Extremely busy but the food is excellent, well worth waiting for.

Food cold, served chips that were freezing, the ferno wrap i got was also half hot like it had been microwaved

No exaggeration, waited 20 minutes for 1 cheeseburger that was £4 and I honestly couldn't have been more disappointed with it, wouldn't go back

Went in with my colleague this morning and had breakfast roll and a cake each, with a tea and a can… incredibly reasonable price, I’d go as far as to say cheap at £7odd each considering the food was of exceptional quality!! We will be back… probably daily now we know about you!

As well as the place being absolutely spotless the friendly, helpful staff & clearly written menu boards on the walls (complete with prices) make ordering your food an easy, hassle free experience. Everything's freshly made & there's definitely something for everyone.. from sandwiches, baguettes, wraps & Panini with plenty of fillings (which they don't skimp on) to choose from to soup, (which is always delicious) baked potato & toasties. The fairly recent addition of breakfast rolls eg sausage bacon egg etc are always cooked to perfection & again they don't skimp on the portions.. not a burned to a crisp paper thin slice of sausage in sight. Oh and if you've a sweet tooth the freshly baked cakes are a godsend.. I've honestly never had a single complaint about anything I've ordered so yeah, if you haven't already & you happen to be passing by get yourselves into Uppercrust, you won't be disappointed. Vegetarian options, wheelchair accessible & plenty of parking available.

Got 2 baguettes it usually is £7 but was charged £10.30 for 2 when questioned I was told the prices have gone up, up £3.30 for 2 baguettes totally disappointed won’t be back after using this place for years

Best roll and Sausage I have had in ages, all of the fillings on show looked amazing and prices seemed really fair, my son has just moved in round the corner and I will definitely be back to try other things of their menu.

Nice fresh food, big portions, lots of options. Clean and tidy plenty parking out front. They do get busy, if you’re in a rush phone the order down.

Fresh food. Friendly service. Best deli in North Lanarkshire. Queue can be a bit of a wait due to covid restrictions. Advise calling beforehand to order food.

Customer service quality is excellent and food is fresh and very tasty highly recommend this shop.

"NO MASK NO ENTRY" This rule is discriminating against those with hidden disabilities. When not wearing a mask you should not be questioned or forced to wear one. Not everyone wishes for their hidden disability to be displayed by a badge in public. Do you know you are breaking the equality 2010 act and I Could have you charged for your employees comments towards me. Also if this is a rule you have enforced to "keep your customers safe" then why are your staff not wearing a mask or a badge? There may be a partial screen up but that does not stop them breathing over the food they are serving now. if you believe these masks save life's then go and have a rethink.

Food is always amazing and the girls are so lovely. I don't go anywhere else if I want a nice wee takeaway lunch.
