Beautiful hidden little gem in Leeds close to the train station, the atmosphere was really good and the staff were great..friendly and accommodating. The food was good, however, the spicy chicken wrap was a little soggy from the juice/grease dripping from the bottom of it. Other than that I could not fault anything at all. I'll definitely be returning to try something different

As a devoted coffee enthusiast who travels extensively across the UK in search of the perfect brew, I can confidently say that WOLFOX CAFE DINER in Leeds delivered one of the most elegant coffee experiences I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is refreshing, modern, and effortlessly inviting—making it a perfect escape whether you’re solo, catching up with friends, or working on the go. It’s a place that feels just as good as it looks. Brunch here is nothing short of exceptional. The flavours are beautifully balanced, and everything served was remarkably fresh. It’s the kind of meal that sets the tone for the rest of your day. When it comes to value for money, this spot is a clear winner—no second thoughts about it. The portions, quality, and care behind each dish truly justify the price. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality. The owner was warm, humble, and clearly passionate about what they do, which added a personal touch that’s increasingly rare to find. The entire space was spotless, and the staff were incredibly polite and attentive throughout our visit. Highly recommended for anyone in Leeds—or even just passing through. WOLFOX is more than a café; it’s an experience.

Warm, welcoming place with lovely staff. Very smart decor and clean loos too. Wasn't busy when I visited. Extensive menu with good range of options. Vegetarian and vegan options available. I had the Roasted Meze and Mushrooms Upside Down Rice Bowl: steamed rice stir fried with sautéed onion, bell peppers, fresh mint and baby spinach which came with a small salad. This was super tasty and glad I chose this, very yummy. To drink I had the iced green tea with honey and ginger and have to say, was very unimpressed. It was watery and tasteless and I could neither smell nor taste any honey or ginger in it, just watery ice, won't have that again. Shame, because that drink let down it's rating. The ambience, decor, charming staff and my delicious main certainly warranted all the stars I could muster, but that insipid drink really let it down as it tasted of nothing. I would revisit for all the previously mentioned great things about this very good restaurant and recommend it all, except that tasteless drink.

Staff seemed deflated and slow. The elderly man at the front of service was really friendly and nice. Remainder staff could do with more of a friendly appearance. Ordered the Farm Breakfast, was very disappointed, the sausages were cold, we were told the chef rushed in making it! Plate was too small for all the food and it just looked a mess. Inedible. Won’t be going back again. Didn’t order anything else so can’t criticise anything else but the breakfast was a fail. Wouldn’t recommend.

Wolfox Café - A Hidden Gem in Leeds City Centre Wolfox Café is truly a gem in the heart of Leeds City Centre. With plenty of parking available in the surrounding streets, it’s conveniently accessible, making it an ideal spot for locals and visitors alike. The café is spacious and aesthetically pleasing, offering a modern yet cozy ambiance. The menu is impressively extensive, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. The standout items for us were the blue matcha, which was unique and delicious, and the classic English breakfast and eggs Benedict, both of which were beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Special mention to the Hollandaise sauce—it was simply divine! The blueberry smoothie was another highlight, perfectly refreshing and well-balanced. The staff at Wolfox are exceptional—extremely polite, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Erol and Dammy deserve special recognition for their outstanding service, making our visit even more memorable. The owner, Mr. Arshad, was equally warm and welcoming. He went above and beyond by giving us a tour of their sister restaurant, Shabab, which was stunningly decorated and left us excited to return and explore it further. Overall, Wolfox Café is a must-visit for anyone in Leeds. From the incredible food and drinks to the wonderful staff and atmosphere, everything about this place is top-notch. We’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend it highly enough!

We had a spectacular Sunday brunch at Wolfox Leeds celebrating a birthday, and it was truly wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the service was superb and incredibly attentive, with the owner, Arshad Javed, personally ensuring everything was perfect. The drinks were fabulous, with an impressive variety of hot beverages that went above and beyond what most places offer. The Full English Breakfast was the star of the show – generous portions, perfectly balanced textures, and everything served at just the right temperature. The best part? Everything was HALAL, which made the experience even more special for us. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional brunch spot in Leeds. We will definitely be visiting again! 🌟

Well decorated nice atmosphere, but..., I've been looking for fresh fruit drinks. I found this one all good reviews. We give it a try. That's frozen fruit, not fresh, as it is claimed on the menu, so I'm a bit confused. Ask for a glowing juice with mix berries that didn't come tasty at all couldn't sense most of fruits mentioned. I don't think I will be back.

The food was okay, but I had the worst matcha latte I’ve ever had. It wasn’t even dissolving properly—I could taste the powder with every sip. It was basically just milk with no matcha flavor at all, it tasted awful.

