Absolutely shocking walk in service told 25mins for 2 pizzas... 40mins later they've still not made it and not a care in the world about it. Service at its worst

Been a while since I've eaten at this ubiquitous pizza chain, at least first time since the lockdown was relaxed. It was late, I was in Bonnybridge with a dearth of options. The place looks spotless when I entered. There's social distancing in place, so there's no eat in, that that probably helps with the cleaning. Usual choices, but I just went for the Margherita. I was going to go for the small, but the staff helpfully told me it would be the same price as the medium (I don't understand either!), so medium it was. The pizza also came with a portion of garlic dip, but the pizza was good enough that the dip went unused. Kudos for that. Pizza was good, prices are keen.

This place is close to where I live and any time I have had a problem with the food being cold they have always been very helpful whenever I call them up. They always have made new food for me or even gave me extra food as a sorry for the food being cold. Other than that I see them as a very good and cheap option when it comes to a takeaway. The small hoggy for example is only £3.50 and gives u a full wrap with chips cheese and donner meat. Their other options such as pizza always come freshly made and hot and they even make them perfect whenever I’ve made special instructions. Their delivery driver is also very respectful and is helpful when it comes to answering any queries I have had on the food. Would seriously recommmend trying this place whether it’s for a pizza, donner meat, or even desserts. 5/5 for me!

10-12 Union RoadHORRIBLE SERVICE TOOK 15 MINUTES FOR THEN TO SERVE ME. Just completely ignored me everytime I asked to be served. Food is good but the atmosphere is shocking all the staff shouting in the kitchen. Won't be back here again.
