We ordered delivery and really liked our pizza, veg lasagna and burger. Authentic Italia, cheap delivery and great value food. Highly recommended.

The restaurant did not deliver the food what so ever. After an hour i rang in to ask where my food was, given the delivery time. The restaurant lied to me saying they had;t got the order from Just Eat. The Restaurant then said my food was being made. An hour later they have cancelled my order and won't answer the phone. DISGUSTING SERVICE !!!!

Decent food, great price and the delivery is consistently early. No complaints, have done and will continue to order again

Ordered at 9:05. Came at 10:15. Food was greasy, they forgot our drinks and burger was dry. Enjoyed the chunky chips though definitely nicer than typical takeaway fries!

Having to wait an hour and 45 minutes for a pizza when I live 3 minutes walk away isn’t good enough, especially when you exceed your own already ridiculous ‘ 1 hour 15 minute’ wait time. I’ve bought many pizzas from here, though almost always in person. Never again after this. The service was cold and flat and not worth it.

took 2 hours to arrive from the time we ordered food- only ordered burger and chips. turned up with wrong order after 25 minutes and then took another hour to deliver the correct one. (the restaurant is only 10 minutes down the road). fries were cold by the time it arrived. disappointed. also got charged an extra pound on top of normal pound delivery.

I ordered a 11” BBQ chicken pizza and it arrived burnt. The dough was tough and lots of air pockets. It also came with chips that were soggy and tasteless, and my drink was warm. I ordered at 7:45 and it came just after 9:00.

Shocking. Pizza stone cold & staff were rude when asking where the food was. Granted the weather was bad but then delivery driver turns up in a BMW X3 & even has the cheek to walk straight into my house without even knocking.

Food arrived half an hour late and freezing cold. Had to microwave everything before I ate it. Plus I paid £2.30 for some cheesy chips and about 10 chips came. Awful. Would not buy here.

received my order, wasn’t particularly warm but was still nice however, as I ordered a chicken donner and chip kebab, I didn’t receive the donner kebab, I tried numerous times to get in touch with the restaurant for someone to answer and tell me that I called a hospital. I looked online to find a number and used just eat and both numbers both called this ‘hospital’. so it’s has become impossible to get in touch.

Although been delivered 10 minutes late the pizza was still good quality and was tasty. The chips were soggy and not nice. Yet again overall good experience, will learn not to order chips again though. Special Requirements met (no cheese)

Brilliant staff, food was nice and it wasn't greasy like most takeaways these days, driver was sound unlike some drivers that think there doing you a favour by bringing your food to you even though it's there job lol, anyway great place would definitely recommend

We rang the restaurant and they made no attempts to resolve it and was very rude saying "if you don't like it, you know what to do". Their customer service was appauling, not to mention rude. Will not recommend this place or be ordering from there again.

When I rang to complain, the guy on the phone was rude and did not return to my address as promised. Would not recommend ordering from here. So disappointed as I was really looking forward to my food... not happy !

30 mins Late, missing garlic dip that was paid for and a delivery driver that had to call 3 times and couldn’t even find the front door or be bothered to shut the back door gate behind him.

The 14" pizza ordered was 11", the takeaway did give us another, but the chicken, donner and chips ordered was just dry pieces of lamb and wasn't tasteful at all.

Pizza was ace for the money, chips a little soggy but it's a delivery so to be expected!

Así que después de una hora y veinte después de que la llamada inicial fue hecha, la comida llegó, y como pueden imaginar, estaba muy contento. Afortunadamente para mí, el conductor todavía estaba afuera, así que salí y le dije que me había dado el pedido equivocado y pedí un curry. El conductor dijo simplemente que no hacen curry y que debería llamar al restaurante si hubiera algún problema. I used to order from here regularly and never had a problem but recently it seems to be going downhill. Food keeps arriving late and cold. This order was the worst, after waiting an hour and a half the food was so cold I had to put it in the oven for 15 mins before it was even edible. Plus the delivery driver (who was lovely and apologetic) was instructed to charge an extra £1 for delivery because of where I live. This was not stated when I made the order and I have never paid an extra delivery cost in the years I’ve been ordering from here. Not sure what’s going on but I won’t be ordering again.

I ordered a BBQ Chicken and it was no flavour of BBQ sauce on it, on top of it the chicken the pizza itself was burned, no drink but they gave me the money back for the drink.

Ordered food to come at 19:30. This is confirmed on just eat and delivery time is put back 10 minutes to 19:40. At 17:40 I get a knock on the door and the foods already here. I complain to the driver that I'm not ready for this now I wanted later as it showed on the receipt. The drivers response was to just leave it and put it in the oven later. I decide to bite the bullet and just eat the pizza there and then only to find that it's burned on top. Won't be ordering from here again. Definitely approach with caution

2/5* Ordered some chicken, donner meat and chips and when it was delivered there was only chicken and chips. Absolutely ridiculous. I paid for a large portion too so I expected way more. Furthermore both the chicken and chips were extremely dry and tough to eat. The food was delivered early, which I appreciated but it was a massive letdown when they got my order wrong. Would NOT recommend.

Delivery driver was absolutely terrible spoke to me like rubbish. Food was cold and greasy. They said it was due at 21.05 and then changed it to 21.25 without letting me know and still turned up late. I want a refund

If I could minus all the review points I would. If your to ever eat Donnor meat and chips make sure you state that you want chilli sauce and salad as apparently even though it STATES under the kebab sub heading all served with chilli sauce and salad this isn't the case. When then ringing up the takeaway to make them aware They were nothing but RUDE. To then speak to a so called manager who was even ruder to tell me I am incorrect and have the phone put down on me. ridiculous attitude and service from this takeaway. WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING WILL NOT BE VISITING OR ORDERING AGAIN.

Got 2 cornflake tarts instead of one and a jam roll poly, also no spoons provided with the dessert. The food was alright but the lack of the right deser and no spoon so I had to send someone to get one dropped it from 5 to 4 star ⭐️

i work around the corner from the shop and ought I'd order from a local business to us! The order has not arrived and this is the day after we ordered. What a joke this is by the Takeaway business is so looked down on. You lot need to get a grip. I will be report this business to just eat and I have seen a few have had the same problem. The food was terrible, we always order from her but it wasn't up to standards! There wasn't enough cheese and it wasn't deep pan as we requested. This was common with all three pizzas! If you do not get back to me, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN!
