Alberto's in Falkirk

Table was booked for 6:45 pm Food was pretty good. Service left much to be desired, brought water and wine. Had to open the wine ourselves? We asked for the desert menu and was pestered 3 times within 5mins if we wanted a sweet. Staff seemed like they could not get rid of us quick enough! We had to ask for the bill twice. We would not go back.

Very friendly staff, made me feel very welcome from the second I walked in. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfy. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service and lovely meal for a member of our familys' special birthday. The manageress couldn't do enough for us , which made the event so memorable. Will be back and will recommend it to everyone. Excellent visit.
