Roll In The Wa' in Falkirk

Sign in my back door saying buzzer is broken use the fro t door buszzer. I get a call from the driver saying my buzzer dont work. Ha ha ha REALLY who new . Then wanted me to come and get delivery, overed chathed at 4 quid for a 6 min drive

I have ordered food from here a few times now and have to say the food is always amazing. Staff are very friendly and keep you updated on your order. Delivery is always on time.

If you like undercooked overpriced food then this is the place for you....

Soup was excellent steak pie excellent stovies could have been a bit thicker but good

No update until out for delivery then said it was delivered before it was & when I phoned told it was on its way but delayed.

Absolutely amazing, my eating isn’t good right now, but that was well worth every penny, will 100% be back

Our delivery was delayed which was not a problem,however,the delay was obviously delivery rather than preparation as food was lukewarm at best.

I ordered chips & cheese, received dry chips. The macaroni was over cooked, mushy pasta. Disappointing beige, tasteless food. Would not order from them again.

£8.40 for two chips and curry with watered down curry and hard chips. Girl rolled her eyes at me also when I asked for my order ? Portion small aswell 4.20 for chips and curry? Wow

Food was the cheapest of the cheap. The beans were dry, ended up throwing it in the bin after about 2 bites. Dont waste your time or money

entire order had been ripped open and touched by delivery driver, my roll wasn’t fully wrapped and hanging out tinfoil. missing a bottle of lucozaid and was 25 minuites late

My last two deliveries had items missing.. first time a burger now a wrap...and the food was cold. Really disappointing as its good value for money and the food is great ..

Food was all there but ordered a can of juice, was only £1 but didn’t receive it.

apart from my beans being in the bottom of the bag out the tub… the food was decent

Was very nice however no sausage in my small munchie box instead I got a hash brown , would of rather had a better substitute but apart from that it was fine

Driver struggled to find where he was going so the food was cold by the time it eventually arrived. Which made the food quality horrible it wasn't enjoyable at all I think there should be more communication if something like this happens to prevent this from happening again in the future

Just had the small breakfast munchy box. Had rolls from here before but never a breakfast. Like to consider myself a bit of a breakfast connoiseur and I'll tell ye whit this is hands down the best value breakfast in stirlingshire. None of the this black pudding OR haggis, tattie scone Or hash brown. It's all in there. Haggis, black pudding, squasage, fried egg all cooked to perfection and top quality gear as well. The beans come in a wee tub wrapped in cling film so they dinnae end up all over the car when rushing hame to eat it and you get to choose whether the rest of yer breakfast is covered in bean juice or no, classy touch! If the bacon had been a wee bit crisper this would have been a solid ten oot of ten but it's been a long time since I've had a breakfast this good! Roll in the wa' is smashing it 🏆

First time ordering it's a no from me for the macaroni all I tasted was mustard and it was dry but delivery service was good and quick.

Very upset with the time it took for the food to arrive. Barely had time to enjoy my food before having to go to work.

Disappointed the lentil soup I got for my 3 years old was horrible he would no eat it its the only food he does eat and he hated it. it's a no from me.

Only downfall was being advised by the taxi driver I have to pay additional delivery charge as he was using his meter. This info might need passed back on as well.

Went to eat my chicken Mayo roll and couldn’t eat it , was brick hard and same with the roll for the burger , so put them in the bin and just eat the chips cheese and curry berry disappointed

Poor delivery time and a 4 pound delivery charge!! Not good enough.

This would probably have been good food but it was 90 minutes following the order before it arrived and 45 minutes after we’d called to see where it was. When it did arrive it was cold. This establishment needs to be more accurate with delivery times. We won’t order again.

Had the breakfast munchie box. Actually phenomenal! Value for money and you defo won’t be hungry after this. Went to collect it and it was on time and staff are so so friendly :) you will always get banter here. All quality butcher meat where you don’t find at most roll shops.! Excellent! Recommend to all!

Everything was cold! Missing parts of my order. Definitely wont be ordering again!. The ham on the cold roll was a off colour. Which was for my son!. Didn't give him it. Ended up making him something!.

Delivery driver tryed to charge me again for my order when I had already paid for it through my bank food was cold again and never got any the beans out the small breakfast as they were in the bottom of the carrier bag which my juice was also in redicilous the way the driver handed me my food as well need to learn to take care of people's food especially if there's beans or anything like that in the food

Food was late, order was missing items and I had to reheat the food when it arrived.

Ordered the large breakfast munchie box. All food was high quality butcher meat and cooked to perfection. Looking forward to ordering again
