Fantastic tasty food. Great service. By far the best Indian restaurant in Falkirk Never disappoints.

It's been a few years since I have been in this restaurant. Decor is very Indian. Was not busy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Visited with 2 of my friends. Menu was extensive for all tastes. verdict on food was excellent. Will be back soon.

My absolute favourite all time Indian for high quality fresh authentic food and great service. Fantastic for take away but for a real treat why not sit in and enjoy Masala Rams full service. I have eaten here for many years now and have always been made very welcome by Ram, Sunita, Sonam and Raj, an incredible family working very hard with their team to let us enjoy the culinary delights of Indian food.

Only got a takeaway so can't comment on the restaurant itself but the food was fantastic.

I ordered a butter chicken and 2 rotis from masala ram's. The rotis were fine but the butter chicken, all I can say that it was terrible. It didn't look or taste like butter chicken. Very disappointed.

Table for two. Two courses starter and mains. Food was delicious, service was great and at a fair price. The girls were delightful, friendly and attentive. Have to go back. Highly recommend.

I recently visited Masala Rams in Falkirk and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the food and service. The restaurant has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive. One of the highlights of my meal was the chicken tikka chasni. The chicken was succulent and perfectly marinated in a rich and flavorful sauce. The dish had the perfect balance of heat and sweetness, with a gentle kick of spice that lingered on the tongue. The chasni sauce was creamy and delicious, providing a nice contrast to the tender chicken. The rest of the menu had a wide variety of authentic Indian dishes, all of which were beautifully presented and delicious. The prices were reasonable and the portions were generous. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Masala Rams and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Indian meal in Falkirk. The chicken tikka chasni was a standout dish and definitely worth a try.

Having had a good few deliveries from this restaurant tonight's was disappointing. 1Lamb Tika meal and 1 Makhani Masala Chicken and a couple of Nan Breads. Both sauces were very bland in comparison to previous deliveries. Lamb portion also looked smaller. In fairness I will state the sauce flavours and quality and quantity of meats were what first attracted us to this restaurant as they were superb. Now not sure if we will spend £30 here again.

First time in Masala Ram’s great service made to feel at home lovely atmosphere warm and relaxing food was top notch will definitely be back to try the street food as the server mentioned. Keep up the good work.

Excellent Christmas Dinner with friendly staff and good food. Had a choice of traditional Christmas or Indian alternative dinner. Will go again when not Xmas now.

Loved coming here as its been a while not being here I forgot how much the food and atmosphere is, was welcomed as soon as we came in till we left. Food was out of this world enjoyed every bite and will definitely be back again 😊

Saturday 20th november.Ordered my food through just eat. Txt me an hour later saying it was cancelled as they had no drivers. Phoned the restaurant direct at 7.10pm and ordered my food for home delivery.Said it would be an hour or so. Delivered at 10.15. Thats RIDICULOUS. Surely they should have advised me of that time delay. The food was fab as usual but three hours delay is certainly NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Food was lovely, and delivery was as stated, but delivery company was using an out of date menu so my set meal for 2 didn’t include bread, rice or poppadoms. Immediately phoned restaurant to query and was told I would be rung back. That was 4 days ago and heard nothing. 5 stars for the food.

Fantastic food. We had the chicken ceylon and lamb gosht. It was excellent!

As always, the food was delicious, portions generous and piping hot. My lamb rogan josh just melted in my mouth. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The decor in this restaurant is very nice, calming and clean. We will definitely return to our favourite Indian restaurant in Falkirk.

First time trying masala rams and wow absolutely beautiful garlic chilli would even say best I've ever had my wife doesn't do curries but she was astounded by the butter chicken same here it was lovely garlic nan perfect and couldn't ask for quicker delivery first impressions is defo a positive one will defo be back try and hold myself back to next week 🤣🤣 thank you

Ordered a Veg Pakora, Lamb Bhoona, rice and 2 chapati for delivery. Arrived in good time and the Veg Pakora was fine. But the Lamb Bhoona was utterly tasteless, just looked like Lamb dumped in a tomato base sauce. The lamb itself was tasteless, it added nothing to the flavour of the sauce and vice-versa. And the sauce was just as bland. The 2 chapati were wrapped in a paper bag and then wrapped in silver foil. Both were soaking wet and near inedible. The place used to be great when it was the Indian Harvest but now its an instant avoid.

