The best restaurants in Maryfield Dundee City Central Scotland

The hotel used to be a factory. I love the way they repurposed it and manage to incorporate the existing infrastructure! Nicely done!

Das Empire State Coffee ist eine sehr empfehlenswerte Adresse fuer Fruehstueck sowie auch Kaffee und Kuchen. Das Empire State Coffee befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof entfernt, ganz in der Naehe der Innenstadt. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich sowie auch hilfsbereit. Es gibt sehr schoene Sitzgelegenheiten im Cafe sowie auch im Tiefgeschoss. Das Cafe oeffnet bereits um 7.30 Uhr und serviert leckere, belegte Baguettes sowie auch Kuchen und Torten. Das Angebot wird abgerundet durch verschiedene Kaffee-Sorten, Kakao, Softdrinks sowie auch verschiedene Shakes. Kreditkartenzahlung ist auch moeglich. Brot und Broetchen sind auch erhaeltlich. Ich habe dort mehrmals gefruehstueckt und am Nachmittag Kaffee und Kuchen bestellt. Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Adresse in Dundee!

Este es un gran lugar para el almuerzo. Tenían una buena gama de sándwiches y tostadas y el café era bueno también. Los precios son razonables y tuvimos un buen almuerzo. Los baños son muy especiales también!

Estábamos aquí para el té de la tarde y tuvimos un tiempo encantador. La comida era deliciosa y había más que suficiente para nosotros. El servicio era increíble y allí las chicas nos seguían trayendo té cuando queríamos. Sin duda volveremos.

Mientras que en vacaciones siempre buscamos cenar con algo diferente. Encontramos este lugar a través de TripAdvisor y no decepcionó. Gran comida y había más que suficiente de ella. Servicio rápido y cortés, todo dentro de unas pocas cuadras de donde nos alojamos, cerca del V & A. La selección de vinos era muy presentable. En general, una gran elección y un lugar al que volveríamos.

Estuve aquí hoy y decidí tomar el desayuno (no debería haber molestado). los frijoles estaban fríos, las salchichas, el budín negro estaban fríos y no estaban completamente cocidos, el huevo no tenía sabor, lo único comestible en el plato era la tostada. No tendrá prisa por volver.

Paré a tomar un café con un amigo. El café tiene un área de artesanía adjunta y tiene varias obras de arte en exhibición. El café estaba bien, pero los pasteles, etc., parecían excesivamente caros. Tal vez me perdí algo, pero realmente no se destacó ni me atrajo a volver

I would 100% recommend going to Kaspas for something sweet! The staff were welcoming and informative. I had the Oreo milkshake and was left wanting more despite how large the portion was! Definitely the king of desserts.

Nice laid out pub inside with pleasant atmosphere. Staff helpful and friendly. Unfortunately they stopped serving food about 6.30 pm 🤷‍♂️

Just a brief, initial impression from lunchtime today (no food, just a drink & a brief chat... ). Very nice, indeed. Extremely friendly & welcoming staff. I like the deco very much. I love that it's split level. The (men's) toilets were absolutely immaculate both in look and scent, and I appreciated the music from the bar being piped to the Johns. The beer I drank was a "fruity IPA" ... new to me ... but very delicious and moreish. I didn't eat today, but I plan to tomorrow after work. So far, defo a strong contender for my favorite in central Dundee.

Was so disappointed. Haven't been there for couple of years, had a great time when we've been. Live music, very busy and good atmosphere. Now I've no idea what has happened but definitely gone downhill. Wouldn't go again.

Are here while visiting Dundee for an overnight, now wishing I stayed closer as this is a great Mexican restaurant. Lots of choice in the menu and a little more choice than the usual offerings. Sharing Nachos was huge 2 people and our dinner portions were really generous. Tasty fresh made food, best guacamole I have tasted, service friendly and attentive and a cocktail menu as a bonus. Now looking for reasons to visit again.
