Absolutely not worth it! £4.95 for a can of coke and the food is awful with the extremely slow service. The waiter looked at me in distain when I asked for the £8 service charge be removed.

We were visiting Leeds to see our daughter at university and wanted somewhere special to take her for dinner. We booked this restaurant based on previous reviews. We were so pleased that we did. The service was amazing from the moment we stepped inside the establishment. The atmosphere was perfect. It was clean welcoming. Our waiters were all professional, and the service was seamless. The food and wine were fabulous. We couldn't find fault with anything. We will certainly be back when we are next in Leeds.

We had the most wonderful evening here with friends who were visiting from down south. Laura was our server and she was fantastic - incredible service throughout the evening and the food was fabulous! Very authentic - some of the best italian food we’ve had. We will be back! First time I’ve ever been ,, waiter was great told us how to get the discount code etc , I was disappointed that when booking it asked if it was a special occasion which I wrote my sons 25th . Doing this I expected some thing !? Free drink , something on the table anything but nothing , we had our own birthday cake which we couldn’t use , company policy so They brought us the candles on a free small desert with 5 menus for the rest of us 😂😂 I. Wasn’t massively impressed and wouldn’t go again , been looked after better from several other restaurants and paid less

Came with friends and had a lovely experience. We were well looked after, service was quick and staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed an evening at this restaurant, the starters and mains were all tasty, we got fries and Ceasers salad as sides but we thought the portion size of the sides was a bit small for the price, the Tiramisu was really good and service was attentive.

It was my first time visiting Riva Blu to celebrate my husband's birthday. The ambience was cool, romantic and the interior decor was spot on. The waiters were very endearing and welcoming. Took very good care of us and even surprised us with a complimentary dessert. Speaking of the food, it was so delicious and rich in flavour. The tiramisu was something to die for! Highly recommended. Would definitely visit again in the future!

My first time here, really friendly and attentive staff members, especially Laura! She made our stay an extremely good one; she was so friendly, checked how we were doing constantly, was a pleasure to talk to and provided an amazing service. Enjoyed my “cry me a riva” drink, the bread was really nice and loved the ham! Will probably visit again due to the great staff members and the bits I enjoyed.

Visited this evening for my husbands 50th. The food and service was good but the experience and evening was totally rushed. We wanted to enjoy a nice evening over a few cocktails and a bottle of wine but our starters arrived within 5 minutes of ordering then our mains came out within 5 minutes of our starters being cleared! We were in and out within the hour and it felt very much hurried. A real shame as we were really looking forward to a relaxing and romantic evening. The sweet treat at the end for my husband was a kind gesture but we will not be back unfortunately.

We visited here last night (26/09/2024) and cannot recommend this place enough. Everything from the food, the atmosphere, the staff, was perfect. We don't usually find the time/ money to spend time together as a family so chose here to celebrate my mum's birthday. From the moment we sat down we were made to feel at home and so so special, they asked if we were celebrating and we told them it was Mum's birthday and the fuss they made over her was so touching and something my mum SO deserved. Elainia and Maria were the most wonderfully attentive staff and made for a fantastic experience. The food (like the rest of the experience) was nothing short of exceptional, authentic and cooked perfectly, the chefs clearly take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. Everything from the crockery to the menus had a huge degree of thought and care taken into selecting them. Mum (and us as well!) were surprised at the end of the meal when Elainia and Maria brought her over a birthday dessert with a candle and sang to her. It really captured the family feel of an authentic italian and I was so touched by their kindness. Especially with how wonderful everything was, and I don't have a single criticism, the price was surprisingly affordable, we left so excited to come back. Thank you so much to everyone at Riva Blu, especially Elainia and Maria, for making my mum's birthday so special, I am so so touched by your kindness, such a wonderful experience we will never forget <3

Yesterday we celebrated our baby girl’s Baptism and our wedding anniversary and I find hard to describe the amazingness of the day! Andrea at Riva Blu was our perfect first sight event planner! He was extremely available from the very first minute we walked in the restaurant to make enquiries about arranging the event. Then the entire event planning was very relaxing and pleasant, especially the menu and wine tasting! The actual day was simply a great success, with a range of delicious food, divine wines and a lovely atmosphere. We had a multiple courses meal and not just the presentation of every single dish was incredible, but also the timing between each courses was perfect, allowing enough time for us to speak to all our guests and for them to throughly enjoy the experience at Riva Blu. Our deepest gratitude goes to Stefano and Giovannino, who with their professionality and maximum availability provided us with one of the best customer experience we could possibly ask for. We won’t lie in saying that we loved so much our event at Riva that surely will not be the last visit we pay to this gorgeous restaurant. Andrea just made our event even more special and perfect, being our person to go to for absolutely everything. Last but not least, a special thank you goes to Martina and the other members of the staff, who with their kindness just made our day even sweeter. Grazie di cuore Riva Blu!

ABIT pricey compared to other were you get more for your money. But food was very nice.

Unbelievable service and food was spot on

This was our first time here and we will most definitely return. Our server Laura, was most excellent. So excited to return again( probably tomorrow)! Everything we ordered was perfectly portioned and presented. And we even got lucky to dine without a reservation. chiao chiao!!!
