This place has improved enormously since the recent change of name. Best special fish I've ever had in the past 50-odd years.

First visit to Alberto’s , lovely fish and it was huge plenty of chips. Worth a visit pleasant staff and very clean, we will definitely go back

Excellent service and lovely meal for a member of our familys' special birthday. The manageress couldn't do enough for us , which made the event so memorable. Will be back and will recommend it to everyone. Excellent visit.

I placed an order for dinner. Chicken ball, fried rice, prawn crackers and 2 portions of spare ribs with bvq sauce. When the food arrived a?portion of spare ribs was missing after trying to phone fir and hour i finally got through. The woman was very obnoxious and blamed me instead of taking accountable for her mistake! She argued abd fought with me instead of apologising and offering to replace them for free since she made the mistake,she was nasty and couldn't care any less. Shocking customer service and won't be bk after using the place for 10 years. Absolutely appalled

We were on a canal holiday and this place had been recommended by one of the boatyard staff. The food was as described – good honest food and the quantities and value were really good. The lounge area was like stepping back into the 1970’s and lost this place a star for its lack of ambience. Overall good honest value for money.

Disgusting. The “super” munchy box was horrible. The only thing super about it was the amount of disappointment I felt when it arrived. A couple of stand out issues where: Enough grease to star in a 1950s inspired musical Chicken that had begged to be mercifully killed due to what seems like months of starvation and dehydration Veggie and mushroom pakora that had been in the deepest darkest parts of a freezer in Woolworths I could only recommend this place if you had recently started a course of ozempic and didn’t plan on eating anyway,

Terrible service ,waited over two hours for a large delivery , eventually we told them to cancel it , the young girl taking the orders just hung up the phone !

Probably order from this place twice a month. I can honestly say, I've never had a bad meal yet. South Indian garlic chilli is amazing either as a curry or on a pizza. Delicious. I order online then collect, always very efficient service.

Visit here often - great coffee and service. Despite being busy, staff are always very friendly and coffee is always good.

Yeah, it's pricey for what it is, but aren't all Starbucks? The tray bakes aren't bad, though! Not bad selection and it's handy that they are open late. Staff are always pleasant. Wish they'd stock more Rooibos products, but they never seem to order them in. Can't win 'em all.

Freezing cold pizza including delivery worked out £15 never again avoid at all costs go to the Kismet across the road far better pizzas at better prices
