Spice Magic in Falkirk

My son and I were visiting from the states and found this place after a long foodless day. The guy behind the counter was very friendly and generous with our order. The food was wonderful and definitely hit the spot.

As it was my first visit I felt compared to other similar takeaways very small portions

Honestly the place is so hit or miss that it rules itself out of being a regular place to order. Staff are poorly trained and do not even have the delivery drivers phone number etc to chase up missing order. Delivery turned up over 30 min after the food left the shop(only a 5min drive) and I turned it away. When I asked the “delivery driver” where he had been the told me I was the last delivery eve though I’m so close and he wasn’t actually a delivery driver! 🤣. He was only doing a favour! 🤣 Not worth the hassle.

Good tasting food and quick service

Was looking for loaded fries and spice magic was recommened. I was not disapointed. Got the mixed loaded fries wow they were honestly so good loaded with chicken tikka and doner meat peppers, onions with cheese. Highly recommened you try. Will 100% be back. Andy and staff were really friendly.

We have been many times and always get great food and service. My son chooses spice magic chicken pakora and chips over all other takeaways.

Got a tango blast milkshake and it was amazing, thanks very much Andy, great customer service, you get a good laugh with the staff there. Also got a chicken Korma hoagie, Amazing 👏 😋 my son gets a donner hoagie as he says its the best donner meat in town

Absolutely good take away spot! The food was delicious, and they offer a fantastic range of ice creams. The staffs were friendly and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Been coming here for a while, I was recommended the mixed loaded fries and wow, they didn’t disappoint. Chips, cheese, chicken tikka, onions, peppers and donner which is cooked in a curriers type sauce is brilliant (not usually a big donner fan). Highly recommend, portions are huge!

Ordered a tandoori meal. Reminded them to put in the salad as on several, previous, occasions they didn't supply it. Meal arrived, once again, without salad. Called them, they said it would be delivered immediately. Called them again, an hour later as it was not delivered. They're excuse was they only had one driver. So from that, it was never being delivered. They then said we could have 20% off the next time we ordered and that it was," only," a salad. Informed them they shouldn't be deciding what part of the meal they deliver and that I like the salad, I paid for the salad and as it is on the menu they should be providing it. Very poor attitude to customer service and repeated errors. If getting what you ordered and paid for is important to you there are plenty other establishment who will provide that. Will not be using them again.

Friendliest people you will ever meet, really nice vibes when you walk in, food is to die for it’s not too greasy and not dry either but perfect, gave me loads of extra sauce out of the kindness of his heart. Couldn’t recommend any higher.

Lamb was too dry but you're normally very good.

I ordered a king chicken pakora Hoogie I got 4 bits of chicken pakora for £10 you expect more I basically paid £10 for chips and cheese

Dunno how they take orders online but I paid extra for lamb and still got chicken. Says lamb on the order when I done it but got chicken bhuna and the receipt has lamb n chicken on it. Sort it out fs

Ordered roti and chips. Very quick delivery and food arrived piping hot. Couldnt have asked for better

We order from you all the time but I ordered my partner your king prawn korma. £13 for FOUR prawns!!! Disgusted!!!!

Not overly impressed to be honest. Had a Chicken Balti and it didn't taste like any other Chicken Balti I've ever had, and I've had a few. Edible, but there are better Indian restaurants in the area.

One pizza was completely wrong having the wrong toppings pizza was 20 minutes late

This is the second time that I've had chicken pakora that has tasted of fish, as if it's been cooked in oil that has been used to cook fish

waited an hour and 40 minutes for delivery. Phoned the place requesting when this would be delivered. Was rudely told that we will not be receiving our order. I had requested a refund and was told “right, I’ll speak to my boss” before hanging up on me. I want a refund for the food we never even got

My husband and I love Spice Magic. We wouldn't order from anywhere else. Food is outstanding, service is brilliant, and it's always good value for money.

Disappointing service and delivery given the order was placed at 5:15 and didn't arrive until 6:55 and the food was cold when it arrived.

Friendly driver and delicious food!

The lady was really pleasant and helpful when taking the order, the food was good when it arrived (on time), only down side would be it was quite expensive compared to our regular place, and one of the meals was very small for a large which was ordered, could have been picked up and sent out incorrectly, food was nice and would go back, we tried to call back with the food issue, busy night and phone was engaged.

Food was stone cold and we didnt recieve any of the dips or cans we ordered , they eventually brought this later on and even then it was still missing one can and had the wrong amount and kind of dips would avoid in future

Best Chicken Tikka Masala by far, so fresh with plenty of tandoori chicken and thick creamy sauce, comes with the rice so we only get one between the 2 of us, sometimes we can't eat it all, garlic naan the best, very tasty, delivery really quick to, this is the only place I go for a curry, keep up the good work.

Personally I think this place has the best pizza going. Good amount of toppings, cheese and overall really tasty. Tried many around the area but definitely the best I've had in a long time.
