The best restaurants in Headingley Leeds Yorkshire and The Humber

I'd been wanting to go for ages and finally made it however I won't be going back any time soon. The menu was poorly labelled for vegetarians and the vegetarian pizzas were uninspiring. I wanted to swap 2 ingredients on my pizza and was charged for adding the 'extra' item which I wasn't informed of when ordering. The waitress had poor knowledge of what items were vegetarian, told me it was labelled in the menu when it wasn't and although they offered to get their manager, it was disappointing that they were unable to refer to a more detailed dietary/allergen menu. I noticed too late that an ingredient had been missing from my pizza, I raised this at the end of the meal and the waitress didn't do anything, no apology etc, just asked if I enjoyed it anyway. My partner enjoyed their pizza however mine was average at best.

We have visited several times but always forget to do the review but not this time , the service is second to none attentive and friendly, it was a Friday evening and the restaurant was full with a lovely vibe the southern Indian cuisine is AMAZING and everything we ordered was faultless can’t wait for our next visit.

Been using LS6 for a while and travel about 18 miles because the burgers here are amazing. The staff are always friendly and polite and the food is value for money.

Great place with proper lighting .Superb ambience with food and cocktails drink (worth the price).Ideal for people to sit around ,chat and have a wonderful time!

Came here to try their coffee and it’s easily the best in Headingley. Easy to drink with just enough of a kick. Brownies, flapjacks and cookies were to die for as were their pasta salads. All freshly made with fresh ingredients. Friendly barrista and cozy environment.

Pequeño café encantador, es pequeño, pero estábamos sentados de inmediato sin una reserva. El servicio fue excelente, rápido y amable. Compartimos un entrante que ambos disfrutamos mucho. Mi comida principal era delicioso, sin embargo, desafortunadamente mis maridos no era bueno en absoluto. ¿No estás seguro si fue una mala elección o si se cocinó mal? En general, sin duda volvería.

does a delicious fish and chips and a well seasoned curry sauce. prices are a bit higher than other chippies but they more than make up for it with quality and service

The best Thai food! The lovely waitress was helpful and very patient in explaining the menu We loved everything and picking was such a hard choice as everything sounded divine We will definitely be back

Waited a long time to go here and expectations were high. The food is delicious and authentic but the portions are very small, which is unusual for Mexican food.

I see people online questioning the price of a slice of Bertha. At nearly £20 for a slice of cake I can understand their concern but when you get hold of it you realise that one slice comfortably serves 6 people! It’s an absolute taste sensation and extremely filling… if you can manage a full slice, even half a slice, then you’re a better man than I. Would recommend, I need to get on some of their other pies, thoroughly looking forward to the opening of the Get Baked Manchester outpost.
