Toilet stop for the Springs The number of people who use this place to use the toilet is unbelievable... Don't sit near doors.

This is an exceptional branch of Pret. Spacious, bright and pleasant. The food is of a fantastic quality and the staff are efficient and friendly. Highly recommend.

Tables not clear. Coffee was pre made and not warm. Not at the expected price tag.

Just drinks but friendly staff, nice coffee and clean toilets. Thursday afternoon, easily enough seating. Just a bit pricey but aren't they all! Wheelchair friendly entrance and toilet plus free parking in the springs car park.

Lovely friendly staff with quick service

I’ve been in a few times since opening, but the til is always chaotic. They don’t ask people’s names for the order, so there ends up being a big queue of people, all of whom have ordered the same drink and no one really knows who’s drink it is when they shout ‘White americano’. There’s probably a reason why every other coffee shop asks for a name when you order. I think having to queue to ask for a code for the toilet isn’t great either.

Dreadful service. Rude, poorly trained staff. Not what I usually expect from Pret. Won’t use this store again.

New branch of Pret in an out of town shopping park with plenty of offices nearby too. The store itself is huge with lots of outdoor and indoor seating. A bonus point for having proper cups available for those drinking in, unlike most Pret stores which give takeaway cups for drinking in!

We visited here on Sunday afternoon. It was super busy there. There are so many tables in side and there are outside tables as well. The staff was really nice at the till. But since it was really crowded we needed to wait for long to get our coffee.
