The best restaurants in West End Dundee City Central Scotland

I originally posted this on Booking.com but they summarised my review. Location was brilliant, so close to the station and town centre. The staff were brilliant. We spoke to a lovely lady in reception, I think her name was Emily. We were staying for a funeral and as check in is later in the day, we would have had nowhere to get changed and freshen up. After explaining this to reception, she got the room ready as a priority and even gave me a courtesy call to let me know it was ready. I would stay here again and I would recommend this place to my friends.

Visité aquí para el almuerzo. Tardamos 15 minutos en tomar nuestra orden. No teníamos mucho tiempo así que decidimos pasar la comida. Pedí un café que llegó diez minutos más tarde y al mismo tiempo fue avisado por la camarera que podrían necesitar la mesa de vuelta si más clientes llegan y desean pedir comida. ¡Grosero! No volverá.

Disfrutamos de otra visita al Tartán. Lugar muy popular y puede entender por qué. Muy cómodo ambiente amable y excelente personal. Comida encantadora y todo recién preparado y con mucho el mejor café de la ciudad! Volveremos pronto.

Lugar increíblemente positivo. Personal amable y un ambiente maravilloso. Estuve muchas veces, la comida genial y el servicio también. Haz un trabajo brillante aquí. Crédito real a la iglesia y la comunidad local.

La caja de munchie ordenada y la envoltura de pollo con sal y pimienta era muy sabrosa, la caja de munchie de desayuno de pechuga de pollo estaba llena de carne de carnicero adecuada. El personal fue muy amable, sin duda volveremos 5 estrellas.

Pub molto caratteristico a Dundee. Lo consiglio per gli hamburger davvero ottimi! Vicino al centro e all’’Università di Dundee. Prezzi nella norma.

Fabulous tapas, all freshly cooked, and great service. And in a interesting venue. Nicely varied menu - and a delicious pudding (beautifully light almond and meringue cake)!

One of my all time favourite spots in Dundee! I love the cafe vibes during the day, the coffee & pastries are AMAZING. At night, it’s the best place in Dundee for cocktails.
