Starbucks Coffee, Forth Valley Hospital in Falkirk

The staff in Starbucks FVRH were always so kind and so helpful whilst I was in when my mum was in hospital. I was in every day for 3 weeks and they even started knowing my name by heart. They were always very busy but the service was always excellent.

Starbucks Forth Valley Hospital is like Cheers. You go in and the girls are always welcoming, and most, know your name. Amazing service at all times from them all. Today Clare and Sophie provided great customer service.

Disappointed my usual Starbucks card perks don’t work here but staff friendly and pleasant atmosphere. Laura was lovely at till.

I enjoyed an iced caramel latte and was served on the till by Eleanor. She was very polite and patient with me and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable within the store.

Coffee OK ….. but the item masquerading as a croissant?? It looked good but absolutely no “flakiness” and complete lack of any buttery taste …. never again.

I buy coffee from here regularly and am thankful of the NHS discount offered. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. The other day I was served by Clare who was chatty, friendly and gave me great service. Starbucks should look at providing better ice machines so that the servers don't have to apologise when there's no ice to make cold drinks. It can't be difficult to buy bags of ice to store in a freezer. You're letting your staff down.

I don't often go for coffee but when I do, Rionna has a way of making it exquisitely special. The way she glides effortlessly around the coffee machine has me mesmerised each and every time! The way she makes each drink and controls her station Is like watching Cristiano Ronaldo gracefully but powerfully pick apart an opposition team. Perfecto.

Very relaxed when we were in but it wad the weekend. Can't expect much for a branch in a hospital, but food and coffee is good and Service was good. Will certainly return.

Lovely clean shop staff very friendly and personable. Happy to share recccomendations on flavours and coffees when wanting something new. Very experienced, warm and lovely team.

Friendly, fast, and efficient service. The drinks were tasty. We didn’t sit in or stay too long, so can’t really comment on the atmosphere, but the café looked clean and condiments were well stocked.
