The best restaurants in Roundhay Leeds Yorkshire and The Humber

In reply to Ethnard Road, we have no problem with people working from the deli but when someone has been sat for the best part of two hours with an empty cup while using our deli as an office then I feel that is crossing the line of goodwill. I simply told him we would be closing early as he was the only person in the deli and we simply can't afford to pay staff to keep the place open just so he can run his business for free on our WiFi. His attitude and sense of entitlement will no doubt be welcome at Kofi or Rand, I'm sure.

I had the Karn Yarek because I LOVE Aubergine and it hit every spot! Stunning! I’d love to come and dine in sometime!

If you like lukewarm poached eggs, a long wait for service and paying £2.80 for a room temperature 250ml can of cola then this is the place for you!

Great Fish and chips here. Very friendly staff and a good Gluten free fish option.

Small cafe with quite a lot of outside space. Food being served looked good, plenty on the plates. Very nice outside on a sunny/warm day. Prices average for area.

Food was so lovely, and the staff were kind and speedy. we were served by Rosie and she was a kind face throughout

Only three vegetarian options on the whole menu, two of which were ‘out of stock’. So the only food I could order was a burger and French fries which were very basic quality out of the freezer, no better than McDonalds. They market this venue as a gastro pub which is a joke. Avoid if you are veggie / vegan.

Great selection of cakes. Made us long black coffees even though they weren't on the menu and they were perfect@

Must have gone on a bad day the turkey was loverly but no stuffing or pigs in blankets the potatoes could not be described as roasted only 2 very small portions of veg heard such good reports of this place but was very disapointed not worth the money

Food was good, front of house service not, wished we hadn't booked mother's day here. Amazing how you can annoy someone simply by the process of getting you to sit at a table. Is a first on me know for next time.

Fantastic boozer ran by two lovely ladies who genuinely care and want it to be a great pub.

I don’t know what happened to this place and why it got shut. We dined here twice and both were amazing. I love that it’s out of the city centre, at this gorgeous setting. Both times we had such a fantastic delicious food, honestly, the best steak around. We get ribeye £35 each and it’s worth it. I am looking forward to when you’ll open your doors again!

This restaurant is branded as "Mediterranean Grill". We decided to visit for lunch whilst in the area. When we arrived the restaurant was empty and it remained so, apart from family/friends of the owner. The menu was quite wide ranging, although catering for allergy needs did need some discussion. When the meals were served, the quality and portion size were very good. However, we would rate other aspects of our visit as average.
