Lovely quaint coffee shop in the heart of Dunoon with a cracking breakfast. Service was friendly and fast. Lots on the menu, including some tasty looking homemade cakes!

The quality of the fish and chips was amazing! Freshest fish, really light, crisp batter and chips to die for. Lovely, friendly counter staff. Everything cooked to order.

Just wanted to try it not a chocolate freque found it a nice setting but simple only one female person serving polite and efficent

Nowhere on planet earth makes soups like this place. Nowhere I tell you. This is the Holy Grail of soup makers. Simply divine creations that are different each day. I've never been a massive soup enthusiast but this place has me hooked. The butties aren't half bad too!

Once again had chance to get out to the Royal Bar for dinner with my wife. Food as usual was first class. Had my favourite the Mac Cheese, my wife had the special. Service and environment was just perfect. Looking forward to next visit soon. Keep up the great work.

We tried this place for the first time and ordered one fish supper and one single fish - the order arrived quickly to our house, delivered by a very pleasnt guy - and we were seriously impressed. Great food, generous portions - what else can you ask for. Totally impressed

This shop really is the hidden gem of Dunoon. There are a few things to try, that cannot be missed. The first is the cinnamon bun! - Well worth pre-ordering, make sure you get enough, as one will not be enough. Next, the handmade chocolates are to die for! - Little hits of delicious chocolatey goodness. Beautifully flavoured and presented. Yolanda is really personable and friendly. If you need a bespoke birthday cake, or something sweet to tackle your cravings… this is the go-to place.

We were staying in the village for a week and ate at The Ardentinny on three evenings, and had excellent meals each time. Well presented and good sized portions. The menu is fairly small, but well varied, with an obvious use of local products where possible. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and it is dog friendly. (Just check their opening hours during the off season) Highly recommended !

I have enjoyed the stay I would love to come back again because everything was top 10 excellent the room was clean service was perfect and the location was great it was next to the sea you could see the sea from where u was I would love to come back again

Going to concert. Busy day as lights were being turned on too. Could get a table here. And it was great. The choice for gluten free was excellent. Fantastic salad bowl.
