Kasa Rosa in Leeds

Had lunch yesterday with my husband & two sons......the food was delicious.l last visited in February. Should have come back much sooner, it never disappoints at this wonderful restaurant, from the food to the friendly owner & his staff. If you only do one more thing, make it a meal at Kasa Rosa, you will love it.

Highly recommend this Italian PET-FRIENDLY restaurant. Excellent food especially chocolate pudding with rich smooth chocolate inside. Very friendly staff and great service. Definitely will visit again with my dogs!

At first the prices appear to be high however the most Excellent pasta dishes confirms the prices to be fair. Recommend eating the door there. Food came quick. Service friendly and efficient. Did not have pizza or mains, can’t comment on those. Lunch deal is most excellent. Would recommend the chicken pasta dish. Cannot comment on the £40 lobster.

I really enjoy dining here. While not the best food ever, it's great, original and affordable. The desserts, though, are absolutely divine. And most importantly, the staff is amazing, very friendly and nice. And it's one of very few restaurants in Leeds that can play music to create atmosphere while still allowing you to have a chat without going deaf.

Been many times. Our absolute favourite restaurant. Food always terrific and staff lovely. Happy atmosphere .

We were accommodated after arriving late and bringing our dog, with incredible service and a friendly goodbye from the Chef himself. The food was delicious - to a really technical level it was great - and the menu was large but felt just right. Family-run, warm and welcoming, 10/10 would recommend if staying around Leeds to get out of those chain restaurant habits.

Delicious food and most staff were friendly. Not very supportive of those with dietary requirements - when I asked for the allergen menu due to needing gluten free food I was told they didn't have one.

Probably my favourite local Italian restaurant.. Really good range of food and the quality of ingredients (eg the black pudding starter) is a highlight. Service is friendly here and one thing they get right that a lot of places don't is consistency - the same high quality seems to be maintained each time we go. Only downside is they are open less days than they used to be. Well worth going when they are open though!

First time at the kasa Rosa restaurant and must say what a lovely meal we had. Food was excellent and wine was lovely and the waitresses was exceptional 👌 definitely recommend 👌

Food is incredible, staff are kind. Prices are high but worth it. Giving it 3 stars as had a lovely meal and been here before, but was ‘told off’ by the owner for going out for a smoke via the disability exit. I AM DISABLED. I have arthritis and struggle to walk further distances so of course I will use the disabled friendly access. Being complained about when I have a disability is ableist and I feel very discriminated here. Shame as I rly enjoyed the food and had a great time with staff. They didn’t give me any opportunity to explain, only accused. Will not be returning after this.

Never know when it’s open. Wasted our time travelling, open on Google, open as per the times on the door… door unlocked, walked in to be told it’s closed. Won’t waste my time again.

Went here for my birthday,well worth the visit .have been here a few times and it's always fabulous.

I have eaten here with friends on quite a number of occasions and have never had a bad experience. I simply love the steak. Due to my parents visiting I decided to take them so they would not have to experience my cooking and was rewarded with them informing me that they believe it is the best food they have ever tasted.

Brilliant food and great staff. So much better than having to go I to Leeds and far cheaper even for such Great quality food

This is now the 6th time I have been here, and the standard of food remains high. We discussed it afterwards, and it is the best food we have ever eaten. The atmosphere is great, the staff are so good at what they do, and the food is perfectly balanced, perfectly cooked and perfectly presented.

Good quality food and friendly staff. My family, especially my kids love the taste of the food and friendly conversations with the staff. We like Vegetarian pizza, mushrooms with ginger, vegetarian pasta, Garlic pizza bread, Lava chocolate cake with a scoop of ice cream and a few more. By the way, we are vegetarians 🙂

Fabulous food and attentive staff...Dined early on a quiet week night which was fine for us but not the usual hustle bustle of activity...don't let that put you off though.

We went to Cass Rosa tonight to celebrate a special occasion and it was the perfect choice. We had the tapas and it was beautiful….especially the meatballs and Sherry lamb. Great service and delicious food thank you. Highly recommend.