My friend and I went to the Bolliwood night great night

How on earth did it get the acolade for the best resturant for miles around when we had to wait just over an hour for our MAIN COURSE to arrive after our starter. I've never heard the likes of it b4, but the food & the welcome we got was top notch Went back in today 5/8/22 at 6pm & had lovely NON SOGGY crisp pakora & within 10 or 15 mins later we had our mains brought in & mine & my friend's curry tasted very nice & 10/10 for serving our meal up on a hot plate. My yogurt & mango chilled drink in a tall glass was really nice SO 5 ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️ this time round.

Ordered as our local recently closed. We usually look for fish dishes and were not disappointed, king prawn pakora and Goan Fish curry were delicious, delivered hot, garlic Naan also lovely. We had recently given up on takeaways on a Friday. Worth the day off cooking.

Lovely food, friendly service and would go back

Well would frequent place 2/4 times a month Went in ordered my takeaway spoke to Sonia great banter as normal, waiting on meal new guy (with glassy came up up and I paid my bill( higher than thought just thought he made a mistake...... So meal came and had to wait 5mins for change!!! As he was on phone ?could have asked any of the other people to sort it out but didn't.... Any way order was wrong so had to wait +5 minutes for correct order then said I owed him another 2:50. Now the crux of the story is on the menu it says a price and he was charging me £5 extra from what I ordered tandoori chicken 🤦so I said that not correct..... Very rudely answered..... Don't you know everything has went up!!! Aye I do but that's not what's on the menu ( ps you will never make it in hospitality with a contemptuous attitude like that pal👊 So was the extra money going in your pocket.... If I buy something and it says £11:50 I ain't going to pay £16:50 Called next day with number to have a call back..... Nothing...... So I won't be back.... Ps check what your paying for at what price SCAMMERS 🛑 WAS SUCH A LOVELY PLACE...... First time visit and we'll 100% be back. You need to visit if you get a chance. Really pleased with the quality of the food and the friendly service. A contender for one of the best in Falkirk IMO. The Naan bread is tremendous and not too heavy. Prawn tandoori was beautiful and the curries are incredible. We liked that the curries are not as insanely salty as a lot of other Indian restaurants and have a really beautiful balance of flavours. Goes lovely with code cobra served on tap. Hope to go again soon.

Ordered for collection at 7:50... sat and waited 50 mins for 1 curry. Never again shocking patter.

First time here tonight and we'll definitely go back. The food was excellent and we both really enjoyed it, the sauces were amazing, I thought Ann was going to lick her plate, first time ever her plates have been left totally empty. Staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant has a pleasant feel.

Booked a table for Saturday 25th September, biggest mistake I have ever made. Arrived on time, quickly seated and ordered food and drinks. Drinks arrived, we then waited and waited until I complained to staff regarding our food. Complained again, and finally after a hour plus I decided to go. Waiter said that they were very busy, but all the time we were present, I at no time saw any food being served around our area in front of the split level.They were too busy attending to their take away and delivery customers and totally ignoring the people seated. Never got to try the food, so no comment. Service and management appalling.

Waited 2 hours on delivery then they cancelled my order and I was left with no food on a Saturday night

Ordered via Uber eats and it said delivery will take over 1 hour which was par for an Indian place. However, as it turned out it took them over 2 and a half hours to deliver and not even a courtesy call was made to let us know why there was a delay.

Fantastic service and food, always so friendly. They were a bit under pressure tonight, a situation out if their hands but handled it very professionally. Our meal was delicious and the cocktails are fab, will definitely be back xx

I used to order food from here years ago when it was The Indian Harvest. The food used to be very good but went downhill with the quality of the food and service so I started ordering elsewhere. After reading recent reviews I decided to give it another try - Oh Dear I wish I hadn't bothered. They delivered the food within 5 minutes of the stated time and the Chicken Pakora was very nice however that's where the good stops. My Wife's Chicken Korma contained large pieces of extremely bland chicken in a thin sweet sauce that looked split. I had the Garlic Chilli Chicken which again contained the same bland chicken. My sauce was a bit thicker but only just edible. The Garlic Naan was not good at all. 90% of my Wife's Korma went in the bin followed by most of mine along with most of the Garlic Naan. This place may have changed its name but they have retained the disappointingly poor food standards. This is Indian food at its worst. There are far better Indian restaurants in the area doing excellent takeaway food. I will never use again. Don't expect a response from the restaurant as negative reviews are never acknowledged and in this instance terrible food cannot be explained or defended. Updated after Masala Rams reply. REALLY!!! You contact me 8 MONTHS after I post a review??? What kind of customer service do you call that??? Also I see you are still getting terrible reviews on Tripadvisor. I am also a regular contributor to Tripadvisor. W Simpson. Update Contacted me after 8 months and I replied within a couple of hours. Surprise surprise - 2 days later no answer to my reply. Ordered a tandoori mixed grill, no lamb tikka at all no sauce for the pakora chicken fairly bland , kebabs tasteless. Salad ok ! Not good at all.

