Bamboo Garden in Falkirk

We’re first time customers and we will certainly be the last…2 hours we’ve been waiting so far and still no food I’ve called to chase it up and the girl that answered the phone couldn’t even find my order. Then I was told I would need to wait another 30 mins at most so we’ve waited had to call back again to be told we still need to wait as it’s just left! When I first called we had been already waiting 1 hour 30 mins and the food hadn’t even been made yet! Ridiculous by the time the food eventually arrives it will be pretty much 2 hours & 30 mins we’ve waited for an almost £50 order. Never again!

We are 100 mins and counting … 1st and most definitely last time we’ll ever order from them … horrific.

Terrible service ,waited over two hours for a large delivery , eventually we told them to cancel it , the young girl taking the orders just hung up the phone !

First time ordering. This is not even edible. About as authentic Chinese as next to none. Gravy granules on top of the special fried rice. Caked in five spice. Surprise this place is not shut down. Will not be ordering again disgusting. Worse Chinese I’ve ever tasted in 35 years.

Ordered here for the first time for our NY dinner and the food was absolutely amazing! I called a few days before to preorder and the person I spoke to on the phone was so friendly and helpful! The portions were a great size and all 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Thank you!

I get takeaway here at least once a week, often more. The quality of the food is consistently of a very high standard, and when I can't be bothered driving to Bonnybridge from Banknock delivery is 35 to 45 minutes. The only slight nuisance is the fact they only take cash when ordering by phone and picking up, yet when ordering online debit card is fine.... Still, it's not enough of a nuisance to make me consider going anywhere else.

Quality of food was brilliant, all dishes were lovely. There was an error with my order however the staff were great and sent out the missing item right away. Really good service and kind staff.

First time we tried this place, ordered at 6.10pm and called three times after waiting 1.5hrs for the delivery, we called them and were told repeatedly it was on its way and it wouldn’t be long..... 8.10pm and kids are Hungry I called them again and we were told it was one of 13 deliveries on its way to our area, by this time I was getting browned off as kids were starting to fall asleep. Fourth time I called at 8.30pm to ask when it was coming and the girl said she had cancelled the meal as her father who’s the delivery driver didn’t want to deliver as I was rude on the phone the fourth time I called... I couldn’t help being rude, we waited over 2.5hrs and was repeatedly told it was on its way. Really poor, if we were told it would be 2.5hr for a delivery I wouldn’t have placed an order. The girl who answered the phone said it wasn’t her fault as her boss told her to keep taking orders. It’s nice to be busy and make money but theirs got to be a balance between being busy and keeping the service satisfactory. 😡

Phoned for rice chips and curry sauce waited 55minutes phoned to see if it had left and told it was sitting waiting for the driver to pick up waiting a further 27minutes still no here cancelled. Not the first time this has happened won't be back.

Excellent food enjoyed it immensely

Just waited an hour and a half for a delivery and the food arrived cold and had to be reheated. Phoned and they couldn’t be less interested - not even a heartfelt apology.

Got a chicken chow mein. Absolutely disgusting had been cooked in old oil I could tell by the colour would not use again horrible meal went in bin.

we had a takeaway last night from the Bamboo Garden. After waiting more than 1 hour it arrived, Started eating and we found a long black hair in the meal. see photos, still feeling sick, we will not be using this place again..

Staff really friendly good food

Placed an order, advised 30 minutes for delivery, phoned twice, order eventually arrived 40 mins late, food luke warm, wont be using them again, shame as normally very good, delivery service shocking!!!