We didn’t get one of the plates we ordered and the waitress said that was her fault which was fair enough (it happens). She seemed over worked throughout our visit, bless her, and because of this there were large delays in our order. So long that we decided not to get a dessert and stood up to collect our bill. The drinks menu was also disappointing, only house wines available by the glass? We won’t be returning any time soon

Service is excellence and warm. Server are knowledgeable of menu, and response fast to request. Food was good, just felt a little too heavy for me from start till the end, would appreciate a little more room or time for me to rest or refresh.

Had the pizza. Not the best. The base was really tough to cut. Something strange was going on with the staff too: We had a young new starter who was getting used to what to do - I didn't mind that, but we had someone, possibly the owner intervene who was clearly angry, barking questions at us about what she said - I did mind that. I felt the stress for the girl.

We went on a Thursday early evening to celebrate a friend's birthday. Very busy restaurant and every table had people eating in. Staff friendly, and very efficient. Food is prepared in an open kitchen and depending where you are sat you can see this. Large starter portions and main dishes. They also have a license to sell alcohol too. Due to number of diners it did get noisy so not the ideal place for a romantic dinner early evening. A fair price for the food on the menu too.

I recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Leeds. It's not perfect but it's MUCH better than you'd expect! Lamb was really delicious and the service was outstanding. Black pudding is a cut above - don't miss out! We very much enjoyed our meal; service was truly amicable. The End. 😊

Can't understand all the good reviews. Food was bland and expensive, restaurant had no atmosphere and why the hell was the chef waiting on tables? Get back in the kitchen! Sorry to say we won't be returning.

Booked a table on 1 April, Food is good, atmosphere good, however a dog in the restaurant barking and lurching up at the their table was disturbing and irritating. If this is going to be a policy that dogs are allowed in, I'm afraid I won't continue to visit.

Great Mediterranean food, no vegan option in the menu, but the kitchen can accommodate. Pimientos padrón are not really done alla Galician style, so this delicious starter is also not vegan (contain eggs for those e with allergies!!!). We ordered and it was an unexpected battered peppers. In general, it's a cozy family restaurant, good quality of food and service, and the staff is brilliant!

Fantastic food, Lunch time special is excellent value for money

Shared loads of different tapas dishes between us. All were well made and delicious. We we not rushed at all and the dishes came in the order requested and at a really nice pace. Service was lovely too.

Not a Bad Pizza! I wouldn't pay full price for it though. £10.00 was about right in my opinion, Not £18.50 which is the normal price. Staff were friendly and attentive.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. the pizza sauce that comes with the calzone is just a tin of tamatoes poured on. Also the pizza is that thin and crispy it had no taste. Definitely not made with fresh dough. For an Italian restaurant this place is a let down. Very expensive aswell! Will not be coming again.

Outstanding, quite possibly the best restaurant I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. A hidden gem on the outskirts of Leeds and is all the better for it, no city centre competition means the chef/ owner can do what he does best, cook amazing food and wow can he cook. Today's visit was a special treat for our wedding anniversary and everything was just perfect. I would recommend this place to everyone but I don't want to, just in case I can't get a table next time I want to book. Ps, good luck Rosa at Uni. See you soon for more cullinery excellence.

Its been over 10 years since we were here (moved out of the area). Just had the BEST Calzone Pizza EVER here. Definitely going out my way to make this a regular call-by in future. If I have any regrets my previous favourite, Calzone Kiev, has just been kicked into the long grass!!!

We celebrated a friends Birthday with a meal here , the food and the staff were amazing. We all had a variation of different dishes but everything that came out of the kitchen was top quality. The chef and staff are the most helpful and friendliest people I have met in a very long time , they made the night special. Thank you to the owner (Chef) for helping us get home when the taxis let us down and thank you to your staff for making everyone feel so very welcome. We highly recommend this restaurant and will be making it a regular place to visit .

Outstanding had the Tapas delicious. One of our party had the lamb kebab with dauphinous potatoes cooked to perfection, finished off with homemade rhubarb crumble and custard. Can't recommend this restaurant enough can't wait to return.

Dined in restaurant until Covid changed the pattern. Now, takeaways absolutely amazing too! Tonight, for our anniversary, enjoyed the warm salad of grilled tiger prawns in a spicy chilli, lime and ginger sauce, followed by perfectly cooked rib-eye in a creamy, cracked pepper sauce. Chips...
