A group of 6 of us ordered food last night. 6 of us ordered food from I Am Doner via UberEats. Only 2 of the 3 bags were delivered. I drove 15 minutes to collect the actual kebabs we ordered. The UberEats driver said that this was on the restaurant. We called to clarify, they weren't able to give any actual explanation as to why only 2 of the 3 bags were sent. We ordered 2 milkshakes, a normal chocolate and a vegan oreo milkshake. They were visibly indistinguishable and I've had an upset stomach all day, so I don't think the vegan milkshake was dairy-free. No sticker, no label, no writing, just 2 near identical milkshakes with different allergens. So our delivery only contained 2 milkshakes and a few portions of fries. I did the rest of the work by going to get the rest of the food. UberEats granted a 50% refund. So basically, if you want to risk only getting 2/3rds of your order, I'd recommend I Am Doner. If you want to risk drinking a non-dairy milkshake because they couldn't be arsed labelling anything correctly, I'd recommend I Am Doner. If you want to bypass their website complaints process which gives you like a 100 character limit to leave feedback, I'd recommend I Am Doner. So unimpressed to be honest. Massive waste of time and money.
