Fresco's Takeaway in Falkirk

Has absolutely horrible when I came in the staff were okay I waited about 20 minutes for some fried chicken and chips when I came to me I was enjoying it until I got a clump of hair in my food I was raging and got a refund and never came back I would not recommend going there

Delivery tonight via Just Eat. Double pepperoni pizza had some sort of ham on it. Lukewarm. Hungry box....chicken burnt, tasted bitter, chips lukewarm too and no dip. Wrong drink delivered too. Something has changed. It used to be really good, hot and fresh.

If you’re hoping for something like KFC chicken you’re going to be very disappointed. The batter Fresco’s use is just like the bland stuff you get on your fish in a chip shop, but Southern fried chicken should be cooked in a well-seasoned batter with a peppery kick. Bland food is boring. Their interior is also messy and dirty. All things considered, we won’t be going back.

Food was awful. Burger was soaked in sauce not just a drizzle. Chicken was greezy as he'll it almost required a snorkel. Looking around customer area it was not clean. Dread to think about the kitchen area and or storage of food. Cans of juice stored in customer area?????. We won't be returning until they up thier game.

Food finally arrived but with half the order missing. Took it away. Came back and “fresh” pizza was freezing cold as was burger and chips. Barely any toppings on pizza. One slice had one pepper on when it was 4 toppings. Won’t be back.

The fried chicken was really bad. Bland and just tasted of grease, the gravy tasted weird too

First time tried .got big bucket chicken better than kfc

The culinary experience is truly remarkable, and I wholeheartedly recommend indulging in it.

Went today around 5.50pm and placed an order in the shop to be told it will take some time as no chicken left so we placed the order anyway and came back home. Around 7pm my husband went back to collect it and brought it home and the anger I felt looking at it, the pizza wasn’t even cooked properly and was only smothered in cheese and hardly no toppings on it and the rest of the order was cold 😡 I called the place to complain and was told to bring it back so they can have a look at it. What a piss take!! Why would we go back? We already had been back and fourth!! Used to love the place but it’s gone down hill😡 Will NOT be going here ever again!! 😡

I ordered a 5 peice chicken and 3 OF THEM HAD PUBES ON THEM !! this is shocking, diabolical i have contacted the Health and safety department another thing to mention my little sister ordered a 3 peice chicken and it was RAW extremely unhappy with this lads.

Amazing the best food I have had

Wouldn't eat anywhere else.. chicken is so juicy and full of flavour, delivery was so quick and food was piping hot.

Got food delivered from this place and it was absolutely frozen phoned to Complain and the guy took no responsibility at all said blame justeat and it was the drivers fault food was put straight in the bin would not recommend

This place is amazing since the new owner has taken over. The food is amazing the fried and peri chicken and the pizzas. If your every nearby or live nearby you must try it. Has something for everyone

Oh man, what a banging meal, and banging prices. Fried chicken was on point and the Peri Peri Chicken, was delicious (that’s putting it lightly). Will definately be back! Thank you

Easily my favourite spot in Falkirk. Especially for pizzas. Portions are good size as well.

Only best chicken place around Falkirk, comparatively bit pricey and salty. Good chary guy at the till always cheerful...👍 2022-05; Quality of the food & hygiene is not consistent, don't want to go there any more, sorry maybe I'll try in another year or so...👎

First time trying today and will order again. Food was tasty, decent portion sizes as well. We had Peri Chicken wrap and chicken fillet burger. Good service, fast delivery. 10/10.

Absolutely horrific. Ordered 4 quesadillas… received 4 dry wraps caked in Mayo flung together like a bag of washing.. chips were stone cold and had the texture of chewing gum. Only thing with a heat in it was the mozzy dippers and even at that they were like brick.

I'm a huge fan of Fresco's fried chicken. The best in Falkirk.

So I placed an order for my chicken wrap meal, whilst I was waiting for my order the manager was taking out the pizza with the shovel he dropped the shovel. He then asked his fellow employee ( a lady working at the counter) to pick the shovel up. The employee picked it up and placed it back to take pizzas out again. No washing of the shovel had took place, absolutely appalled at this behaviour- it has put me off eating from here in the future.

Went twice same experience, no sauces in 🍔 both times dry burgers and you can see the wings themselves
