Kismet Tandoori in Falkirk

The Kismet in our opinion is the best Indian takeaway in the area by a longshot, the consistency with this place is fantastic. Usually we like to try a place a few times before deciding whether it's any good and let me just say this place has hit the nail on the head every time, four visits and every time it's been spot on. Specifically the curry pizzas, wow! When it comes to flavour the kismet know how to do it right, we've also tried the chicken pakora, a fresh generous portion simply can't complain at all. Our only problem is sometimes delivery can take a while BUT that's to be expected with food tasting as good as theirs, 100% recommend.

Ordered it for the second time, food came hot and within a reasonable time. Prices are reasonable💵 Pizza was first class, chicken pakora one of the best in the area, nice red batter with a decent amount of flavour! … the kebab meat although tasty was thin and dry, I kinda like it that way but my partner likes it a bit thicker and less dry. We did have better kebab meat on our previous older. Over all value for money was satisfactory as what you paid for came on time, was hot and everyone enjoyed it. Nothing worse than spending money on a takeaway that the kids turn their noses up at and half it’s wasted. We enjoyed or order and will order again. 👍

Ordered onion bajips as part of a takeaway. What I got was a clump of sliced onions not even in crispy batter. Was disgusting Inedible

Just poor, overly priced!! Usually good but not on this occasion. Reheated or undercooked, simply not good enough for the price.

Ordered online, an hour ago and when i was expecting my food in 15 minutes I get a phone call to say its cancelled. Why accept the order when you know you can't do it?????????

Curry was excellent but very disappointed with the box of mixed pakora it was all reheats disgusting went in the bucket

Went to kismet tonite very disappointed. Ordered a prawn poori, chicken tikka, vindaloo sauce,fried rice and a garlic and coriander naan. Got home there was no rice, phoned them they sorted it finally sat down to eat my meal and the vindaloo sauce was not a vindaloo sauce. Pretty poor won't be back. Will travel to cumbernauld next time and go to bombay dreams. Their vindaloo sauce has a bit of a kick. Poor show kismet

Brilliant kebabs, best I've ever tasted... Burgers are great... Must say its the best Indian tandoori I've ever had.spicey chicken pizza is amazing.

Usually there stuffs good but we got munch box was rotten, chicken was like rubber could hardly chew and naan bread was crispy and greasy

Great takeaway. Sometimes I even go here for pizza even though there is a Domino's across the road. The meat munch box is my favourite and I still have never finished.

I ordered 2 meals for myself and my girlfriend, and they were SUPERB. 10/10 for the food and service. Will definitely be ordering from Kismet again. Thanks Everyone.

This restaurant / carry out is on the Main Street in Bonnybridge, not the easiest to get parked outside. I see it as a place for a carry out rather than a sit in meal.

Ordered again online delivered spot on time asked for piping hot and delicious can't ask for better highly recommend Kismet..

Went downhill since last time I used them. I get Saturday evening is your busiest time but that doesn't excuse poor customer service in shop unfortunately.

Ordered online at approx 1735 for a 1900 delivery. Phoned at 1935 to ask where delivery was, told I was next one out. Phoned again at 2005 and got the impression they hadnt even bothered. Cancelled order and won't be back. Disgusting level of customer service.

Highly recommended. I always seem to order the Chicken Karahi as it is excellent. The pizzas are superb too. Far better than Dominos!

Mate I had respect for this place but they only went and gave me a box full of this suace pish instead of pakora, like whit? Ave no even got wrap to eat it man. Sake.

I've been ordering here for years and I've always enjoyed the food. However tonight was the last straw in terms of their inconsistent pricing so I'll go elsewhere in future.By inconsistent pricing I mean every Saturday night I order I'm always charged a different price even though I always order the same thing.Last week I was charged £11 this week it was £11.85. When I complain all I get is a glazed look and mumbling so I won't be back.

This local takeaway is without doubt the best in the area, great and fresh food made to order , great staff , good delivery times . It is owned by local family and staffed by members of the family, portions are healthy and prices reasonable, give Gopi Singh a try , you won’t be disappointed !!

Ordered on advice from someone else and got a great meal. Did order way too much as they have great portion sizes. Delivery was prompt too. Prices are average but good value for money.

We ordered a takeaway to be delivered, and as it was gala day we were expecting a wait! We were told over the phone that our meal would be delivered in approx 45 mins, 1 hour at the most.

Wow, what can I say!! Absolutely amazing. Portions excellent, along with the garlic naan. Excellent customer care, delivered at stated time, piping hot. Mmmmmm definitely be getting this again. In fact never had a bad meal from the Kismet 😊

Best curry in town! Always loads of chicken in the tikka meal more than enough for 2 people, highly recommended. The curry sauce is very tasty and always thick. Garlic nana is awesome

Great food - what else can I say? deliveries always arrive quickly and customer service is excellent.

Standards have fallen terribly, our food has been nearly an hour late the past few times, which you can forgive if you enjoy the food, but we've had to re-heat and alot has been binned, not good enough, don't take orders when you can't keep up with them, i expect hot food, wont be getting again, award winner's should be consistant with their product, not let it slide because they already have a title!

Awful. Waited an hour and 50 minutes for delivery!!! Why do they keep taking orders if they know they can't cope? Greed. That's why. Be honest with your customers about waiting times in future.

After waiting 1 hour 48 minutes for the delivery to then find out the order was wrong and luke warm to then find out the gave me the wrong juice. Might seem petty but after waiting so long for food as simple as popcorn chicken and chips for it to come nearly 2 hours later. Didnt even bother phoning to complain as it would of been even longer to wait on the correct food.. dissappinted used to be very good!

I love indian food and my take away from the Kismet was fab. Massive portions so can spread it out over 2 nights or between 2 people. Would use again.

I cannot fault anything that Gopi and his staff produce here! Always so fresh, and delicious! No wonder it won best Takeaway 2016 this year! Keep it up!

Absolutely terrible customer service, phoned twice after waiting 1 hour 10 minutes on a delivery told twice it would be five minutes. Won't be buying here again.

the food is ok but if you want chip shop chips make sure you ask cause when i phone there fryer dosnt work so have to have other chips or go to another place pizzas are good tho

We were slightly aprehensive about ordering from Kismet again after having a meal that was not so nice previously. However, as our usual takeaway shop was closed we decided to give it another go. We were all so glad we did :-) our meal was delicious and well worth the wait. The mushroom pakora was excellent - I have never had it before but on the recommendation from my daughter we decided to give it a go - it was lovely. The pizza was delicious and very tasty and the donner kebabs were tasty too. There was a delay with the order, however this was understandable due to the extra orders they must have had with the other take-aways being closed. This delay did not have any adverse affect on the quality of the meal - the food tasted and looked delicious, was fresh and was nice and hot when arrived. The staff were very apologetic for the delay and pleasant and polite in all dealings.We will definitely be ordering from Kismet again - thank you :-)

Use the delivery service on a weekly basis, food is always lovely, hot and apart from really busy periods arrives when stated.

The best mushroom pakora I've ever had,huge portion too,will definitely be trying the other veggie options.Just a walk in to try it,but will maybe change this to my regular take away

I never had an issue with this takeaway before. These days however something has changed. I wait an hour and 10-20 minutes which is fair enough if it's busy but then only receive half my order. That's the type of incompetence that will cost this takeaway customers. The food is fine, lukewarm at best, but when you're waiting that long for a delivery can't really expect it to be hot.

The best chicken pakora I have ever tasted. And lamb curry is just lush. Delivery is quick and food piping hot when it arrives.
