Absolutely spectacular food with amazing service. All of the ingredients were really fresh and they had a very good variety of Salad. Thr homemade sauces were delicious and worth sitting in for. I will definitely bring friends and family to this gem of a place
Visited last night. As always excellent service. New menu with lots of choice. Ginger the chef is excellent .Food of highest quality accommodates requests and the food is beautifully presented. Can never find fault with the food here and amazing value for money.
Excellent restaurant, avec des plats qui ont vraiment du goût, originaux et de qualité.
Le service est aux petits soins, agréable et réactif.
L’ambiance est détendue, sympathique.
We stopped here for an afternoon cup of tea and cake , both of which were extremely nice . The staff here were friendly, and we were made to feel very welcome.
Food is excellent, I had Cullen skink and then Moules frites with a pint of Highlander (from Fyne Ales). We even saw an eagle flying over the bay from inside the pub (rushed out to the car to get my binoculars and confirmed it was an adult white tailed eagle). Last time we were her an Osprey flew over! Lovely spot. It can get busy though so make sure you book in advance to avoid disappointment
We just sneaked in before they finished serving. We were so hungry and an authentic lasagne, with delicious garlic bread was just what I needed! The atmosphere was great with beautiful smells, bikes hanging on the wall and a nice chat with the owner. Franco...
Grazier mille!
Loved the food, we are vegetarian. The choices were great. My vegan beetroot ravioli was so good. All of the staff were so kind and efficient, it was a pleasure to dine here. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. The food, the kind, friendly staff and the ambience. Would enjoy visiting again. We dined there an hour ago.
Really disappointed. Lovely pub but in the beer garden not child friendly. My daughter and I came in for one drink after a long walk with my grandson and got told it’s over 18s only. Like to support local pubs but a shame it’s not family friendly. Had to drink up and go
I was staying overnight in the area and Heathers was recommended. Had Cullen Skink for lunch which was really good. For Dinner I decided on the steak. Asked for it to be cooked "Rare to Medium" and it was spot on. Eccellent value at just under £30 including a pint of Moretti
The veggie pakora was delicious as was the chicken pathia, the garlic naan and the rice. However, we had a dish of chicken tikka and a chicken tikka masala and they were not impressive at all. The sauce was extremely sweet, almost like a sweet and sour and there was no spice to it. Bland and sweet. So, 5 stars for everything except the tikkas, they were a 2 at best. Really nice people and service though.
