I order quite regularly, I don’t know if it’s because it’s a Saturday night and you’re busier but my chicken was a bit dry and the dish didn’t taste as good as it usually does.

Love Jino's! The servers are all so lovely, the atmosphere is super cute, and the food is outstanding. I got the lunch special for £13.95 and the sweetcorn patties are amazing while the pork pad Thai was just perfect. Only disappointed that I didn't have room for dessert!

Eaten here a few times now, and the food just gets better and better! Love trying new dishes on the menu, never disappointed by anything. Everything is so delicious and tastes so authentic. The staff here are as equally outstanding. So friendly and attentive. One of my favourite restaurants to bring my friends to when they’re visiting Leeds!

Really great service and great food

The lunch menu is a set of dishes with mixed veg or chicken or beef. No prawn or tofu but the mixed veg was lovely. £14 for the lunch who’s a a small starter and smaller main. £5 to add on a pint of singha. Good atmosphere inside. Classic movie posters in Thai on the wall. They have a pod in the wall for the delivery drivers to go to so they aren’t disturbing the diners which is a good idea. Really enjoyed the food. Would go back.

Really tasty Thai food! Reasonably priced and if you come Tuesday or Wednesday they have curry/noodle offer which is a good deal and amazing quality!

First visit, super fresh food straight to your table, lovely food.

The sweet fritters tasted like pudding! And I couldn’t see any sweetcorn. The stirfry vegetable was very overcooked and had no flavour. When I phoned the restaurant, they just told me to make a complaint.

Food was great. Red curry a bit on the spicy side. Delivery was on time but deliver driver didn’t come to the door.

I've been a loyal customer of Jino's, placing an average of one online order per week for the past four years. With over 200 orders, I've only had to complain four times, typically about issues like very spicy food or receiving the wrong item. I understand that mistakes happen, especially in a busy restaurant. However, what I cannot tolerate is the aggressive behavior from your manager, who sent me threatening messages from his personal mobile number and falsely accused me of making unreasonable demands. I suggest you review the call recordings and reflect on this inappropriate conduct. I will no longer be ordering from Jino's due to this disrespectful treatment. For reference, you can see my positive reviews with other companies over the past few years. Paul cannot tolerate any negative feedback, and his claims that I didn't receive something are completely false. He will likely delete other review replies, just as he keeps amending his replies below to my review with different false claims, so I screen grabbed one as an example, I called regarding not receiving a mango juice? I never even ordered a mango juice, it’s not even on my items ordered. If you read his responses to other customers (sort by lowest), you'll see that he acts like a bully towards innocent people. Paul, if you were bullied as a child, I'm truly sorry. However, I suggest you seek help, as your current behavior is far from mature and not an excuse. I hope you reflect on your behavior and how you treat people, this is not how you run a business. Other readers are welcome to read all my other positive 10/10 reviews for companies that deserve them, I never complain, Paul just cannot handle any negative feedback and if he does he decides to act like a child in a toy shop not getting his way!

The food was really good, super tasty but it was tainted a bit by missing an item from our mains, so my girlfriend didn’t get what she had ordered and was left hungry. When I phoned up they said they could make it for us to collect but weren’t able to deliver it for us which defeats the point a little as neither of us have a car and can’t go to collect. Bit disappointing but I believe the items have been refunded, a shame really cos the food was really good as mentioned.

Great main, average starter, decent service, but there is no indication of the BYOB fee before arriving (£17.50 minimum spend and 10% service fee for 6+ people) and so I can only recommend that the restaurant makes this more public.

The pork belly curry is quite easily the best thing I have ever eaten.

