Great place to go and get takeaway coffee. The coffee was really cheap but had a great smooth taste. Thoroughly enjoyed.

i always thought coffee was meant to be bitter or sour.. until i tried the coffee here. it’s so delicious and earthy, almost sweet. i drank it without any milk or sugar, thats how good it is. will definitely be recommending it to everyone i know :)) the customer service is also amazing!! also excited to go back and try the food. its amazing value and looks delicious

The BEST coffee I’ve ever had at such a good price. It’s so warm and smooth, she roasts all the beans her self and the food is so delicious, Chicken and rice especially. The environment is so welcoming and the owner is such a lovely lady.

Incredible value for money, the coffee is roasted daily and made with care, a really smooth Ethiopian variety that must be one of the cheapest available in the city centre. The chicken & rice is so flavourful and incredibly filling, the salad fresh and plentiful. The sweet items sign things off nicely. If I could give 6 stars for service I would, irregardless of the rest the addictive positivity of the owner would be enough to encourage me back. Give them a try, small businesses like this deserve our support in a city full of faceless chains.

My sister sent me a link to this place via Insta. I tried the coffee and chicken and rice. Was very delicious. Service was great and it was busy, which is always a good sign. Will defo go again.

I've been trying to come back here since my first visit but opening hours are incorrect. Arrived at 8.20am twice on a weekday to find it closed. If you are able to visit when it is open it's the best coffee in Leeds.

This cozy spot behind the Merrion Centre has great service and affordable prices. The coffee made with Ethiopian beans and the chicken & rice are both delicious. Plus, you can get them as a deal with cookies for just £7.50!

Picked up chicken rice and salad before the bus. Really fresh tasting and a welcome change to the usual sandwich! Definitely say yes to the homemade chilli sauce :)

My favourite coffee shop in Leeds. I go there every day, the prices are amazing for the quality you get. The customer service perfect. Konga coffee became my daily motivation to wake up for work !!!

I had Fresh Orange Juice, a Cookie, a Panini and the Chicken Biryani. Absolutely amazing food, will absolutely come again, the staff were lovely, the place was clean and smelled great, can't rate this highly enough. Please, if you see this and are unsure, try it. Won't regret.

Awesome place to grab some food to go or a coffee/fresh juice. Prices are competitive and the food tastes awesome. The owner is really friendly too and gives a great service.

One of my favourite spots in Leeds, especially living on a budget. The chicken rice is delicious and filling, not to mention the portion sizes are generous. The staff there are always nice and one of my favourite things they do is that they froth up the milk for an iced latte with a milkshake shaker :].

I recently had the pleasure of eating at this food eatery, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The menu has a variety of options, and I couldn't resist trying their panni. The panni was an absolute treat - perfectly crispy on the outside, and filled with bbq chicken. The service was also noteworthy - the owner was attentive and friendly, making the ordering an experience even more enjoyable. This eatery is a hidden gem for those who appreciate delicious panni's and other lunch options. I'll definitely be returning to savor more of their offerings. Highly recommended!

Eat here a few times a week as i work in the centre. Superb, fresh, tasty food and always served with a smile. 10/10

I called in to get some chicken and rice for my lunch. Unfortunately it was a late lunch and the lady informed me they had ran out. She did have some rice left on its own so I opted for that. She kindly added salad and sauce and then passed it to me. She did not want paying for it even though I insisted! She just smiled and said 'Have a good day'! Such a lovely lady, thank-you. You made my day oh and the rice was sooooooo delicious 😋

A great little place, hidden gem. I had a mocha, good coffee bean used. Food is great chicken and rice, had a great salad with it too. Staff are lovely aswell. Mango juice nice and fresh.. 😋

The menu seems to offer single origin specialty coffee but the barista was confused by the meaning of "filter" so we settled on a black americano. A fine place for a caffiene fix but if you're looking for pour-over or batch brew options, you won't find it here.

Gorgeous fresh roasted Ethiopian coffee. Vegan options👌chilli sauces for days. So so friendly with super reasonable prices

Didn’t receive most of the order missing x jacket and tuna and a diet coke, one potato we received was in edible as it wasn’t cooked properly and was very hard, very little cheese on the potatoes and pepper which I didn’t ask for, called had to get number from google as incorrect on just eat, asked for refund they said they cannot refund as they don’t get the money from Just eat until the end of the month, an absolutely abysmal service!!!

We ordered an Ethiopian rice and chicken today. It was the best ever . We will be back soon for more . Thanks to Rita at Konga coffee.

Good came smelling burnt and dry and not up to scratch never got any cheese on my jacket potato that i ordered

friendly staff good food - but i HATE the way they do the jacket potatos! they just put big lumps of chicken on it, i always thought jacket potato was a mix ot tikka in a saucee , but this is just a couple of big pieces of dry chicken they stick onto a potato,,,

Great Ethiopian coffee, very reasonably priced delicious food and such lovely service! I was given complimentary spicy rice with my food, which was the cherry on the top of such a wholesome experience.

Lovely customer service, and the Ethiopian coffee is delicious. Very reasonable prices for baguette/drink panini/drink etc good deal especially in the city centre. Recently had breakfast there (scrambled eggs) - cooked fresh and super tasty - really nice food
