 the fish suppers were soggy and relatively cold. Normally the food and delivery is fine from Bruno's but by the time we had received our food this time we were absolutely starving.

Stop reading reviews and order already. 5* all round. Macaroni 5*, chips 5*, pizza crunch 5* best chippy/Italian in stenhousemuir/ central Scotland.

Chips & cheese was a small portion of chips. Churros inedible- from a packet, soggy & cold. Macaroni cheese was nice, pasta cooked perfectly. Kebab was ok.

The quality of food is always to a very high standard. Service is good. Prices are decent. Definitely would recommend here.

The fish couldve been better. There was more batter than fish. Otherwise Brunos high quality as always.

Lovely all freshly made, well wrapped so it was nice and hot still by the time we got home!

The food was good, apart from there was hardly and chips in it, and could have been hotter, I asked for 3x sauce, I got one portion if lucky, I asked for a buttered roll, and got a dry roll. Also the nutella balls were tiny oblongs not big balls, so a tad dissapointed with them, especially for the price! lucky if it was worth £2. For the price you expect an actual portion of chips with your sausage, not a childs portion.
