Coffee OK ….. but the item masquerading as a croissant?? It looked good but absolutely no “flakiness” and complete lack of any buttery taste …. never again.

Been visiting for years now for coffee before work, always friendly staff with a smile, never had a problem with a drink in the 8+ years I've been visiting.

I buy coffee from here regularly and am thankful of the NHS discount offered. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. The other day I was served by Clare who was chatty, friendly and gave me great service. Starbucks should look at providing better ice machines so that the servers don't have to apologise when there's no ice to make cold drinks. It can't be difficult to buy bags of ice to store in a freezer. You're letting your staff down.

I don't often go for coffee but when I do, Rionna has a way of making it exquisitely special. The way she glides effortlessly around the coffee machine has me mesmerised each and every time! The way she makes each drink and controls her station Is like watching Cristiano Ronaldo gracefully but powerfully pick apart an opposition team. Perfecto.

Very relaxed when we were in but it wad the weekend. Can't expect much for a branch in a hospital, but food and coffee is good and Service was good. Will certainly return.

Friendly, fast, and efficient service. The drinks were tasty. We didn’t sit in or stay too long, so can’t really comment on the atmosphere, but the café looked clean and condiments were well stocked.

Popped in while visiting family, got served by a really tall lassie, I think her name was Claire. She was very friendly and helpful, recommended a couple of drinks and ended up ordering the toasted oat shaken espresso, great recommendation, until PSLs come back!

Excellent Beveridge's. Calia, Sophie and Rio are very friendly in addition to having brilliant customer service. Most of the staff remember names of regulars, which is a nice touch.

The staff aka lovely ladies at Starbucks Forth Valley Royal Hospital are brilliant. Always have a smile, friendly, and very helpful even when under pressure at peak busy times. I'm a deaf member of staff (lipreader), and when it's especially busy they will give me a wee wave to let me know my fave drink, blonde roast cappuccino is ready!

Really busy branch of Starbucks at Forth Valley Hospital but staff took orders and fulfilled them quickly. Staff also very friendly and cheerful. Tables cleared quickly too so we had no issues finding a clean table to sit at. Lizzy served us, friendly and happy to help. Only ordered drinks so can’t review food. A welcome break from sitting in the ward :)
