Would personally prefer to never eat from there again. Madras curry had no flavour. Only flavour came from the coriander chucked in it. Naan bread looks like it had be sat on and skidded down a mossy roof. Onion Bahji’s looked like a toddler had cooked them with a spatula. Foodies makes food but not good food

Ordered an express box which sounded perfect. Sadly it wasn't, wings were undercooked, chips were undercooked and tasted of vinegar which wasn't requested, the cheeseburgers were the worst I've ever had, thin, dry, and in place of cheese was an square orange ghost on the roll which tasted sour. No salad which is fair as wasn't listed but disappointing, far too much sauce and the rolls fell apart like they had been frozen or the long life ones which aren't tasty at all. Lastly the donner meat was just hundreds of little scraps, no nice long strip of donner to be seen. the chicken tikka was lovely, so we will try a curry in the future. Maybe just an off day.

Best food in Arbroath never away from the place

Never disappoints always consistent and great food with plenty choices

In area on holiday and contacted them for delivery. Driver could not have been more helpful. Food was awesome, the samosas, kebab and chicken strips were all first class as was the naan bread. Would 100% recommend

Have been a regular customer frequently twice a week. Spend circa £30 bi weekly. Tonight order arrived without salad or sauce. Called restaurant and asked for salad/sauce to be delivered. Was told not unless you pay for delivery. Not interested - service rotten. Wont be using any longer. Use the Saffron much better service.

I absolutely love the food from foodies. They have a wide range of curries to choose from and are so delicious 😋 if you're ever wanting a good Indian curry then foodies is your place to go. Thank you for the amazing food. 😊

This is essentially a large takeaway with table space. The portions are HUGE, the food, regardless of what curry you order, is sweet. The staff are very accommodating, but we thought it was a restaurant, we booked a table for a family celebration, dressed up, only to arrive and find canteen style tables set up for us, with a take out menu set where I would expect a place mat! People coming in and out to order/collect takeout meals, no music, no atmosphere, out of order signs on the toilet door of the ladies, which I was told I could use, turned out NOT to be out of order, but the sign put there to stop women 'popping in to use it's. A shame, but we won't visit again. Family of 6.

Well had an order tonight it was like tint prawns don in a curry gravy was ment to be a kahari well !!!!! Could have made better myself Nan was ment to be garlic and cheese well waiting to see the cheese best but was the chicken pakora I’ve always had a great meal but tonight we went for the cheaper option and well it showed Iam sorry for this review but it was bad

£9.00 for two small milkshakes pure bump that were meant to be totally different flavours yet tasted the exact same as each other (just artificial cream) no flavour of malteaser or kinder beuno whatsoever… won’t be back

Bad curry sauce looks like someone’s thrown up onto chips and cheese it’s absolutely disgusting

Best take away we have had in a long time. We gave up ordering Indian food a while but decided to give Foodies a try for first time. Thankyou so much we will be back soon x *Meal for 2 was very well priced* x

Usually love foodies but very disappointed with the chicken kebab I got tonight. VERY small portion, more like a started size than a regular kebab. Almost £8, poor value for money!

Went in and ordered spicy chicken wings , achari tikka bhuna and chicken fillet burger. Everything was absolutely amazing and full of flavours. When we got the bill we were so shocked at how low the prices were - overall a great place to eat as the food is delicious as well as a great service , and reasonable price. Definitely would recommend !! 😊

Not the usual dine in shop, more suited to take away but the menu is good and so was the food. Prices good and parking is no problem. Friendly staff but needs a bit more atmosphere to create a restaurant feel to it.

First time used great food and quick service best I've had in Arbroath

Just moved here and this is the most affordable meal for one ever in Arbroath, and its been a while since i seen chicken pakora or this size, very happy overall! 😀

Great Indian food with good portion sizes and their pizzas are really good too. UPDATE: we have ordered pizza few times since u posted my 5 🌟 review and in my opinion (and the others who have shared the pizzas) the base sauce has changed to become more spicy. Unfortunately I don't like it as much and now order my pizzas elsewhere.

Fantastic food and a warm welcome spotlessly clean.

Very spacious and peaceful surrounding area with big parking space. Inside seating was well organised and there was enough space for many families and parties. We were extremely happy with the good manner from the staff and the thorough cleanliness or the establishment as a whole. Cheese bites pizza was my personal best. We hadn't tried anything like it before so it was a tasty new experience. In terms of dessert there were many good ice cream flavours and refreshing milkshakes to choose from.

This is mine and my partners regular place and we always get the same thing it's consistent delicious and filling but tonight they went above and beyond I'm pregnant and was really craving there chicken strips our meal deal usually comes with chicken wings bones freak me out so my partner has that it tonight I asked them if they were able to give us chicken strips instead i stated it was okay if the couldn't do that and not only did they do that but they filled the box full of them can't rate these guys highly enough always polite quick service with hot food any issues is resolved quickly and efficiently

Asked for medium curry, it would roast the mouth.of you ! Asked for a mild karma for the kids...was too hot ! The kebab was just ok, but for a £30 spend was not impressed, wont return. This used to be one of our favourites but ain't wasting our money being disappointed again.

Had there burgers sticky toffee pudding chocolate cake milky-way milkshake and foof delivered in the maximum of ten minutes and was hot I would order definitely from there again

Unfortunately we didn't enjoy what we got Chicken fried rice was dry Piri piri chicken was also dry Chips were luke warm Pity because the last time we ordered it was spot on
