The best restaurants in Headingley Leeds Yorkshire and The Humber

Been using LS6 for a while and travel about 18 miles because the burgers here are amazing. The staff are always friendly and polite and the food is value for money.

Came here to try their coffee and it’s easily the best in Headingley. Easy to drink with just enough of a kick. Brownies, flapjacks and cookies were to die for as were their pasta salads. All freshly made with fresh ingredients. Friendly barrista and cozy environment.

It was so good! so much flavour, and honestly the best japanese food i’ve had.

Love it here! The bottomless brunch was great and Lee was amazing!! Definitely worth the visit and will always be my go to from now on!

I was at Leeds and looking for some authentic Malaysian food . Saw this high review Malaysian cafe in Google maps, thought just give it a try. I ordered a nasi lemak with beef rendang. Just to sample the food , cost me about £13 for takeaway. I felt abit gutted when I opened the container , colour of the rendang looks not appetising at all, in a thick brown watery sauce ( looks like pxx) I don’t even feel like trying it 😩. I’m from Kuala Lumpur and definitely never seen this type of rendang before . Only given 7 small pieces of beef in it , and the sambal given on the rice , only less than a spoonful 🙈 absolutely not enough for the whole bowl of rice. For this price they charged !!!! It was really a huge disappointment 🙈🙈 didn’t expect a Malaysian opened cafe can be this bad . I could have give one star, but I felt so sorry for the chef . You could have done better. Even a pack of ready made rendang paste can do better job . Never again for us .

Cenamos aquí anoche, visitando por primera vez. Ocupado el jueves por la noche y tenía el camarero más maravilloso que no podría haber sido más cálido o acogedor. Qué profesional. La comida era genial, pero volvería en un abrir y cerrar de ojos gracias a él.

Amazing food and service a must visit for anyone trying to have an authentic Goan experience Arjones and the Indian lady were helpful and and kind, I and my partner had great experience a must visit place ❤️ last but not the least the owner Mino is a vibe he knows what he is doing 😭❤️

My partner and I got the Eggs Residence and Eggs Royale dishes here! 10/10 would go again

Segunda visita a este lugar, después de una experiencia increíble la última vez. Todo estaba tan bien como antes, en particular el cordero y el dahl. Comida fantástica, personal amable y atento. Una necesidad absoluta si estás en Leeds.

Estuvimos aquí el viernes por la noche. Reservamos para las 5 pm porque pensamos que estaría lleno porque el grillo estaba encendido. La comida era muy buena y servida muy rápido (mi hamburguesa era excepcional). Las bebidas eran abundantes y las chicas quedaron impresionadas con los cócteles que se ofrecían. El personal, aunque ocupado, era acogedor y parecía estar disfrutando de su trabajo, que hoy en día es algo único. No dudaríamos en volver.

Big thanks to Name! I visited Jino’s Café for the first time, and it looked really nice from the outside. It seemed like a popular spot, with lots of people coming and going, so we decided to give it a try. No appointment was needed, but if you're planning to go on a Friday or Saturday, it’s a good idea to book in advance. The staff were native Thai, very friendly, polite, and made us feel welcome. A special shout-out to Name, I think she might be the manager or a waitress. She was so kind and really cared. She took the time to ask about my food preferences and allergies, and helped me choose the perfect dish that matched my taste. To me, she seemed like a true expert in Thai cuisine. I highly recommend this place, especially for first-time visitors. I will definitely be coming back!
