The best restaurants in Arbroath East and Lunan Angus Central Scotland

Cafe Seven is a lovely little cafe in the centre of Arbroath. We visited on a Sunday and found that the majority of cafes were closed. Looking at those that were open we decided upon this place due to the reviews. We sat down and waited to order. When it was taken I did say to my friend I wasn't convinced we would get everything exactly right, as the gentleman didn't write anything down and he didn't seem 100% sure. The food came and admittedly I should have said no butter, so that was my fault. Just mentioning that to remind all of you that don't like butter. However I did ask for square sausage and got links. My roll was very nice as was my latte. A decent price when we paid the bill, and I would definitely go back.

First time visit for takeaway.Garbage. Veg Red Curry had 3 small slivers of carrot and 3 very small broccoli florets.Disgraceful.We played spot the vegetable which was the shortest game in history. Pork Massaman curry awful.The pork was tough,scraggy and inedible.Looked like something a stray dog would vomit up.Garbage.Will not be back.The single worst Thai meal I have ever had.

First time we have had a carry out. It was lovely - will definitely be ordering again.

Rooms were good if you didn’t mind people enjoying the gardens watching you General service was good , food choice for dinner was disgusting, McDonald’s have a better range and quality After 4 days we are still waiting for a refund after being seriously over changed Overall it’s not bad, Would we go back NO WAY

Best kebab and pizza ive had in a long time!! Especially the adana meat you get in the special kebab mix. Staff were Lovely and we didn't wait long. Thank you!!

Great service,king rib was a bit greasy, but pizza was lovely custard a bit lumpy, but apple crumble was fantastic 👌 😀

A quaint restaurant. Cajun chicken burger was very flavorful. Tomato and red pepper soup was spicy (and I like a lot of spice). Order at the bar. Server was very nice. Car park is in the back. We missed it and parked at the beach, which was fine.

Ordered a korma after trying other places and not enjoying them, this was only korma iv been able to enjoy in a long time.

If you like salt & sugar then eat here

Gorgeous battered chicken fillets and a fresh fillet of fish. The service was superb and the quality of the food was second to none. We even managed to get a portion of scraps. Best fish and chips we’ve both had in a long time and reasonably priced in comparison to Aberdeen.

Hôtel très chouette. Halte super en redescendant des cairngorns. Et le must : une plage absolument magnifique à 3 mn...

Absolute dump of a place stay well away the owner doesn't even pay his staffs wages well until I get my hands on him or her 😠👍
