We went for the first time last night and we will definitely be returning. The food was amazing. The waitress we had was super friendly, she helped us decide on what to get and I’m so glad she did. Food came out quick and was really flavourful I can’t fault it.

We were quite excited to try this new restaurant. The staff were excellent. Unfortunately the food wasn't up to par. It was amazingly presented but the food was a little disappointing. The unagi was slightly underdone, making it chewy rather than flaky. My partner had the vegetarian bento box and thought it was quite bland. Maybe we are spoilt having been to Japan but this was overpriced for the flavours on offer.

Absolute gem of a restaurant 🫶🏻 Let me start off by saying their sushi is so fresh and beautifully presented. Their bento boxes are a lovely way to start the meal and share with your friends 😍 For main, I had their tofu teriyaki bowl and it was delicious! They are generous with their portions too! The restaurant appears quite fancy but it’s very reasonably priced for the quality 👍🏻 Overall I would definitely recommend this place for date night or a fancy dinner with mates x PS: the waitresses are lovely x

Brilliant place. Cosy vibe, delicious food and friendly, attentive service. Eel and hamachi nigiri, ton katsu curry, miso soup and a fish poke all first class and the house white was good too. Extremely reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

So good! Came with the family on Mother’s Day and it was a great pick for a restaurant. Everything about it is amazing , food , atmosphere , design of the plates and seats , service was brilliant.

Took my niece for lunch for her birthday - she had a great time and was made up when the cheesecake was brought out for her birthday - a lovely touch, thank you. Food was great and lots of vegan options. Izzy was our server and was great, along with the other friendly staff. Can’t wait to return.

An absolutely stunning meal. The quality of the Sashimi was impeccable - the best I have had in Yorkshire. We were served by Hannah, who was incredibly informative and pretty much tailored our whole meal. An excellent meal and excellent staff. We will be back! Thank you :)

Had a fab time here on Saturday evening. Greeted with the usual warm and friendly welcome , seating very quickly into a lovely booth downstairs, great atmosphere in here. We came with our Daughter and her boyfriend for mine and my husband joint birthday. The food was second to none and the service was outstanding, Lola really made the meal so enjoyable, with her attentive service with a smile and even bright a surprise birthday dessert after the meal, a lovely touch, We ordered Garden Bento Box, sushi, chicken teriyaki don and Ramen. The Strawberry Apple Fizz drink was amazing . We love this place and highly recommend anyone to try it.

So good. Loved it. I can’t describe the feeling of unexpectedly having good food that just makes your day perfect. Well, that’s what it was. So heart warming. Service was wonderful. The place was quite full in few minutes or so after we had taken seats. Not sure if the had more seats downstairs. But coming back to our two ramen bowls. I had a perfect bowl of ramen today. My bowl, Spicy Tofu Ramen, had Tofu, Mushrooms, Kimchi, Wasabi and the base was Miso. Tofu was only mildly spiced, like it was not spicy for me, but I didn’t mind because what I had was perfect. I wouldn’t ask anything more or less. The broth was wonderful. Tofu had good chewy texture, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I had saved it for last, i.e., it’s that gooooood 😅 I skipped the seaweed as I don’t like them, and probably that made the whole difference. I will be coming back for the Vegetarian bento box. Costs almost more than double. I would just starve to make up for the cost for the day.

Really nice food although it definitely feels tailored to the student area. Fern in Leeds centre is much more authentic.

The food was near the level of mr t’s however this is better as the atmosphere has a special energy that really contributes to the overall experience but would MAYBE come back waitress was very nice and had the up most respect for us🤗🤗🤗

Good good amd service, but for the price there are better Japanese restaurants, some meat was chewy, sushi was average.

Food was authentic and amazing, we were seated downstairs, there was a brilliant atmosphere and great music. We were served quickly, everything was very delicious and presented well. Will definitely come again, probably the best Japanese restaurant in all of the UK.
