The best restaurants in Scotland

Excellent food and service. The fact that we queued to get in says it all. In spite of being so busy everyone was so nice, waitresses pleasant, and attentive with a cheery smile. Menu offers things that are a little different from your usual cafe. We will certainly come back next time we are in the area.

Lovely link roll, sausages are delicious and latte perfect and great prices! Both the ladies behind the counter are so friendly and welcoming, definitely be back ☺️

Good pub. Decent prices. Jukebox. And the barman who seemed pretty young (20-21) he was great. Only think I wish Is the place had a dartboard or pool table

This place is most certainly open, we had a great coffee, the staff are multilingual and very funny, great banter and lovely coffee, would highly recommend.

We found this to be a very interesting book shop with lots of crafts and other interesting items to browse and look at. Clothes and good coffee and cakes upstairs. All good quality stuff - no ‘tat’ but interesting as well. Worth a visit.

Ordered from here for years, never had anything bad from the and the food is always delivered super quick and is hot when it arrives, unsure why anyone has left a bad review. Staff always absolutely lovely too

This is a super delayed review; just found the business card in my suitcase from a visit two years (!) ago. But had to praise Nitin, who made our meal so memorable. Rock on, my friend.

This was an awesome and fantastic stocked supermarket with everything you needed plus a vvv busy laundry as well. So surprised and great service too from Iain

3 of us had the breakfasts and one had a toasted cheese and red onion sarnie, teas coffee and toast. Everything was very nice, bacon could have been cooked longer and broken/chipped tea pot should be replaced but thats just our opinion. We will definately be back.....yum!

Had 2 fresh breakfast rolls and a cappuccino. Daughter had curly fires and hot chocolate with marshmallows 😋. Really tasty

A great cafe serviving freas food and a good range of drinks Such a good find on such a small island which we enjoyed cycling around having crossed from Port Appin Recommend you stop here if you are on the island also visit the museum Staff superb

Coffee was nice but there was a member of staff who was exceptionally rude, with extremely poor customer service. She knew we were waiting, we even made eye contact twice as she proceed to then potter around doing nothing whilst we waited, and a queue of others formed behind us. Eventually the poor barista who was already rushed off of his feet took everyone’s orders whilst this member of staff chatted to people in the kitchen and drank water.

Great little pub, friendly atmosphere and reasonable prices, had a great evening
