Came here for my birthday. It was a lovely atmosphere and we were looked after very well especially by Gio. All the food looked so delicious it was difficult to choose!

this is a bit of a late review, I took my partner to Leeds for the weekend for his birthday in October 2024 and this restaurant did not disappoint, all of the staff was so lovely especially our server Samu I think his name was, he was so helpful and made us feel comfortable through out our meal, thank you so much! Also the cocktail bar downstairs is such a lovely atmosphere, food and drinks were great!

I came to this restaurant last night with friends. There were 8 of us and I can say that we were all very happy. The food was to die for from the starters to the end. Everything was made even more exceptional by Laura, our waitress, who was kind and funny. She absolutely made our night! She is a true asset to this place 💞 We will be back

I went on a date with my girlfriend and neither of us had been there before and from the moment we arrived we were kindly greeted by the lovely gents at door who offered to take our coats and bags while we were shown to our table, the atmosphere and the vibe was immaculate, our server Aurora was lovely and massive credit to her as she we absolutely incredible and deserves every bit if praise she gets. We both couldn’t believe how much we adored the place and how affordable it was and we’ll both be returning again! Oh and don’t think I forgot about the food. Oh. My. God. The food was to die for it was some of the nicest food we’d both ever had and we can’t wait to go again!

I planned my friends engagement here recently, not only was the restaurant serene, neat and beautiful, the staff was amazing, well receptive, paid attention to every detail, made my friend so happy, the food was delicious and spicy 💃🏿💃🏿😀 I highly recommend this place for your engagement and dinning and trust me she’ll say yes 🤭🤭🤭💃🏿💃🏿

I was really disappointed with the food we received. It was bland and very disappointing. The approach of the management after we explained this was rude and unprofessional. I used to be a regular of this Restaurant and I won’t be giving them another opportunity.

Went here last night for dinner after recommendations from my friends and loved it. It was my first time trying arancini balls and they were so yummy. Also the tiramisu was the best tiramisu i’ve had. The service from everyone especially our server Davide was great.

I have booked a table at Riva Blu for my 30th birthday and it has been an amazing experience! The staff was lovely and the food was delicious! They also gave me a complimentary cake with candle and I was extremely happy and satisfied! Thank you so much ❤️✨

Good options for vegetarians and vegans. Unfortunately the food is extremely mediocre and forgettable, while still remaining expensive for what you get.

The food was absolutely delicious, and they even sang “Happy Birthday,” which was such a lovely touch. The cocktails were superb, and the personable service throughout the night made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend Riva for great food, drinks, and outstanding hospitality.

My host for the evening was Aldo he was excellent very friendly and the service was quick. The food was one of the best I’ve tased for Italian cuisine in Leeds and would go back again.

Had dinner with family. Food was ok, service left a bit to be desired of. Waiter seemed disinterested like we were bothering him; kept looking at me when I asked for water, had to remind him to bring spoons for dessert.

Really surprised by this! Don’t typically find chain restaurants very good but this gave an authentic Italian feel to it! All the staff were fantastic even though it was extremely busy & then even brought me a nice surprise dessert for my birthday 💓 would definitely recommend!

It’s a place with a nice decor, but food is really blank and they are saving on ingredients. The portions are really small as well. It’s not worth the price. I won’t go there again.

We recently dined at Riva Blu and had a mixed experience, though their hospitality truly stood out. From the moment we arrived, Gio, the maître d', made us feel incredibly welcome with his warm demeanour and attentive service. His genuine care for the guests set the tone for the afternoon. While the food itself was flavourful and authentically Italian, it unfortunately wasn't served as hot as it should have been. However, the staff immediately acknowledged this issue and went above and beyond to make things right, offering complimentary coffees and a dessert. This gesture perfectly showcased their commitment to customer satisfaction. Riva Blu might not have delivered perfection on the plate this time, but their unmatched hospitality ensured the experience remained memorable. Gio and his team deserve immense credit for creating a welcoming and accommodating atmosphere. I’d return, trusting they’ll continue to refine their service.

Its one of my favourite italian restaurants here, been there quite a number of times. They have one of the best Raviolis I’ve had in a long while. Amazing food n service. :)

First visit and probably my last. Best thing was the service which I can't fault. Food mediocre, expensive, and portions weren't great. To get something decent you need to order extra sides on top of an already expensive meal.

We were lucky to be able to get a table as walk ins. The atmosphere was buzzy and welcoming. The food was tasty but could have been hotter. Laura, who served us, was brilliant. She was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive.

Absolutely not worth it! £4.95 for a can of coke and the food is awful with the extremely slow service. The waiter looked at me in distain when I asked for the £8 service charge be removed.
