Came here to try their coffee and it’s easily the best in Headingley. Easy to drink with just enough of a kick. Brownies, flapjacks and cookies were to die for as were their pasta salads. All freshly made with fresh ingredients. Friendly barrista and cozy environment.

Due to unforeseen issue with the system my food was late but I can’t complain as once I spoke to someone my food arrived quickly and was lovely and fresh I shall definitely be ordering again 😃

Often buy food from here but the food today was very disappointing. Arrived 40 mins late over cooked cold chicken burger over cooked chips. Other food poor and cold..

My food was cold Was offered a pizza in return but my order was a lot more food in which was all cold so I should of really been offered my full order again I had the cold food waiting for them to collect and I got nothing

had chicken kebab with chips, the chips weren’t the best and the garlic bread was over done and nearly cold but I have ordered before and will again we all have off days

Everything was perfect except the chicken was a little under cooked. The sauce was amazing though so just dipped my chips in that and it was lovely!

Food was 1/2 late. I rang twice the first to be told it would be a couple of minutes and then the second to be told it was just leaving the kitchen. How come they lied the first time. When the food did come it was cold and not very nice. My order of onion rings had 4 missing. Would not order again in a hurry.

Delivery was quick but that's the only good thing I can say. The pizza was dry and taste less looked like I'd had someone's rejected order and my choice placed on top, no sauce no cheese the box it came in looked like it would of been nicer to eat. £1 bargain pizza was nicer then what I got. The burger was ok but all food was barely warm. Not what I was expecting after hearing great things from others, EXTREMELY disappointed

Food was delivered early wish was good, chicken was very dry was barley any sause in the dish and what sause was in it was extremely thick and the cheesy chips had been in the microwave and were very rubbery

Food was lovely as usual, staff friendly but from ordering it too two hours to arrive. Order on a regular basis and its never been late before. If the order is going to be this late i think the right thing to do would be to ring the customer and advise them.

Unhappy. Never had to complain before. However, paid an extra £1 for EXTRA pineapple, 2 pineapple chunks per pizza slice 6 slices surely that's the usual amount right? Paid extra for a CHEESEburger, no cheese ??? Pizza garlic bread, was so thin it crunched?? Never had that before have had your garlic bread before an it's usually spot on! I have pictures of all of the above. Not impressed this time.

Food was late, food was cold, garlic bread was burnt and had no flavour asked for certain things that weren’t delivered. Called them to let them know they sorted on thing but not the other.

Couldn't believe how long we had to wait with no call to inform us until we contacted them. I would hope next time we order we either get our meals for free or half price

One of the pizzas I ordered had the complete wrong toppings on, just eat contacted them but wouldn't entertain the issue, so just eat resolved it for me

It was our anniversary and also the first time we have ordered from here,the food was excellent beautiful sauce perfect pasta. We would definitely recommend this place.

we are local. and use presto regularly. but every time the we order the chips are always very underdone. even if we ask for them well done. They come hardly warm and hardly cooked

Ordered at 6:30pm for a 7:30pm delivery, the order was immediately accepted but delivery was bumped to 8pm, fair enough. 8pm came and we were told it’d be another 20 minutes. Order arrived at 8:31pm. 2 hours from start to finish for an order that should take 30 minutes max. Unacceptable & will not try again.

Food was rushed. Chips wasn't cooked fully. Pasta was as dry as anything. Hardly any sauce to the pasta. Food isn't normally bad from here. But last night's was shocking!

the best pizza in the area, but a long wait from ordering to delivery time. but worth the wait, (two and half hours,) unfortunately add on another 30 minutes and no apology when I phoned them about the wait . also the drinks on the menu says bottle of tango £1 but a can turned up, the delivery person reimbursed me for said can without any problems, but it was just the last thing for me.

we are regular customers of this restaurant and the food quality is fantastic. we decided to have our food delivered and received a notification that the delivery was en-route. we waited for 30 minutes in the cold before they arrived. very disappointed. they arrived just as we were about to call and cancel the order.

The carbonara pizza with basil and oregano was absolutely delicious. we have eaten pizza all around the uk 🇬🇧 and this one has to be up there with the best of them 😊

fryes not cooked or where reheated and put in tray with the sauce and made them soggy salad not very fresh and not a lot of topping on the pizza

far too late, I was NOT impressed...

Have always loved Prestos always ordered here but let down big time today first given wrong order then got our order was missing all sauces and no cheesy chips had to go out and get cheese for my chips and do it myself as they was too rushed to correct my order and still never got the right sauces! Very disappointed 😔

Food delivered in time slot but in future I will collect to ensure food still hot as it was warm when arrived. Will be ordering again as the quality of the food is excellent and great value. Thank you
