The C’Side in Falkirk

Food was not good - haggis pakora was slices of haggis in batter and the plastic ring was still in the haggis slice! No salt/sauce on anything despite requesting it on the order, no cheese on chips cheese and spicy chicken despite paying extra for the cheese. The spicy chicken wasn’t spicy and tasted grainy and salty like they’d flung a load of Chinese 5 spice or something into a pan with some water. When food was delivered there was a pizza missing, couldn’t get through to the shop to tell them, about 15 minutes later, they arrived at the door with it after realising it had been left behind. Waste of money - definitely wouldn’t go back.

Not sure what happened with this place, used to be amazing before it reopened, got a pizza crunch. Arrived soggy.

Just had a lovely fish supper. Would definitely recommend… Josh and staff are lovely. Wishing them all the best in their new venture

Massively overcharged for incredibly poor food. Just paid £11 for a special fish supper, only received one piece of fish of which was awful anyway. Breadcrumbs were not fine, they were clumped and too crispy. Chips also didn’t seem fresh and more scraps than potato. Have used the C-Side for a while and was excited to use again after reopening however I am hugely disappointed and won’t be returning

2nd visit last night , 1st time was 2nd day of reopening. So again got the Fish supper superb infact the best i have had in Scotland!!!!.. and i have tried alot ...having just moved to the this area its a definite for Fish and chips will be visiting often .Mark and Josh are friendly and obviously great fryers . Food was meh, make a comment to them And they spit the dummy and block you on everything, childish owner

Only gripe is is closed Monday and Tuesday wack week.

Too greasy ,fish and the chips.
