Bruno's Fast Food Stenhousemuir in Falkirk

We had a bad experience here earlier in the year, caused by Just Eat but escalated from both sides in the wrong manner. However moving past that and having returned tonight our order was fantastic and the restaurant was a joy to deal with. I am happy that I ordered from here again and would happily get from here in the future once more.

The top of my fried pizza didn’t seem to be fried and the base was barely brown with no crisp. 1 bite to dry to swallow dogs didn’t even want it. Single fish was wrapped up in paper so the sauce stuck with all the batter , chippes should have this right by now. 1st time trying and will be the last, this meal could have been a lot better just laziness to wrap and cook properly

Ordered from brunos loads before and never had an issue, I selected x2 brown sauce, salt and vinegar on my order and it came with barely anything on it not to mention the food was cold on arrival

It roughly gave a time. I contacted them at 5.30. It came at 7.00. It was nearly cold. Didn’t enjoy at all

i'v been there with my girlfriend that doesnt Like F&C too much but she ate half of my order this time 😂 Very good fish and decent chips. Fish was very crispy outside and you could taste that its really fresh, chips Like every other but you could't smell old oil so there is nothink else you need. i recommend it and will comeback

Took a while to come which is unusual for them. Plus I didn’t get what I ordered. I ordered a half pizza supper with onion on it and I got a half pizza crunch. It was good but not what I was expecting

Over from Australia and had heard good things about Bruno’s. Had to try for myself. Well I wasn’t disappointed. Food was amazing, didn’t have to wait too long and boy did we have a large order. Staff were pleasant and friendly. I’m not even back to Australia yet and I am hanging for my next haggis supper with curry sauce. Thank you Bruno’s you didn’t let me down 🏆

Fish is always fresh and delicious. Go to fish n chip shop for my family. Deliver drivers always friendly

Just had my first experience at brunos... Service 1st class Waiting time 1st classand there was a queue as well.. prices can't be faulted. And now the nitty gritty the food absolutely 100% delicious chips to die for batter stayed crispy and red hot even after a 5 mile drive home. Well done guys and girls all very pleasant to customers.. Will be visiting more often

Was really looking forward to trying this place. However, was extremely let down. We didn't like our food. Portions shocking for what you're paying for. Single fish was tiny and primarily batter- hardly any taste at all. Worst chippy I've had, sadly.

When did jumbo sausage become the size of a normal sausage?

Food didn’t have sauce on it as asked in the notes, I phoned to ask for sauce to be delivered but they said I’d need to pay for the delivery fee. Didn’t enjoy the meal without the sauce so it was ruined by this.

top rate delivery polite and always on time if not earlier the takeaway gets 5 stars I am a regular since I found it when I got admitted to hospital 10 months ago and its the one good thing about getting admitted so to sum up with great delivery and good food it's top class I'd urge anyone to check it out ITS A TEN FROM LEN.....

Chips lovely, fish alright but king rib and sausage tasted pretty awful, and were binned. Shame really.

Pizza is top notch and pasta is also very good! Only niggle was the anemic French fries all in all definitely be back

I don't know how many of the past deliveries I have had in the past 2 to 3 weeks that haven't delivered my drink with my meal.... but it has been most of them, from different places. I think this is one area that has to be improved on.

So disappointed with the quality of food. It was so greasy that it was inedible. Charged 50p per Tiny pickle. Absolutely rip off and had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for it to be delivered! Honestly just avoid

We ordered our food at 18.20 and our food was estimated to be delivered between 19.20 and 19.40. Our food was marked as delivered at 19.45 before we had received it, I phoned the shop and they told me it was in the shop but they were waiting for someone to collect it. When we eventually recieved our food at 20.20 the fish suppers were soggy and relatively cold. Normally the food and delivery is fine from Bruno's but by the time we had received our food this time we were absolutely starving.

Stop reading reviews and order already. 5* all round. Macaroni 5*, chips 5*, pizza crunch 5* best chippy/Italian in stenhousemuir/ central Scotland.

Chips & cheese was a small portion of chips. Churros inedible- from a packet, soggy & cold. Macaroni cheese was nice, pasta cooked perfectly. Kebab was ok.

The quality of food is always to a very high standard. Service is good. Prices are decent. Definitely would recommend here.

The fish couldve been better. There was more batter than fish. Otherwise Brunos high quality as always.

Lovely all freshly made, well wrapped so it was nice and hot still by the time we got home!

The food was good, apart from there was hardly and chips in it, and could have been hotter, I asked for 3x sauce, I got one portion if lucky, I asked for a buttered roll, and got a dry roll. Also the nutella balls were tiny oblongs not big balls, so a tad dissapointed with them, especially for the price! lucky if it was worth £2. For the price you expect an actual portion of chips with your sausage, not a childs portion.

Fabulous experience for Bruno’s! We placed a very big order for our residents to have a take away night, they absolutely smashed it out the park everything was perfect and each container had what was inside marked on the top to hand out with ease! All the residents really enjoyed their chippy dinner, thanks again also the delivery driver was lovely and efficient

Pizza wasn't very hot, cheese had solidified. Chips were pale and a bit soggy.

Order was for collection. Was advised order would be ready on or around 5:50pm. got a message at 6pm saying collection was ready. Then had to wait 10mins in Brunos for our order after I asked how much longer it would be

The pizza supper spot on. But the pigs in blanket not good the sausage was just warm and the bacon was only just cooked by looks of it batter soggy not crisp as it should be. The bacon was hotter than the sausage also but wasn't right put it in bin. Just not given long enough first ever pigs in blanket and I deffo wouldn't have that again next time it's back on the menu.

Confused as ordered online to collect yet while waiting at collection time a customer walked in.. ordered exactly same at counter & got thier right away and left while our online order we were still waiting. Why didn’t we get what was ready?also the half Pizza was all stuck to the paper it was wrapped in. Half of the topping was left on it when trying to unpeel. Disappointed

Ordered at 7:11 with an expected delivery time of 8:05-8:25. Arrived at around 8:48 and was unfortunately cold. Once I heated up it was fine and tasted good but disappointed.
