Excellent staff and great food. We ordered too much because it all sounded so good and we were hungry. The food was very good. The staff very welcoming and fun to talk with. Lovely place.

Our family party of 10 had a most memorable dinner this evening. Excellent-quality local food cooked to perfection. I had a pressed oxtail dish which was the most flavoursome beef dish I can remember. Superb. Thanks to all involved.

Decided to eat in while we were on holiday in Dufftown abs lots of other people had recommended. I had mixed Tandoori grill - beautifully fresh & generous! Husband had chicken madras with rice & naan - all very good. Lovely staff & good value too …. there’s only 2 takeaways in town but these guys are not complacent & delivered top food

Clatty Pats Walk Like a Glaswegian Having been a regular Thursday night visitor to Clatty Pats back in the 90s I was looking forward to this play. I've been to a number of plays at Websters and have always enjoyed the experience. However, not this time. The play was crude and tacky with an amateur cast. It was like watching a very bad karaoke. No storyline, out of tune singing and cast stumbling over their lines. Really dreadful. Should have realised at the very start it was going to be awful when 2 of the male cast members were dressed in very little and encouraging the audience to get photographs and spank their bare bottoms. If the genders were reversed there would be complaints. Awful "show", extremely disappointed.

Casual dining indeed. Service was good and timely. Four people at dinner and nobody mentioned the food which is not a good sign. The menu sounded tastier than the food actually was. Three of us had roasted cauliflower frittata and it was nothing better than average. Haggis croquettes were a bit flavour-free in my view. Tables have an annoying crossbar so you can't get your feet under the table. Had high hopes but won't be returning .

We came to The Italian Corner for a wee walk-in dinner for two. We found out about this place, via Google, after we were unfortunately turned away by another restaurant. The food was brilliant. Zero complaints. Some proper hearty Italian food that tastes great. We had bruscetta as starters and spaghetti-carbonara as well as spaghetti-meatballs. You can tell that they care about the quality of the food they serve. Proper Italian ingredients. Service here was great. The team here is small and pleasant to talk to. Their attitude to delivering quality service is good. The Italian Corner is undergoing a transformation from takeaway only towards a restaurant, and the venue has the signs of refurbishment. Don't let the fact that it's undergoing refurbishment prevent you from trying their great food. Whether it's a takeaway or a sit-down meal, you won't be disappointed by the food thats for sure!

Fantastic hotel with such a warm welcome from the owners. Rooms exceptional and the meals superb. We felt like guests in their home and will certainly return again for more than one night. Amazing to hear the deer rutting on the hills and owls hooting from our bedroom. Highly recommend this hotel to others, nice to hear about wild swimming and possible option to kayak next year. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

Best burger in ages, with meat from the almost-local butcher. Staff very friendly. Good choices for vegetarians. Family friendly - busy at lunch time.

Ordered a takeaway to be delivered. Was told 7.30pm to expect delivery called at 8pm and told would be 10 minutes. Called again at 8.30pm and advised was cancelling my order as far too late. After conversation with owner was advised order on route and could not cancel but the charge was waived. When food arrived my husband’s meal was not what he ordered and was inedible. Not happy customers who will not be using this takeaway again 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

¡Qué pobre! Este solía ser mi lugar. No he estado por un tiempo pero recuerden que el pollo coronado consistía en trozos de pollo en una salsa NO lo que recibí hoy, que eran balsas de mayonesa con pequeños trozos de pollo. ¡Muy decepcionado!

So sad.. this was our go to cafe 2 years ago.. a beautiful building and a buzzy atmosphere. Always full. Good coffee an array of home bakes (GF, you name it) and lovely lite bites. First day back in the island, we made a bee line but despite the lovely welcome and a good cup of coffee NO food other than a bowl of soup and a doughnut. The place was empty.

Popped in for coffee and a bun; lovely venue, made to feel very welcome and to cap it all, the coffee was the best we had had during our wee tour of the area

Wow, wow, wow. Went in here with my family and warmly greeted by the lady who runs the cafe. We all ordered a full scottish breakfast and no disappointment from us. Was an exceptional breakfast. Great value

Fui con mi novio y pedimos dos hamburguesas. El chico que estaba en la cocina (creo que escuché a alguien le llamaban Denis) bajó la carne en la planta, se tomó en el y poner en pan de nuevo como nada hubiera ocurrido! (podía ver que causa que estaba en el bar esperando para pedir otra copa, y desde allí puedes ver la cocina). No podía creer lo que mis ojos habían visto sólo. Mi queja y dijo que estaba mintiendo! Esta ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido en un restaurante. No volver jamás.