Disappointing. We never managed to book. Online seems to be a long process and taking our card details even for a table for 2. Over the phone was rude. We used to go to jino's all the time and really enjoyed the food but as we can see from other reviews the food is not so reliable, and due to the bad booking experience, we would rather try a new Thai. What a shame. I ve worked in hospitality for many years and I really think a good positive service is not hard to deliver. FURTHER EDIT: It is clear that whoever answers the phone and writes answers to reviews still doesn't know how to speak to people in general or potential customers. My review was factual, not personal. I did try to book several times on-line. The details are taken, then the page says booking complete and then a new page opens asking for card details which I clearly missed, but the process is very long and more complicated that I have seen on any other booking. I raised my voice on the phone, when you said abruptly on the phone: 'you have not got a booking, good bye!!!!' I was not rude at any point. I pointed out that you could actually try to help rather than telling me you were going to put the phone down on me. But once again, it seems other customers have had similar bad experiences so, this incident is not unique. I do expect more abuse from you for writing a reply. Perhaps thinking about what you might be doing wrong might be more helpful?

Disappointing. No dips with vegetarian starter and we were sent two red curries instead of one red and one massamon. Compared to my last meal from Jinos this is poor.

Dinner was really lovely, very tasty, and the service impeccable. Everyone was super nice to us! You can bring your own wine which made the experience even better!!!

Will not order from here again, paid for prawn crackers and they didn’t put them in my bag when I went to pick up my food! Had the nerve to ask me to go back to the restaurant to pick them up no refund offered

Just excellent Thai food. We shared a mixed veggie starter and then had a variety of curries from the Curry Tuesday menu. My red curry was the best I've ever tasted, and packed full of ingredients. One of my party, who lives in another city, explained that they never eat Thai there because nothing can match the excellence of Jino's. What more can be said?

This was my first order from them. The food was excellent and I will be buying from them again.

The standard of cooking has been highly variable in the past few months. One time It will be rich and flavourful, 2 days later it will be tasteless. Assuming different chefs, but who knows. I'm really disappointed as this was one of the better Thais in Leeds. Love the restaurant, but I wouldn't want to bring anyone here right now because the flavour is unpredictable.

A lively cafe, with friendly staff. However, the food was quite average and not authentic at all. Pad Thai tasted more like noodles with sweet Chili sauce. BYOB with £15 minimum spend.

Great Thai restaurant in the centre of headingley, good selection of dishes, all very tasty and reasonably priced. Fast friendly service, and a bonus you can bring your own alcohol at no extra charge as long as you spend over £15 a head. Highly recommended.

Excellent service & amazing food

Food arrived quickly and was very tasty.

We have eaten and ordered many times but this is the first time the texture of the king prawns were half mushy and not enjoyable to eat in both dishes. Delivery:- please ensure that all delivery drivers do not just rely on google maps for our address. For some reason it always takes them to the back of the house which is a different street name. Please ask them to look at the road names as they are getting closer then they can make sure they are on the correct street.

Great place - love the decor ! Had a vegan menu which I appreciated- tofu perfectly cooked. Vegan massamam was lovely. Only thing they could improve on would be to add the option for vegan chicken / prawn😮!

They charge me too much for prawns but they ve put just 3 4 mini prawn in food rest of it was vegetables that’s not fair for this price

Fabulous Thai food. The best I have tasted - so fresh, wonderful flavours. Not oily or heavy. Vegetarian skewers as starters in an amazing tempura batter. Thai green curry excellent, served with rice, tip both out onto your tray and enjoy! Can bring own alcohol as well.

Excellent food and a nice vibe allowed us to have a good time here. The bill for 3 people came upwards of £90 but I guess once in a while, it's alright :-)

Grate food good service and the vegi options are grate

Pretty poor food hygiene. It says 4* but should be lower. Plates had chips out of the sides. Thats paint going stright into the food they serve. It's pretty expensive for what you actually get. If they got some new plates would be giving them more stars. Please sort your plates out.

Very good meal but little over priced

Visited after a day at the cricket. Never had Thai food and the waiter took us through the menu advising us. We had a lovely meal and service was excellent. The Thai donuts and coconut custard should be on the controlled substances list, they are seriously addictive! Perfect end to a perfect day.