As I divide my time between London and Leeds, I find myself looking for places to go and while I enjoy trying different places, I sometimes like to have a go to place. Here on my profile you’ll find a variety of reviews of different places that I enjoy visiting regularly. Whenever I’m in Leeds, this is one of them. It’s actually become my favourite Saturday morning go to (when in Leeds) for breakfast place. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and the food is fantastic. The menu is small, but varied with a great selection of food. I’ve always enjoyed the Eggs Benedict or the French Toast. If you’re visiting Leeds it’s only about 10 minutes from the train station. You don’t need to book, though I recommend you do if you have a large number in your party. Otherwise get there early for the breakfast menu as it does get busy.. but let me tell you, it’s totally worth it. I’ve been here a few times now and I’ve always enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended.

Went as a group of 5 and admittedly we hadn’t booked a table. Lots of tables inside free but they were all booked and so lots of people arrived after we were seated. We were given a table outside of wolfox in the Indian? Restaurant next door and unfortunately were then forgotten about. The manager was very rude when taking our orders, holding his finger up and shushing at us after asking us what we wanted because he then wasn’t ready to note our order down. Ordered a chai latte which was over £4and basically just tasted like warm milk. The breakfasts overall were okay but weren’t very hot, the egg Benedict was actually stone cold though and the egg yolks were err completely solid. Overall a horrible experience, miles away from what wolfox used to be when it was its own venue.

Food was okay, beef bacon was fatty and cold, sourdough bread was hard and slightly stale and the potatoes weren't very well seasoned. We didn't get a choice of how we would like our eggs. Staff were standoffish, not saying much at all even when ordering- the most conversation we got was while paying. We had to wait 10 mins for a menu. Naughty but nice mocha was not nice at all. Overly bitter coffee overpowered every other flavour and neither of us could finish it. Overall ok experience, we came at a busy time (12pm on Saturday) but it wasn't my favourite brunch by far.

Visited for the first time after seeing on Instagram, and I think this is a visually appealing place. Lovely decor and cosy atmosphere. Staff were friendly and polite, if a little hands-off, but I put this down to being busier than they might be used to. Sadly, the coffee was average and I ended up not finishing mine - the aeropress was not good, flat white was better but tasted a little burnt. We opted for breakfast and the fry-up was good, but the bacon was fatty and it got cold pretty quickly. The berry compote pancakes were average as the syrup overpowered everything else.

Top notch coffee, and the other drinks were great too - we had the gold leaf cappuccino and turmeric latte, as well as decaf flat white, and they were all excellent. The pancakes were delicious - big and fluffy. Lots of healthy options on the menu but everything is a treat - I've had the spring vegetable hash and also the overnight oats before, and they were just as delicious as the waffles with ice cream. Very friendly service and chilled music and atmosphere. Definitely worth walking round the corner from the old entrance, I thought this place had shut but I'm so glad it's still here!

You've found it, this place is the café to be at. The menu provides beautiful experimental coffee that distinguish this café from the herd. I recommend the 'Clasic Nutella Latte', the silky texture compliments the therapeutic jazz atmosphere. Marble floors, oak wood tables, calm conversation between the customers and staff all make me want to come back here. I love that the owner of this café isn't some distant entity but rather a person actively bettering the café experience. Avoid especially if you’re vegan or have allergies. The waitress confirmed they could make the chocolate pancakes vegan. They came looking NOTHING like the deceiving online photos. My wife tried them and knew straight away the chocolate spread wasn’t vegan. I asked a separate waiter if the chocolate was vegan - he confirmed it was. I asked to see the product and lo and behold it contained semi skimmed milk. He even then tried to assure me that it was still vegan. Had my wife been dairy intolerant or anyone else for that matter this could have been a VERY serious matter. The owner apologised but became very short with us and just offered her meal be taken off the bill. The avocado on well done (cold toast) that I had was very poor for the price. I wouldn’t recommend.

Under refurbishment at the time of my visit but this doesn't affect the experience at Wolfox. The food here is to such a high standard and the drinks are also on the same level. Presentable and delicious. They seem to roast their own coffee which made for a beautiful cortado. This went down perfect alongside a fresh orange juice. The acai mermaid bowl was packed with fruit and nuts and tasted incredible - great to start your day with. I read some negatives about the staff and the service but on this occasion everyone I dealt with was polite and efficient in all aspects. What appears on the outside to be a great concept did not live up to expectations. The whole experience was underwhelming. Small things not done well. For example, dry bread not served with any butter, no normal bacon or sausage available, the avocado offered was a pre-made guacamole, smoked salmon was covered in pink slime, cakes appeared mass produced and not home made. Nice coffee and smoothie but farm breakfast (basically a full English) was actually appallingly bad - probably the only element on the plate that was nice was baked beans - unbuttered cheap toast, rubbery bacon that was so tough I struggled to cut it, unseasoned mushrooms/tomatoes and underdone potatoes, and cheap sausages that had an unpleasant texture and flavour. New management are cutting corners sadly and it shows, will not be returning.
