Reception- easy check in and the staff are friendly. Room - plenty of room to relax. Restaraunt - breakfast has plenty of choice and you can order vegan sausages. Plenty of tables to sit at.

Amelia was amazing so attentive and made sure our birthday brunch ran so smoothly! Thank you !

Dreadful give this pub a big miss the slowest service I have ever seen dreadful beer

El viernes 11 de abril, mi amigo y yo tomamos un té por la tarde en el Lazy Lounge en Leeds. Fue a través de un vale de regalo Buy a que me habían dado como regalo.   La comida era impactante, presentada en un plato grande y consistía en sándwiches, rollo de salchicha y comida dulce, como Mr Kipling's French Fancies!   Todos los bocadillos eran de pollo, pero para sonar los cambios la mitad también tenía tocino y la otra mitad queso! La razón por la que escribí rollo de salchicha, en lugar de plural, es porque aunque había 4 , parecía que era 1 rollo de salchicha de Gregg que se había descuartizado! El barman, que era encantador por cierto, dijo que el pollo era todo lo que podían encontrar cuando salieron a comprar la comida antes. Por lo tanto, usted podría ver por qué sospechamos que un rollo de salchicha Gregg también estaba incluido! ¡¡No se recomienda en absoluto!!

El restaurante cerró pero no reembolsará una tarjeta de regalo comprada por £ 200. Desgracia. No me dijeron sobre el cierre previsto, llamaron y dijeron que no podían hacer nada.

Excellent!!! normal Caffe Nero so. Kind helpful staff. And a very nice smart decor style design here. One if the very best Caffe Nero modern stylish nice. Very good I think. Nicely made coffee too. Many thanks.

Every time I visit Juliana is happy smiling and has amazing conversations with me and even when I’m having the worst day ever she cheers me up without fail and I love her bubbly personality. She always makes my visit worthwhile specially why I choose this store to be served by her. And when I bring my son she makes him smile and interacts with him and he likes to see her. She is very sweet and her outstanding service to all customers hasn’t gone unnoticed❤️❤️

Went in for lunch on Bank Holiday Monday. Absolutely worst experience. Ordered shawarma wraps, adana kebab with naan and chicken wings. We were served with reheated / fried shawarma in a cheap wrap instead of proper Turkish bread as shown on the menu. Adana kebab was served on cold supermarket naan for which we paid £10.00. £33.00 paid for the worst food we ever had. Did share the experience with the person who served us. He informed us it was management's decision to use the supermarket naan instead of fresh naan. Serving reheated food to customers is dangerous practice and could result in food poisoning. Please avoid it at all costs for your own good.

Been for a bottomless brunch and amazing. Meg our waitress was second to none. Drinks were free flowing, asked for our next one half way down. Food was gorgeous and sides Dirty Katsu Fries and chicken spring rolls well worth it. We will be back