The best service ever received in any restaurant, just great, the staff so friendly, great food and the desserts so delicious, unique and beautiful experience to be there.

Amazing!!! Every detail here was perfect...friendly service, perfect time between courses and the food was incredible! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Great food and very helpful staff

Later than we'd like to book, never having been there before, we simply went by the reviews and booked for a 50th wedding celebration. We'll, the reviews don't do it justice. From the welcome of Ali, through the drinks, menu orders, the recommendations from Ali, all handled with graciousness, friendliness and humour. We mostly went with Ali's recommendations and they were great. Food was awesome, all of it. Even our screw up of us mixing up our choices ourselves was sorted quickly and efficiently, even though it was OUR fault. Special occasion was acknowledged with a lovely touch or two. Just a lovely evening, lovely place, great staff, from Ali and Chloe and everyone else who served us and made us feel welcome. Everything a restaurant should be, but rarely is. Deserves 10 out of 5 stars. We'll be back, and we'll be spreading the word, though maybe not too widely... don't want to lose the opportunity to eat there again! Outstanding!

Having read previous reviews, I wasn’t sure what the delivery would be like; we’ve had the food before, which is always amazing, but are sometimes disappointed with the slowness of service when dining in. However, we weren’t disappointed today ! The food arrived earlier that advised, which was great, and was piping hot.Would definitely recommend it

Wow just wow! Firstly it was our first time ordering from yourselves and the service could not have been any better! 10/10 from us. We were treated amazingly by the receptionist and the food was outstanding so well done all! We will definitely be ordering again real soon. Collection was straight forward and can't wait for seconds 😁

Excellent one of the best indian restaurants around, the food is so fresh and tasty and service second to none but Shhhh don't tell anyone or i wont get a table.

Appalling ordered with a delivery promised and 1hr 10 mins later over 2 hours later still not delivered. Phoned twice myself and Deliveroo contacted them. To be told on its way. Eventually came but never again. I am fully aware of the situation with Covid. Which is why when I placed my order and the delivery time was well over an hour. I wasn't surprised or concerned. If Deliveroo are advising unrealistic time's maybe you should not be using them as a platform to receive orders. However the issue I have is that when the order didnt arrive you were contacted by phone 3 times once by Deliveroo and twice by myself. First time we were told 15 mins then I was told few minutes. Infact it came 45 minutes from first call. One of the key factors of good customer service is setting realistic goals and meeting the customer's expectations. If we had been told on first call we are very busy it will be another 45 minutes this review would not have taken place

Just had a carry out and could not fault the service. J had the platter to start with and it was very good .Unfortunately my main course Garlic Chilli Chicken was tasteless and bland .Overall probably worth another try

Excellent food! Really delicious and well served. My husband and I had pilau rice, plain nan and fish curry (last one recommended by the waiter). Desert was Coconut supreme. Wonderful desert ! Definitely you need to try! And the service was amazing... nice people and nice place!

Ordered through deliveroo. Order placed at 6.15pm last night and was told it should arrive by 7pm. It arrived 6.55pm and was delivered by a very nice lady. The pakora fresh and spicy with a lovely fruity, spicy sauce. Chicken korma had a lovely taste of coconut and the chicken in sliced chunks. Very fresh and just the way I like it. All food ordered including garlic chilli chicken, which was delicious, was fresh and tasty. This is the first time I have eaten from Masala Rams but it won't be the last. Knocks Sanam out of the park!!!

Today I placed an order for delivery at 18:20, knowing Saturdays are busy, and allowing for a hour/ hour &half to receive it. Two telephone calls to chase it up at 19:59 and 20:20 my meal eventually arrived at 20:45 which is much later than I like to eat. By which time I was beyond enjoying it because I was so hungry!!!This is not the first time I’ve had to wait so long for them to deliver/ call to find out where my order is. And I always allow around an hour/ 90mins to receive it, so I don’t think I’m unreasonable!The apology on the container was a nice touch, but I’m afraid it doesn’t make up for the near 2 1/2 hour wait The food is delicious the delivery service it terrible!
